Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Pixie Lott joined Brooklyn Decker and Rihanna on the red carpet at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Japan today, for the ‘Battleship’ world premiere.

The British singer is in Japan to promote her single ‘All About the Night’, which is number one in the charts in the country.

She donned a strapless black lace dress by Dolce & Gabbana.

The dress is gorgeous, but the pasta necklace over-cooks this look (pardon the pun).

What was fun and festive on the runway has become comical on the red carpet, sadly.

I can’t say I’m crazy about the rest of the look either.

Black lace pumps, sheer lace opera gloves and a mini woven bag accessorized her look.

A slicked-back hairstyle and an orange lip colour provided the finishing touches.

The dress, bag and shoes would’ve sufficed. The rest is just too noisy.

She should save the quirky D&G touches for the likes of Paloma Faith.

Fall 2012 collections already popping up all over the red carpet, but some celebrities aren’t quite ready for the change.

Pixie Lott attended the UK premiere of ‘The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists’ on Wednesday evening wearing a look that most likely seems very familiar.

The pop singer stepped out in a midriff-baring Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012 three-piece look in a bold eggplant print.

Rolled up cuffs on the oversized blazer showed off a flash of quirky polka-dot print lining.

Black pumps and a mini sequined Dolce & Gabbana ‘Miss Sicily’ bag complete the look.

Just before Mother’s Day, which was celebrated in the UK yesterday, Pixie Lott attended the Tesco Magazine Mum Of The Year 2012 Awards in London.

The singer donned a typically cute and quirky outfit.

She livened up her asymmetrical LBD by wearing a Moschino Resort 2012 jacket which featured googly eyes and smile-appliquéd pockets.

A chic black satin bag also got the googly eye and smile treatment.

Seafoam-green bow-accented pumps and wavy locks completed the look.

Pixie Lott hit the red carpet in London on Wednesday night for the U.K premiere of ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1′.

The British singer wore an embroidered shift dress from the Paule Ke Black Carpet Collection.

Given Tuesday’s real-life black carpet for the film’s LA premiere, Pixie may have been inspired to pick this particular collection.

She looks exactly how a pop-star at a Twilight premiere should: sweet, but edgy, with a hint of goth.

The silver embellished neckline and bow adornments keep this short dress from becoming too racy, or worse – boring.

Lace-up booties and a black Miu Miu clutch finish Pixie’s ensemble.

Pixie Lott was one of many celebs who enjoyed V Festival this weekend in Chelmsford, England.

The British singer wore a D&G Pre-Fall 2011 playsuit.

Her long sleeve daisy print look with bloomer-style shorts was perfectly coordinated with daisy print face paint.

Pixie usually goes for a typical boho vibe at festivals, but on this occasion her look was far from it whilst still being fun and event appropriate.

Her accessories were a mixture of designer and high street.

Out go the Hunter wellies for gold glitter Office brogues and a fringed bag is replace with a DG Mini Miss Sicily bag.

I really glad to see her do something different.
