Saoirse Ronan In Cushnie et Ochs – 2018 AFI Awards

After suiting up for TimesTalk the day before, Saoirse Ronan continued the pants theme at the 2018 AFI Awards on Friday (January 5) in LA where she joined Allison Williams.

One thing that really caught my eye about this Cushnie et Ochs Pre-Fall 2018 ensemble in the lookbook was its sharp-white, streamlined nature.

For that reason, I was left slightly wishing for the asymmetrical top to be tucked in on the ‘Lady Bird’ actress.

However, that will be a nitpick, as she styled the rest of the look glamorously with her Pearl Collective jewels, upswept platinum-blonde bun, and true-red lip.

Jimmy Choo ‘Marcie’ sandals left room for the subtle touch of whimsy to be expressed in the fringed hems of the cropped trousers.

Saoirse Ronan In Coach – TimesTalks

On Thursday (January 4), TimesTalks presented a discussion on ‘Lady Bird’ in New York City, with Golden Globe nominated actress Saoirse Ronan in attendance.

If you were to ask me to define Saoirse’s style, I couldn’t tell you. I love that she will always keep us guessing.

Wearing a t-shirt with suit can often be seen as “breaking the rules”, but this Coach Pre-Fall 2018 look works considering the great execution and tailoring of the pinstripe suit, plus the casual nature of the occasion.

Saoirse Ronan In Calvin Klein – 2017 New York Film Critics Awards

Saoirse Ronan attended the 2017 New York Film Critics’ Awards on Wednesday (January 3) in New York City.

Raf Simons brought a new energy to Calvin Klein, but here, Saoirse’s suit stays true to the brands stealth luxury and minimal ease.

The cut may veer more towards mannish proportions, but the look – which she styles with Christian Louboutin ‘Douce Du Desert’ pumps, and colourful David Webb jewelry – exudes modern elegance.

Some might be put off with the Gothic-style makeup, but she makes it work.

Saoirse Ronan In Gucci – 29th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival

Saoirse Ronan is my one to watch this awards season, and she didn’t let me down at the 29th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala on Tuesday (January 2) in Palm Springs, California, where she picked up the Desert Palm Achievement award for ‘Lady Bird’.

The actress wore a Gucci Spring 2018 dress which not only relies on bold orange and pink block colours and skilful cuts, but also some diamante detailing to make this a stand out piece.

I love that she didn’t hold back with her accessories including Fernando Jorge earrings and Gucci sandals for a touch more sparkle.

Those always seeking more will find this a refreshing change of pace to the slightly more expected gowns we saw from Mary J. Blige and Salma Hayek at this event.

This screams major player to me. What do you think?

Saoirse Ronan In Rodarte – 2017 Gotham Independent Film Awards

Saoirse Ronan was the belle of the ball at the 2017 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 27), where she was honoured with Best Actress for ‘Lady Bird’.

The actress wore a Rodarte Spring 2018 gown which fuses frothy white tulle and lace with exquisite fuchsia embroidery for an enchanting choice for after dark.

I love how the flutter trims and delicate tiered lace at the hem lend an inherently feminine finish, along with the delicate Tiffany earrings.

I’m very excited about Saoirse’s first look at the start of awards season.

Saoirse Ronan In Teresa Helbig – HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Saoirse Ronan joined Kate Bosworth, Lea Michele and Nina Dobrev at the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards event on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California.

‘Ethereal’ is a word that’s frequently used to describe the young actress’s style, but her Teresa Helbig Spring 2018 dress had a sweet girlishness.

The look had wonderful dimension courtesy of the textured pink fabric which recalled fringing. The contrasting black bows and straps tempered the cotton candy hue while adding a bold touch.

Black Alchimia Di Ballin ‘Thea’ wedges presented a cohesive finish.

I’m sure there will be some that will think this ensemble would’ve been perfect for Elle Fanning, but Saoirse pulled it off splendidly.
