Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Leona Lewis wore a cutesy pink strapless Marchesa dress with a ruffled bust and jeweled embroidered waistband.

The dress is nice, but it’s such a boring safe choice for the EMA’s.

Amelle Berrabah, of the UK girl group, Sugababes stood out from her band mates, Heidi Range and Keisha Buchanan by wearing the now sold out Preen Power bandage dress.

She wore her dress with a pair of pink lace up boots, which complimented her pink belt.

Heidi (in the middle) was a hot mess wearing a white one-shoulder dress with tights, blue suede shoes and matching earrings.

Keisha faired better wearing a tango red strapless Acne Baroque bustier dress with a double skirt, with open toe lace up boots.

Where the big one is, the little one follows.

Solange Knowles walked the red carpet tonight wearing a strapless dress from the Emporio Armani Fall 2008 collection.

The stunning strapless dress was covered in black shiny discs, which she wore with a black and white striped shrug.

She looks good, I can’t find a fault…oh except for the make-up around her eyes.

I love Estelle’s Jimmy Choo snake patchwork sandals, but I am much less exited about her Bernard Chandran Spring 2009 strapless dress. It feels a bit plain for the singer.

She made up for it by wearing this stunning electric blue strapless Bernard Chandran Spring 2009 dress, with a triangle shaped skirt with embellishments, which she wore when she performed American Boy with Kanye West.

It is about time Kelly Rowland wowed me.

The now UK resident arrived at this event wearing a simple black gown, showed off her amazing figure.

STUNNING.

Katie White of The Ting Tings works the crimped hair look which we have seen on Tyra Banks and Christina Aguilera.

Katie opts for a miss mash of bright colours, and I am loving everything accept the grey skirt. I would have loved something much brighter.

Alex Curran wears a black and ivory playful Krizia Spring 2008 playsuit with YSL platform boots.

It’s a bit out there, but this is the EMAs. The red clutch does not work though.

Daisy Lowe opted for a leather dress, with a gold studded waist belt.

Anastacia shows us she is back wearing a backless golden embellished gown, which shows off her two rather large tattoo’s.

I love that Pink tries to look feminine on the red carpet by wearing a lot of gowns. For a while it worked, but lately it has been very tragic. Case in point.

Duffy was officially the worst dressed at this event.

Scroll down to see what Katy Perry and Beyonce Knowles wore.

Best Group Award
Finally the Pussycat Dolls get it oh so right.

I love the soft neutral colours of both the dresses and make-up. Such a refreshing change from the S&M gear they usually wear.

Melody Thornton kind of upsets the balance for me in her 3 piece suit, but the other 4 are perfection.

Best Comeback/Most Improved Extensions Award
I knew she could do it. Britney Spears made a massive comeback last night collecting 3 awards for a blah song and a so so video, but what impressed me most is that she more than pulled her sh*t together.

Her extensions look like they weren’t purchased from Jessica Simpson’s HairDo line.

The shorten Atelier Versace Fall 2008 silver beaded dress was gorgeous, and reminded me of Britney of old.

Welcome back Brit Brit.

Best Glow Award
Ashlee Simpson is rumoured to be carrying twins, which apparently is the new thing in celebrity childbirth.

The red head took to the red carpet in a black draped empire-lined Alexander McQueen Fall 2008 gown, with a stunning train.

The dress has a mixture of Gothic chic and feminine elegance that looks so right on Mrs Wentz.

Best Mini Award
Ashlee Tisdale provided the little sparkly dress wearing a Roberto Cavalli strapless mini which was covered in white paillettes.

Nice Dress, Shame About The Hair Award
Pink’s red and navy stripped Alexis Lamontagna Fall 2008 gown strapless gown, was stunning. I really fell in love with it.

I think the dress suited Pink, but I just did not like her hair.

Best Legs Award
Ciara showed off plenty of leg in her metallic Dolce & Gabbana dress, which she wore with Louboutin shoes, Jimmy Choo starred patent clutch.

Best Ass Award
Hurley brand ambassador and face of the line’s new fall campaign, Bar Refaeli attended the show wearing a grey cotton tank dress custom-made for the model by Hurley. The dress did well to show off her best asset.

Bar kept her look on trend for fall by adding piles of statement jewels by Badgley Mischka.

Best Strapless Award
Nothing makes you feel young, cute and girly like a Bestey Johnson dress. And that is exactly how Jordin Sparks looked.

You Did Not Suck Award
Lauren Conrad is not my favourite person, but give credit were credit is due, she did look gorgeous in this white dress by Pogah Couture. I especially love the skirt of this dress.

She completed her look with silver Sergio Rossi heels, and a silver Kara Ross clutch.

Most Fashion Forward Award
Rihanna wore a black bustier with a Peter Pilotto Fall 2008 print shield skirt in vibrant green/yellow.

The skirt is the show stopper, as it is has a very futuristic feel to it.

She completes her edgy look, with a pair of white platformed t-bar heels.

Cute Shoes/Clutch/Nails Combo
The dress Victoria Justice is adorable, but how cute is she to have matched her shoes, clutch and nail colour? So cute.

Golden Girl Award
Audrina Patridge gold and peachy dress was suited to her golden tan. She wore her dress with a gold vintage clutch by Daniel Swarovski.

Best Theme Award
Katy Perry channeled Wonder Wonder. So cute.

Best Rock Chick Award
I love rock chicks in dainty dresses. Hayley Williams of Paramore wore a green Topshop vintage inspired dress, with a cute bow tie, torn tight and rubber platforms.
