Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Earlier this week Rachel McAdams was on ABC’s ‘Live with Kelly!’ promoting her new movie, ‘The Vow’.

She opted for an angelic look wearing an Andrew Gn Spring 2012 dress.

Her white brocade pouf dress with drape sleeves and a baroque beaded bib was paired with Christian Louboutin black patent pumps.

The pumps wouldn’t have been my first choice, but I’m thankful they aren’t white.

A silver clutch and coral-pink lips completed her look.

Much like J-Lo, Rachel had more than one stop.

Rachel McAdams was the first to wear this Collette Dinnigan 2012 ‘Mirabella’ dress to the Berlin photocall of her latest movie, ‘The Vow’ in Germany last week.

The actress wore the blush, black embroidered dress with black heels and kept her hair and make-up really simple.

Nicole Kidman wore the same dress on Friday whilst attending the 2012 Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards in West Hollywood, California.

She opted for gold strappy sandals, and like Rachel, she kept everything else simple.

As much as I love Nicole’s glowing tan, I have to say Rachel’s pale complexion works perfectly for the dress keeping the ethereal nature of the look.

Nicole also lost points for her dress appearing to be too tight around the hips.

Rachel McAdams was in Munich, Germany, today with co-star Channing Tatum, for the photocall of their latest movie, ‘The Vow’, at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof this afternoon.

The actress wore a Collette Dinnigan Spring 2012 ‘Mirabella’ dress for the occasion.

Her ladylike blush dress with black embroidered details also has a bow accented grosgrain waistband to nip in the waist.

Paired with black pumps which blended into the carpet, the flawless beauty looked radiant as she completed her look with bubblegum-pink lips and studded earrings.

Sorry comments aren’t working at the moment.

Black winter Fall coats are making for chic street-style wear at the moment.

First we had Elizabeth Banks, now Rachel McAdams.

The actress is London to promote her latest movie, ‘The Vow’.

She looked very chic wearing a Fall 2011 coat by The Row over a black mini dress with a leather Peter Pan collar whilst leaving BBC Radio 1 yesterday afternoon.

The standout piece of her look were her Brian Atwood nude-and-black ‘Grace’ ankle-strap pumps with a ruffle piece going down the heel.

Rachel McAdams is the February 2012 cover girl for Glamour US.

The actress was captured by Alexei Hay decked out in a pink Mavi shirt and Dolce & Gabbana shorts.

In the rest of Rachel’s editorial we see her wearing a Prada bodysuit, a powder-blue Louis Vuitton sweater and briefs; a red Dior dress, and a sexy lace pink top and skirt by Dolce & Gabbana.

Rachel talks to Glamour about her new movie, The Vow and her costar Channing Tatum.

She met her ex Ryan Gosling, and current beau Michael Sheen on set, but she doesn’t advocate meeting a boyfriend on set.

The beauty also talks about her early start as an employee at McDonalds.

You can read the full story at Glamour.com. Here are some extracts from her interview.

On dating her costars: “A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don’t think it’s very conducive; it’s too distracting. Every relationship I’ve had with a coworker has come after the fact, because you wind up actually spending a lot of time with those people promoting the movie.” Read more…

Rachel McAdams stepped out on the red carpet last night for the LA premiere for ‘Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows’ which was held at the Regency Village Theatre.

The gorgeous actress looked dazzling on the red carpet wearing a Marchesa Resort 2012 gown.

This embroidered long-sleeve cowl-back gown is very much more like it. It’s sleek, sexy and gives Rachel a beautiful silhouette.

I love that she opted for a fresh, simple look, only applying a light pink matte lip colour.

To ensure her gown was the main focus, she styled her hair into an intricate, knotted updo with a few wispy pieces framing her face.

Glittery Christian Louboutin ankle boots and Jacqueline Nerguizian jewels completed her BDOTW-worthy look.

Does this gown feel déjà vu to you?

That may be because it similar in style to Diane Kruger’s 2009 ‘Inglourious Basterds’ Cannes Film Festival Marchesa gown.
