Sarah Hyland In Alberta Ferretti – 2012 Oscars

Sarah Hyland looked lovely as she arrived on the red carpet for the 2012 Oscars, held in California yesterday evening.

The young actress opted to wear an Alberta Ferretti gown.

Her dark lilac, romantic floaty gown with asymmetric sleeves was styled with a chic updo and pretty makeup.

I wish she had added a dazzling clutch as the look is missing something.

Who Wore Dolce & Gabbana Better? Catherine Zeta Jones or Sarah Hyland

Back in October 2005, Catherine Zeta Jones hit the red carpet for the LA premiere of ‘The Legend of Zorro’ with co-star Antonio Banderas.

The Welsh beauty looked stunning wearing a Dolce & Gabbana champagne-coloured dress with a lace overlay and a contrasting black lace waistband with a red corsage.

Sarah Hyland would’ve been just 15 when CZJ wore this dress, so we can forgive her re-run of this classic dress at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards last week.

The 21-year-old actress opted to wear her strapless version of the dress without the red corsage, opting for complementary accessories and a wavy low-slung bun.

Catherine’s red corsage really bothers me upon seeing Sarah’s cleaner version, so Sarah wins for me.

Sarah Hyland In Chagoury Couture – 21st Birthday Party

Sarah Hyland celebrated her 21st birthday at The Bank Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday.

It’s hard to believe that the ‘Modern Family’ actress is now old enough to drink, as she still looks like a teen with that sweet, angelic, baby face.

The young starlet noshed on sushi and Beau Joie champagne before digging into her custom-made Jean Phillippe birthday cake wearing a Chagoury Couture champagne feather dress.

Her strapless embellished and embroidered dress was styled with matching Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toe platforms, a silver bracelet and a statement ring.

It’s a cute enough look, but Sarah is wearing far too much makeup for such a light, delicate dress.
She should’ve gone easy on the blush and eye shadow.

Sarah Hyland In Amen & Nikki Rich – 2011 American Music Awards

Sarah Hyland attended the 2011 American Music Awards which were held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in California last night.

The ‘Modern Family’ actress donned an Amen strapless dress.

Stone and sequin details adorned her mini dress which she paired with bronzed Brian Atwood metallic peep-toes, striking a beautiful sparkle/metallic balance.

A pewter clutch and Hellmuth jewels completed her look.

If only she’d worn her hair back. It appears to be competing with the dress.

Sarah presented an award at the event wearing a customized Nikki Rich rise and fall gown.

The multi-coloured ombre silk gown was paired with the same Atwood heels.

Sarah Hyland In H&M – Good Morning America

Sarah Hyland and Matt Prokop arrived at the Good Morning America Studios in New York City to promote their new movie, ‘Geek Charming’ earlier today.

Under her winter coat the actress wore a nude blouse with a H&M skirt.

I was cruising this H&M floral print bell-shaped skirt earlier this week in the Kensington store in London, now I think I will go back to try it on.

It instantly brightens up Sarah’s look on a gloomy day in Manhattan.

Tomato red Giuseppe Zanotti ankle strap peep-toes completed her look.

Sarah Hyland In Christian Siriano – 2011 Emmy Awards

Sarah Hyland looked incredibly sophisticated on the red carpet at the 2011 Emmy Awards tonight.

The ‘Modern Family’ actress chose a gorgeous custom Christian Siriano pleated silk organza gown in coral pink which features an antique beaded belt around the waist.

She accessorized with silver peep-toe platform heels and beautiful jewelry including diamond strand earrings and a divine cuff bracelet with an oversized diamond stone.

Her hair was styled in soft waves and she finished her look with matching coral lipstick and silver eyeshadow.

I adore the colour of her dress especially when paired with that stunning antique belt, but the shoes weren’t the right choice for me.

They feel too heavy for her gown and frankly spoil the vibe of the dress.
