Reese Witherspoon In Giorgio Armani – WSJ Magazine 2017 Innovator Awards

Reese Witherspoon picked up the Entertainment Innovator of the Year award at the WSJ Magazine 2017 Innovator Awards on Wednesday (November 1) in New York City.

I love how the sculpted shoulders on her Giorgio Armani Pre-Fall 2017 dress creates a strong impression along with the embellished bodice of black and mint green beading.

While this style of this dress sits firmly in Reese’s wheelhouse, there is something different here – which I can’t quite put my finger on (perhaps it’s her confidence) – which is totally drawing me to this into this look.

Jimmy Choo sandals, Cartier jewels and glossy waves provided the finishing touches.

ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration Red Carpet Roundup

From ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration on Monday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California, we’ve seen the likes of Kristen Stewart and Jennifer Lawrence. Here is a roundup of the rest of the gorgeous actresses who were in attendance.

Jessica Chastain: The vinyl Fashion Week trend didn’t go down too well with the majority, but Jessica put her graceful spin on the trend in Calvin Klein which is the most glamorous interpretation I’ve seen yet.

Margot Robbie: After a colourful week promoting ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’, Margot opted for the simple elegance of Calvin Klein. I adore the sensuality of this look, plus the embellished sandals.

Zoe Lister-Jones: The Chinese influence of her gorgeous McQ Alexander McQueen floral dress is there for all to see. It’s the complementary styling of Irene Neuwirth and blue suede shoes which really perfected the look.

Reese Witherspoon In Stella McCartney – ‘Home Again’ London Screening

I found myself a little underwhelmed by Reese Witherspoon’s Emmys look, so I was happy to see the actress opt for Stella McCartney again for the ‘Home Again’ London screening this evening (September 21), with a more pleasant outcome.

On this occasion she teams a strong, structural silhouette with a sultry outlook that felt instantly refreshing.

I would say she lets the dress take centre stage, but some would argue that her white Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps and diamond encrusted Cartier bracelet defy that statement.

Some of you might be happy that Reese has not gone down her tried and true route via Roland Mouret or Antonio Berardi, but this look – as beautiful as it is – took me back to her Met Gala Mugler gown.

Reese Witherspoon In Stella McCartney – 2017 Emmy Awards

Reese Witherspoon worked the red carpet at the 2017 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 17) in Los Angeles.

The ‘Big Little Lies’ actress wore a Stella McCartney satin suit dress, Christian Louboutin ‘Decoltish’ pumps and dramatic diamond jewels.

Oh boy, here we go. I can already sense that this is going to be divisive: I don’t like this look. Yes, I said it. I normally love suiting looks for women on the red carpet, but this just really isn’t working for me. I’m not sure if it’s the sheen of the fabric or how plain jane it is, but I find it quite ‘blah’.

All that withstanding, Reese’s hair, makeup, and holy cow–legs–are perfection.

So let’s hear it–how is loving this, and who stands with me in the not feeling it section?

Reese Witherspoon In Michael Kors Collection – ‘Home Again’ New York Screening

Reese Witherspoon attended the screening for ‘Home Again’ on Wednesday (September 6) in New York City.

There’s no denying that her Michael Kors Resort 2018 sheath dress was an uplifting choice with its allover lemon-and-gold florals.

To me this is a very “Reese” dress – pretty and flattering – teamed with modern metallic pumps, however, methinks some will deem this an ageing look.

Reese Witherspoon In Roland Mouret – ‘Home Again’ LA Premiere

Reese Witherspoon joined Lake Bell for the premiere of Open Road Films’ ‘Home Again’ on Tuesday (August 29) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress never met a Roland Mouret dress she didn’t like, and you can see why when this lipstick-red ‘Malton’ dress from the Resort 2018 collection did a great job of complementing her figure.

I like how the peplum waist and contrasting details amplifies drama. Reese’s red carpet looks tend to be a tad ‘ho-hum’ at times, but this made me stand up and take notice.

Reese completed her look with her favourite Christian Louboutin ‘Colankle’ strappy sandals and a glossy red lip.
