HFPA And InStyle Celebrate The 2016 Golden Globe Award Season Red Carpet Roundup

HFPA And InStyle Celebrate The 2016 Golden Globe Award Season

The starlets came out for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle’s celebration of the 2016 Golden Globe award season at Ysabel on Tuesday (November 17) in West Hollywood, California.

Sarah Hyland: Playing with proportion, the actress wore a Vera Wang Spring 2016 red and black frock with Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals. This dress was all about duality—both bold and balletic with the whimsicality of the voluminous frou silhouette and the structure of the suspender straps and bandeau top underneath.

Vanessa Hudgens: I likewise did a double-take upon seeing Vanessa whose look more fully took on gothic form with her straight, jet-black locks and oxblood lip. Yet her Bec & Bridge Spring 2016 metallic-printed, sheer black cutout gown still possesed that romantic bohemian vibe for which she is known—just manifested in slightly darker style.

Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 7th Annual Governors Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 7th Annual Governors Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup of the presenters and guests who attended the 7th annual Governors Awards on Saturday (November 14) in Los Angeles, California.

Cate Blanchett: Looking so very statuesque, the Australian actress wore an Armani Privé black asymmetrical modernistic with black velvet trousers. Her classic, yet modern look was styled with Casadei cut-out sandals.

Saoirse Ronan: The ‘Brooklyn’ actress brought some much needed colour to the event dressed in an Emilia Wickstead Fall 2015 pleated and printed frock styled with Alexander McQueen heels. I love the additional pop of pink to the lips.

Zooey Deschanel: While this Kate Spade New York colour-block fit and flare dress is perfectly in tune with Zooey’s style, I don’t feel it was quite right for this occasion. The look was styled with Wolford tights.

LACMA 2015 Art+Film Gala Red Carpet Roundup

LACMA 2015 Art+Film Gala

Plenty more stars joined Diane Kruger, Reese Witherspoon, Kim Kardashian and Naomi Campbell for the LACMA 2015 Art+Film Gala on Saturday (November 7) in Los Angeles, California, which was hosted by Gucci.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: The model was a picture so loveliness wearing a Gucci Resort 2016 deep v-neck pleated layered gown. With the black ribbons for contrast, I don’t think the choker was needed here.

Dakota Johnson: This made me swoon. From the saffron hue, to the overall styling and elegance oozing from this Gucci Resort 2016 one of a kind gown. At first I didn’t quite get her style, but she’s most definitely one of my favourites now.

Brit Marling: The actress, who is one of my favourites, wore Gucci Resort 2016 pink suit.   I desperately wanted to love this, but damn those trousers are bringing me out in hives as they’re clearly too big for her. Mustard satin Gucci ‘Sylvia’ sandals and a Gucci yellow silk brocade clutch completed this near-perfect look.

Saoirse Ronan In Nafsika Skourti – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Saoirse Ronan In Nafsika Skourti - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Saoirse Ronan made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Thursday (November 5) in New York City to promote her latest movie, ‘Brooklyn’.

The Irish actress’ style is considered sweet and youthful, so I was delighted to see her serve up something with a lot more flare and vitality when she step on the set of Jimmy Fallon.

Mixing classic, masculine lines with a unique print and an imaginative twist, this Nafsika Skourti Fall 2015 look is one of her standout outfits so far during her promo tour.

I love this for being both innovative and refreshing.

Saoirse Ronan In Calvin Klein Collection & Lanvin – 2015 British Academy Britannia Awards & 19th Annual Hollywood Film Awards

Saoirse Ronan In Calvin Klein Collection & Lanvin - 2015 British Academy Britannia Awards & 19th Annual Hollywood Film Awards

It was a busy weekend for Saoirse Ronan who attended the 2015 British Academy Britannia Awards Friday (October 30) in Beverly Hills, California, and the 19th Annual Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday (November 1).

2015 British Academy Britannia Awards: While I am somewhat fatigued by sheer dresses, I have to say this Calvin Klein Collection Spring 2016 beaded number is a style of dress we haven’t seen on the Irish actress before, so for that factor alone I am totally intrigued. I also prefer Saoirse’s presentation over the runway.

19th Annual Hollywood Film Awards: Saoirse’s gold lame Lanvin dress was more in tune with her playful style, yet I can’t help but wish the look was styled sans blouse and a cute pair of Sophia Webster sandals.

Saoirse Ronan In Stella McCartney – ‘Brooklyn’ LA Premiere

Saoirse Ronan In Stella McCartney - 'Brooklyn' LA Premiere

Saoirse Ronan attended the premiere of ‘Brooklyn’ held at the Harmony Gold Theatre on Thursday (October 29) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress wore a Stella McCartney jumpsuit cut for supreme flattery.

While this commercial version loses the sequin detailing, the look still speaks volumes when it comes to sophistication.

Finished with a exaggerated cuffs to uplift the silhouette, she completed the look with Jennifer Fisher jewels.

Saoirse Ronan In Lanvin – ‘Brooklyn’ London Film Festival Screening

Saoirse Ronan In Lanvin - 'Brooklyn' London Film Festival Screening

Saoirse Ronan attended the screening of ‘Brooklyn’ during the BFI London Film Festival at Odeon Leicester Square on Monday (October 12).

While I love this fluid Lanvin Resort 2016 ruffle sleeve gown featuring a crystal embroidered neckline to which she added a selection of flower necklaces, the earrings were overkill.

I really applaud this effort which sees her step outside her comfort zone, but this look had “take one thing off” written all over it.

Do you agree?
