Sandra Bullock In Zuhair Murad – ‘Ocean’s 8’ London Premiere

Sandra Bullock joined Helena Bonham Carter and Mindy Kaling this evening (June 13) for the ‘Ocean’s 8’ London premiere.

The actress made a shimmering statement in her Zuhair Murad Pre-Fall 2018 jumpsuit which was completed coated with iridescent, colourful sequins infusing high-octane glamour onto this red carpet.

I feel like Sandra really needed this standout, modern look to win you guys back after you were underwhelmed by her world premiere look.

Sandra Bullock In Elie Saab Haute Couture – ‘Ocean’s 8’ World Premiere

Sandra Bullock gave us the only princess moment we’ve seen on this promo tour for ‘Ocean’s 8’ at the world premiere in New York City last night (June 6), where she joined her co-stars Cate Blanchett, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter and Rihanna.

Her custom Elie Saab Haute Couture gown inspired by the Spring 2018 collection wasn’t what I was expecting.

Despite wearing Elie Saab to the worldwide photocall, the actress tends to stick to more tailored looks, so I found this embellished, free-flowing look very refreshing.

Lorraine Schwartz 18 karat gold and diamond drop earrings, stud earrings and white diamond rings completed her look.

Did this much anticipated premiere live up to your expectations?

Sandra Bullock In Temperley London – Jimmy Kimmel Live!

While I am still waiting for an ‘Ocean’s 8’ premiere with all the ladies – including Rihanna – I will have to be content with the looks from the casts press junkets.

On this occasion I wasn’t left disappointed by Sandra Bullock who arrived at the El Capitan Theatre in LA on Wednesday (May 30) to tape her segment on Jimmy Kimmel Live! looking outstanding.

A human disco ball she may be, but the statement she did make in her Temperley London ‘Heart Charm’ jumpsuit.

This all-in-one, flared with Studio 54 proportion through the legs and a bodice that dips daringly low, was effortlessly styled with strappy sandals a blazer slung over her shoulders.

Did the blazer throw you off the look?

I know some of you don’t like this styling following Meghan Markle’s pre-wedding look.

‘Ocean’s 8’ Worldwide Photocall

It was a fashion fiesta at the ‘Ocean’s 8’ worldwide photocall at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Tuesday (May 22) in New York City

Sarah Paulson: The fashion-forward actress put her own stamp on ladylike style in Michael Kors Collection Fall 2018. The exaggerated collar, sheer fabrication and contrasting godets add a quirky finish to the feminine look without taking away from its charm.

Awkwafina: The rapper and actress cut a sharp figure in a monochromatic ensemble. The cutout and sleek tailoring juxtapose the austerity of the Victorian collar.

Sandra Bullock: Opting for bright colour, she was outfitted in Elie Saab Resort 2018. No loud accessories were necessary between the striking shade and silhouette. If I must nitpick, the trousers need to be taken up.

Cate Blanchett: Another beauty in bold colour, she looked regal in Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2018. The colour combination, accessories (especially those Aquazzura ‘Simply Irresistible’ spicy red pumps) and fabrics exude sumptuous glamour, elevating the runway style into something formal enough for the event.

Anne Hathaway: Wearing ethereal white Maticevski, she looked like a dream. The choice of fabric and the metal zip prevented it from becoming a saccharine princess moment. Alexis Bittar jewelry completed her look.

Mindy Kaling: She normally shines in bright colours, but opted for inky black Stella McCartney and Louboutin shoes. It still had impact thanks to the sprinkling of embellishment. The soft silhouette has a sophisticated ease, but with the undone hair, some might critique it as having too much of a boudoir vibe.

‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon Presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’

Finally. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The start of the ‘Ocean’s 8’ promo tour.

Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina took to the red carpet for ‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’ on Tuesday (April 24) in Las Vegas, Nevada, all bringing their own touch of sparkle to the event.

Sarah Paulson: The actress shimmered in a gilded Alberta Ferretti Fall 2018 dress -sans the runway boots- which was both sophisticated and chic. Sarah tends to prefer moody hues, so I was delighted by this bright offering.

Mindy Kaling: Keeping things simple and sweet, Mindy opted to forgo colour for a striped Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 look styled with Nicholas Kirkwood heels. You may remember that Naomi Watts wore a similar version of this dress recently.

Sandra Bullock: Sandra can tend to stick to LBDs, so I was thankful that opted for a Johanna Ortiz Wasai kimono and leather trousers from the Spring 2018 collection. The Colombian designer tends to champion her native country, however, it seems this look was influenced by Japanese culture on this occasion. Alexis Bitter jewels completed her look.

Cate Blanchett: I know some of you have very strong feeling about Gucci, but I love how chic this retro inspired Pre-Fall 2018 cream jacquard suit with black velvet contrast detailing is. The look was further amped up with an opulent gold necklace.

Anne Hathaway: It’s so good to see Anne Hathaway back on the red carpet. She returns wearing a Bottega Veneta Spring 2018 dress with colourful stud embellishments that lends attention-to-detail and modern attitude to her look.

Awkwafina: She may not be as recognisable as her cast mates, but the actress held her own rocking a Topshop striped blazer and matching striped trousers, styled with Nicholas Kirkwood sandals.
