Elizabeth Banks In Andrew Gn – ‘Black Mass’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Elizabeth Banks In Andrew Gn - 'Black Mass' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Elizabeth Banks attended the premiere of ‘Black Mass’ during the 2015 Venice Film Festival on Friday (September 4) in Venice, Italy.

This was Elizabeth’s fourth look of the festival, and sadly my least favourite.

While this look does cultivate an image of earthy elegance, I don’t feel like this suits Elizabeth’s style at all.

Factor in that the gown feels really heavy and that I’m not a fan of this particular floral design; it’s a very rare no from me.

Sutra emerald earrings and Brian Atwood shoes completed her look.

Diane Kruger attended the premiere of ‘Black Mass’ during the 2015 Venice Film Festival on Friday (September 4) in Venice, Italy.

I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw Diane in this BOSS gown, as this sees the German beauty back to her sleek, chic, modern best.

There’ll be no complaints about the velvet fabric when it has been contoured to fit to perfection, and while the train might feel cumbersome to a minority, I would say that I feel it adds an air of gracefulness to the look.

Only thing that bothers me is the hair. The ‘I only had 5 mins to spare’ look doesn’t match the greatness of the gown.

Amber Heard joined Johnny Depp for the premiere of his latest movie, ‘Black Mass’ during the 2015 Venice Film Festival on Friday (September 4) in Venice, Italy.

Amber Heard: Making a grand entrance, the actress was back to her jaw-dropping, femme fatale best looking breath-taking wearing a Stella McCartney Spring 2016 bustier gown. You’ll be forgiven if you initially thought this was a Mugler gown like I did. Bulgari jewels and Christian Louboutin ‘Cross Me’ sandals completed her look which lends a delicate air of darkened femininity to the festivities.

Johnny Depp: The actor wore a Dior Homme navy wool and silk shawl collar classic tuxedo. The poor fit of the trousers is only enhance by the tragic Dior Homme footwear.

Dakota Johnson attended the photocall for ‘Black Mass’ during the 2015 Venice Film Festival at Palazzo del Casino on Friday (September 4) in Venice, Italy.

Evoking the mystique of a darker age, Dakota wore a Valentino Resort 2016 dress which harks back to the Victoriana era with a bullet ladder stitch high neck and elongated bodice panel that flatters the figure with undiluted finesse.

Jimmy Choo ‘Lucille’ sandals were all that were added to this gorgeous look from Dakota who is fast becoming one of my red carpet faves.

Elizabeth Banks In Elie Saab – ‘Beasts Of No Nation’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Elizabeth Banks In Elie Saab - 'Beasts Of No Nation' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Elizabeth Banks attended the ‘Beasts Of No Nation’ premiere, held at Sala Grande on Thursday (September 3) during the 2015 Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

Everything was coming up flowers—again—for the actress and jury member who returned to pretty blooms for her latest look at the festival.

Building on the bouquet from her photocall frock the day before, this Elie Saab Resort 2016 front-slit gown is rendered in an equally eye-catching print which she accessorized with Borgioni and Djula jewels, a metallic Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch, and Christian Louboutin ‘Benedetta’ black strappy sandals.

I actually preferred this dress once it came alive to the pace of her walk, as the breeze caught the diaphanous fabric and the cape-like back and skirt floated behind her.

A less contrived hairstyle in the form of loose waves would have furthered my affection.

Alessandra Ambrosio In Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini – ‘Spotlight’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Alessandra Ambrosio In Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini - 'Spotlight' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Alessandra Ambrosio joined fellow model Hilary Rhoda at the 2015 Venice Film Festival premiere of ‘Spotlight’ at Sala Grande on Thursday (September 3) in Venice, Italy.

If there’s one thing to be said about Alessandra, it’s consistency. This is her third time in as many days to wear a sheer Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini gown.

While quite similar to her white see-through moment at the opening ceremony, this Fall 2015 number seemed marginally more appropriate for the red carpet, if only because of its darker, more formalized hue.

She clearly loves wearing such looks—and she works them to full advantage, beautifully showcasing the movement of the dress.

But are you ready for a break from the transparency?

Hilary Rhoda In Kaufmanfranco – ‘Spotlight’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Hilary Rhoda In Kaufmanfranco - 'Spotlight' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Hilary Rhoda graced the red carpet of the 2015 Venice Film Festival ‘Spotlight’ premiere held at Sala Grande on Thursday (September 3) in Venice, Italy, where she was photographed alongside Chopard co-president and artistic director Caroline Scheufele.

Elegant glamour personified, the model was dressed in a Kaufmanfranco sequin spiderweb mesh design where she was likely adorned in Chopard’s dazzlers, as she recently announced her role as the new face of the brand’s Imperiale collection on Instagram.

Maintaining the precarious balance between glittery gown and statement jewelry, the look was striking without venturing into overdone territory.

This was likely due to the languid, relaxed silhouette of the dress and her sleekly simplified bun.
