Malin Akerman was by far the most outstanding at this event wearing a sunshiny yellow Jason Wu Spring 2009 gown.

Jennifer Esposito wowed me in this stunning ivory lace top with 80s shoulder pads, and a black high-waisted skirt both from the Balmain Spring 2009 collection.

I would kill for this look. ? it.

Before you ask, she is wearing a nude bra under her top.

Jessica Stroup wore a navy and black strapless Brian Reyes dress with a pair of gorgeous Manolo Blahnik heels

Garcelle Beauvais looked divine wearing a red rose Tracy Reese Spring 2009 full skirted asymmetrical dress, with matching shoes and a silver diamante clutch.

Sophia Bush was beautiful and statuesque wearing a black Peter Soronen strapless gown, with an amazing Badgley Mischka necklace.

Taylor Momsen’s grungy look kinda ruins this Christian Dior Spring 2008 fringed gown. Her hair tied back would have made her look so elegant.

Emma Stone wore a Cynthia Steffe Spring 2009 keyhole gown, with a tiered skirt and gold accents.

Ginnifer Goodwin’s Talbot Runhof liquid dress, is not something we are used to seeing on the red carpet. The dress is really interesting, with it gathered skirt and interest used of material.

She completes her look with a Daniel Swarovski silver clutch and pink nails.

Kristen Bell gets back to her best wearing a orange Etro gown.

I must admit I love this electric blue Zuhair Murad Spring 2008 Couture gown on Paris Hilton. I also much prefer Paris with shorter hair.

Sarah Chalke’s plunging taupe satin dress, looks so buttery against her skin.

Amanda Bynes opted out of wearing a gown, and wore this white embellished dress, with gold strappy heels.

Emma Roberts wears a very LBD, with lust-worthy black Pour La Victoire Bianca cutout platform booties.

The unofficial Missoni brand ambassador, Joy Bryant wears a other knitted pieces from their Fall 2008 collection.

Molly Sims opted for a very romantic look with her Diane von Furstenberg floral maxi dress and loose curls.

Brittany Snow kinda strikes out in this gown for me. For one so young, this is quite boring despite being designed by Leanna Marshall for DVF.

Emily Deschanel lights up the red carpet, in this orange dress, which she accessorized with a gold belt.

“The Tale Of Despereaux” Los Angeles Premiere

Emma Watson’s style star just keeps on rising.

After sitting front row at many shows during Paris and London Fashion Week, Emma learnt a lot, making a strong fashion statement, wearing a midnight blue cocktail dress, with bustier detailing, folds on one side of the skirt and a plunging scoop back. She looked chic, modern and edgy. This really shows that she is not scared of fashion and is willing to take risks.

She kept accessories to a minimum, by adding a pair of glittering drop earrings and some strappy black sandals to complete her look.

31st Annual Kennedy Center Honors, Washington

WOW. When Beyonce Knowles rocks, she rocks.

The Zuhair Murad Spring 2008 mermaid gown, accentuates her stunning figure. It was like this gown was made for her. The super-tight strapless dress was complete with corsage detail.

Her hair was swept up in a ’60s-inspired do.

STUNNING.

Queen Latifah is another woman who knows how to dress her curves.

She arrived in a stunning black gown, and a fur trimmed shrug.

A beaded necklace, black clutch and smoky eyes complete this dramatic look, and I love it.

A Not So Silent Night Benefiting The Trevor Project, LA

Can someone save Rachel Zoe from herself.

Rumer Willis’ ensemble not too bad, but her hair lets her down.

I wish she would stick to a short black style, as I think this suits her best.

I like the idea of Selma Blair’s Behnaz Sarafpour Resort 2009 dress, but she does not wear it that well.

The bodice looks limp from not being pressed properly.

Sarah Chalke wears a Zac Posen LBD with a very big white bow.

Her jewels are by Neil Lane and her shoes by Louboutin.

The Spirit Berlin Photocall

Eva Mendes again outshines Scarlett Johansson on the red carpet wearing a Bill Blass Spring 2009 multi-coloured sheath dress accented with a fuchsia pink belt, with red suede Louboutin’s.

Is that a all-in-one Scarlett is wearing?

I can’t wait to see what they both wear on the red carpet this evening.

Best Rock Chick/Best Dressed Award
Pink stood out the most on the red carpet last night, and I absolutely love the cut of her strapless, curve-hugging Vivienne Westwood Fall 2007 gown, which is covered in sequins to give it a kind of reptile feel.

Her accessories were kept to a minimum, and soft curls help give her that feminine touch.

It was dramatic, bold, daring and perfect for her. It gave her an edge, without making her look too butch.

Best Co-ordination/Best Group Award
Pussycat Dolls all wore pieces from the Christian Siriano Spring 2009 collection.

This is what I mean about looking cohesive. They are not all necessarily wearing the same colours, but they compliment each other so well.

From left to right; Melody Thorton wore a lime green halter-neck dress, with pewter strappy sandals.

My favourite Doll, Jessica Sutta, wore a charcoal grey skirt, with a lime green strapless top and over-the-knee black boots.

Nicole Scherzinger wore a gorgeous strapless grey mini dress with a purple ombre hem. She completed her look with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

Ashley Roberts also wore a strapless mini, but hers was nude with a black overlay, which she paired with black strappy sandals.

Kimberly Wyatt wore the most colourful dress, and probably the most recognizable since Heidi Klum wore the full length version to the 2008 Emmy’s.

Best Strapless Award
This dress was one of my favourites from the Marchesa Spring 2009 collection.

I did not quite have it earmarked for any particular celebrity, but Miley Cyrus definitely did not spring to mind. Miley wore this dress so well, and she did not pout on the red carpet. A first I think.

It was her 16th birthday at this event, so she no doubt wanted to feel grown up by wearing this Marchesa gold embellished strapless dress with a black draped chiffon overlay.

She completed her look with Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

I know a lot of you will say that this dress is not age appropriate, but I loved it on her.

Nice Dress, Shame About The Earrings Award
Alicia Keys is a vision of pure loveliness in this Armani Privé royal blue one shoulder gown with Swarovski crystal trim, but unfortunately she did not get Best Dressed because I really disliked her earrings.

They are way too much for such an understated gown, but the tikka was a nice touch.

Most Improved Award
OK the lips are still very rouge, but there is no denying that Christina Aguilera was an absolute knock-out on the red carpet last night.

She wore an amazing Elie Saab Fall 2007 Couture gown, which many would say is hard to go wrong with. But this does not apply to Christina, because she is likely to kill any dress with too much make-up, or over posing on the red carpet, but she did neither last night, much to her credit and no doubt resistant.

Her long silver, embellished gown had a looked old Hollywood, which she wore with Stephen Webster earrings and Garrard bracelet and rings.

Best Embellishments Award
Taylor Swift rarely puts a foot wrong on the big occasions, and this was no exception as the country star shone in a Collette Dinnigan Spring 2009 asymmetric embellished silver mini dress.

She completed her look with pewter Christian Louboutin peep-toes.

Best Legs Award
Carrie Ann Inaba showed off her stunning lean legs wearing an Alberto Makali bronze sequined mini dress.

Best White Award
Demi Lovato looked stunning in the white tiered lace Gustavo Cadile dress, with a black sash.

Best Use Of Colour Award
Jordin Sparks shone so brightly in her canary yellow Dolce & Gabbana Pre-Fall 2008 dress, with a contrasting sash.

She completed her look with silver metallic sandals, and those darn red extensions.

Best Brit Award
Whilst Natasha Bedingfield let us Brits down in an ill-fitting suit, Leona Lewis did us proud by walking the red carpet in a mauve sequin and tufted chiffon Jenny Packham dress.

The dress had a butterfly detail on the bodice, which only adds more beauty to this girlie dress, which the singers tends to opt for.

Her silver sandals and Swarovski clutch compliment her dress beautifully.

Best Black/Best At Not Over Doing It Award
Like Christina, Mariah Carey has a tendency to over do it on the big stage, but I think since her marriage to Nick Cannon, the attention seeking, OTT, bum skimming outfits have gone, and a more sophisticated look has emerged.

This black Dolce & Gabbana gown is sexy, without being slutty, which is a fine line Mariah has walked in the past.

The dress gives her an amazing silhouette.

Big, Bold and Beautiful Award
If I told you Queen Latifah was going to wear a stretched metallic dress, you would have struggled to see how it would work, but the Queen does make it work, and how.

She is beyond stunning in her dress, with gorgeous Jimmy Choo pewter shoes to match.

Sexy Siren Award
There is always one who adds a touch of sex appeal to the red carpet, surprisingly it was Sarah Chalke.

The actress took the the red carpet wearing a bust enhancing, corseted Zac Posen Stingray satin dress, that just oozed sex appeal.

She completed her look with Christian Louboutin heels.

Most Shocking Improvement Award
I guess like me you never thought you would see the day that Phoebe Price would end up on any Best Dressed list, but despite the shock, she really does deserve this award.

The dress is surprisingly nice, one tone, not over-the-top, nor garish, not in your face, nor vomit inducing.

It’s actually respectable, but I do not expect this to last.

Someone check Phoebe’s temperature, I think she is coming down with something.

Best Gold Award
Say what you want about Paris Hilton, but she is looking much better these days. And although this dress is the size of a postage stamp, it is the perfect dress for Paris.

The gold chain mail dress compliments her sun-kissed skin perfectly.

Best Shoes Award
Actress Shailene Woodley also wore a grey dress from the Christian Siriano Spring 2009, I loved the layers and the neckline, but more importantly I loved the shoes, with the chiffon ruffled details.

Chloë Sevigny is looking fabulously chic in blue sequined Preen Fall 2008 dress.

The eye catching dress has a detailed double layered bodice, and a gathered hem.

The actress completed her look with a gold clutch, and a pair of navy pumps.

Perfect as always.

Disney actress Ashley Tisdale looked very cute in her beaded Collette Dinnigan flapper-esqe dress, which she wore with matching strappy Stuart Weitzman heels, and a Mary Norton clutch.

I love the softly smoldering eye make-up.

Fellow Disney star Monique Coleman opted for this ruched strapless BCBG Max Azria dress, which has a contrasting crisscross bodice with sweetheart neck line.

I would not have picked this dress for Monique, but she makes it work.

I love her blue and diamante strappy Giuseppe Zanotti jewel drop sandals.

With her elegant updo, Sarah Chalke arrived on the red carpet looking stunning in her navy and white Monique Lhuillier Resort 2009 halter gown.

The actress accessorized with drop earrings and a silver clutch.

I love her make up. Flawless.

Lisa Edelstein also opted for an updo to show off her gorgeous chocolate sequined Pamella Roland Fall 2008 halter gown, with floral embroidery.

From the long shot, it looks like the embroidered part has a sheer panel.

Dancer Julianne Hough wore this white tiered BCBG Max Azria gown, which has a contrasting black rose appliqué on the empire waist.

She compliments the black rose, with a black satin clutch and a black pair of strappy sandals.

Sarah Silverman is very inconsistent on the red carpet. Sometimes it jeans and a blouse, sometimes it is a sexy D&G dress, but on this occasion she wanted to have fun, so she wore an ivory frilly dress.

Whether this was Sarah showing off her funny side or her feminine side, only she knows.

She completed her look with a cropped cardigan, backward heeled shoes and a Mary Norton clutch.

I am torn on Kaycee Stroh’s dress. I like that it is not a plain black dress, but I also feel that the embellishments are a little too much on the bodice.

Va va voom, Emmy Rossum really ups the ante in this very sexy black leather Paige Black Label dress with cut out detail.

I totally love it, as it goes against every cute little prom dress she was wearing this time last year.

Who would have thought?

My heart is melting at Sarah Chalke in this silk chocolate poppy print floral Marc Jacobs dress.

I love the vibrant colours of the poppies.

Rashida Jones is wearing a Topshop paintbrush tulip silk skirt, with a simple black top, blazer and strappy sandals.

This is a cute look and the skirt helps break up all that black. I have the same skirt, and I usually wear mine skirt with a purple top.

Rebecca Gayheart wears a grey v-neck bubble hem Helmet Lang dress, that looks like an oversized t-shirt, but I do love how her pink pointy pumps compliment the pink carpet.

We don’t often see the beautiful Sanaa Lathan on the red carpet. She stepped out wearing a stunning black strapless Michael Kors Fall 2007 jumpsuit, with no accessory’s but her large gold earrings.

I am a little over the ‘boots over jeans’ look, but Lake Bell is still smokin’ hot.

Marcia Cross takes a rare night to be the golden girl on the red carpet, with her gold strappy sandals, and the gold print on her kimono sleeved top, which she wears with jeans.

When Scrubs actress Sarah Chalke attended Disney and ABC All Star Party in LA earlier this month, she wore this lilac keyhole Zac Posen Satin Neptune Mini Dress, with steel grey peep-toes and a matching clutch.

The sexy dress has a cowl back, and beaded accents around the waist and on the keyhole opening.

Bresha Webb wore the same dress, albeit shorten, to the Get Your Rock On Premiere in LA this week.

The actress wore her dress with eggplant pumps and a matching clutch.

I love Bresha’s make-up, and her shorten dress, so she wins this for me.

This beautiful dress is available to purchase from Saks.com for $1,700.
