2015 Pride Of Britain Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here’s a roundup of the other celebs who took to the red carpet for the 2015 Pride of Britain Awards at The Grosvenor House Hotel on Monday (September 28) in London, England.

Myleene Klass: Putting a rock-chic twist on evening glamour, the presenter wore a biker-inspired leather dress accented with silver grommets from her own Littlewoods collection.

Carol Vorderman: Continuing to prove that age ain’t nothing but a number, the TV presenter looked smoking hot in her red Herve Leger gown.

Louise Redknapp: The TV presenter was one of the few who didn’t opt for a gown; selecting a floral embroidered Preen frock. Was she under-dressed, or perfectly in tune with her own style?

2015 BAFTA TV Awards Red Carpet Roundup

There were many more red carpet looks at the 2015 BAFTA TV Awards held at Theatre Royal on Sunday (May 10) in London, England. Here are just a few.

Pixie Lott: The British singer stood out wearing an alluring Blumarine blue navy macramé lace gown.

Emma Willis: The TV presenter opted for something both chic and modern wearing a Roland Mouret ‘Shotwick’ jumpsuit which you may remember has been previous worn by Kate Hudson and Jessica Simpson. The styling is impeccable.  I wish Pixie had also opted for a colour-popping clutch.

Rochelle Humes In Suzanne Neville – 2015 National Television Awards

Rochelle Humes In Suzanne Neville - 2015 National Television Awards

Rochelle Humes attended the National Television Awards held at the 02 Arena on Wednesday (January 21) in London, England, as part of the award-winning ‘This Morning’ team.

The presenter, who is also one fifth of The Saturdays, wore a flame-red strapless mermaid gown by Suzanne Neville.

Considering the gown was custom made, I have a slight issue with the fit around the hip area, but I do appreciate that there needed to be some wiggle room and that Rochelle would need to actually sit in this gown.

Just a few small tweaks would’ve perfected this for me as I also felt the skirt portion didn’t flow too well as a result of being too long.

I look at this and feel that in the hands of Zac Posen it would’ve been inch perfect.

The Anton Heunis necklace, while beautiful, was a tad overkill for me.

The Saturdays – 2014 Pride of Britain Awards

Pride Of Britain Awards - Red Carpet Arrivals

Three-fifths of girl group The Saturdays attended the Pride of Britain Awards at The Grosvenor House Hotel on Monday (October 6) in London, England, all opting for halter-neck dresses.

Mollie King: While she may have got the halter-neck memo, she didn’t get the wear black memo, standing out from the trio wearing a Julien Macdonald Spring 2014 dove-grey gown accented with shimmering mesh panels meaning she could forgo wearing bling on the night.

Vanessa White: She may be the shortest in the line-up, but she grabbed my attention in her Forever Unique ‘Blair’ gown. Sleek and elegant, she continues to be the one I look to first in this group. Style-wise, she’s come such a long way.

Rochelle Humes: Oozing grace and elegance from every pore, Rochelle stood head and shoulders above her bandmates wearing a gorgeous lace Philip Armstrong gown with a point d’esprit panel. She couldn’t have done much more to perfect this look.

The Saturdays In Christopher Kane – Poppy Appeal Photocall

Poppy Appeal - Launch Photocall

Four of The Saturdays (Rochelle Humes, Vanessa White, Mollie King and Una Healy – the fifth, Frankie Sandford, is on maternity leave having given birth to a baby boy last week) attended a photocall to launch this year’s Poppy Appeal at RAF Northolt in Ruislip, England yesterday afternoon.

Often they dress like five girls pulled in off the street, but yesterday there was finally some cohesion in terms of their look as they jumped on two trends – the vinyl trend and the current love for Christopher Kane’s ‘Brain Scan’ printed pieces.

The only one who kept it 100% black was Vanessa, wearing a black dress with a mesh yoke and vinyl skirt.

Rochelle was the most covered up, wearing the most inappropriate shoes for her funky, youthful look. Mollie was, of course, wearing a crop top, with Una over-accessorizing just a tad, adding a statement necklace to her vinyl bustier, studded belt and brain-scan skirt combo.

Anyone here catch your eye for the right reasons? Or is your opinion of The Saturdays consistent: they just try too hard.
