Diane Kruger attended the premiere of ’11 Minutes’ during the 2015 Venice Film Festival at Sala Grande this evening (September 9) in Venice, Italy.

The windswept beauty wore an Oscar de la Renta Fall 2015 white gown with black lace embroidered roses.

Why don’t I like this?

I just doesn’t feel original enough for someone of Diane’s stature.

The attempt to inject some personality with the red Rauwolf clutch feels way too random and the Brian Atwood white satin platform pumps should never have been seen.

The only thing I love here are the Irene Neuwirth earrings.

Alba Rohrwacher In Valentino Couture – ‘Blood Of My Blood’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Alba Rohrwacher attended the premiere of ‘Blood Of My Blood’ during the 2015 Venice Film Festival on Tuesday (September 8) in Venice, Italy.

Like Tilda Swinton, I’m always blown away by Alba’s red carpet style.

The Italian actress continues to place her faith in all things Valentino, and they repaid her with this simple, yet stunning red pleated Couture gown.

Some might be put off by the nude lining, but I think this gives the piece a lighter-than-air quality which enabled her to glide down the red carpet with such unassuming grace.

Dakota Johnson attended the premiere of ‘A Bigger Splash’ on Sunday (September 6) during Venice Film Festival.

Unlike y’all, I have liked all of Dakota’s red carpet looks during this festival, until now.

Unfortunately, this Marc Jacobs Resort 2016 gown fell flat for me – despite the embellishments.

From the shapelessness to the lack of impact; once you factor in the hairstyle this is possibly my least favourite look from Dakota this year.

Tilda Swinton attended the premiere of ‘A Bigger Splash’ on Sunday (September 6) during Venice Film Festival.

Continuing to turn to Colombian designer Haider Ackerman, the actress presents sheer elegance with graceful poise while wearing this custom lemon-hued gown.

Ladylike with a touch of sensuality in its off-the-shoulder design, this pristine number instantly swept me away, however, I wish the grosgrain waistband was thinner and I didn’t see the white satin pumps.

Elizabeth Banks In Marchesa – ‘A Bigger Splash’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Elizabeth Banks was back on the red carpet for the Venice Film Festival premiere of ‘A Bigger Splash’ on Sunday (September 6).

After failing to ignite my senses in Andrew Gn, that didn’t put the jury member off wearing her fourth floral frock of the festival.

The actress was back to her breath-taking best wearing a Marchesa Resort 2016 lace gown accented with floral appliqués which she styled with Jimmy Choo sandals, Anne Sisteron Jewelry and a box clutch.

Oozing sensual femininity in a manner which is classic Elizabeth Banks, I think this might just be my favourite look from her so far this festival.

Where does it rank for you?

Bérénice Bejo In Monique Lhuillier & Zuhair Murad Couture – ‘The Childhood Of A Leader’ Photocall -& El Clan’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Berenice Bejo In Monique Lhuillier & Zuhair Murad Couture - 'The Childhood Of A Leader' Photocall -& El Clan' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Bérénice Bejo has been busy during Venice Film Festival promoting ‘The Childhood Of A Leader’ and ‘El Clan’.

As we’ve come to expect, she did so in fine form.

‘The Childhood Of A Leader’ Photocall: The French Argentine actress wore a girlish-cool Monique Lhuillier Resort 2016 white shirtdress. What I love about this dress is the contrasting blue collar which brings modern quality to the wear-anytime design.

‘El Clan’ Venice Film Festival Premiere: Let’s face it, while this Zuhair Murad Fall 2015 Couture green embellished bat sleeve dress is gorgeous, it brings nothing new to the table. In fact I think it’s been regurgitated every season for the last five seasons now. However, I’m more perplex by the fact that we can’t see her arms in this look. Jimmy Choo sandals and CHAUMET jewels provided the finishing touches.

Alicia Vikander In Louis Vuitton – ‘Danish Girl’ Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Alicia Vikander In Louis Vuitton - 'Danish Girl' Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Alicia Vikander joined Amber Heard for the ‘Danish Girl’ photocall and premiere at the 2015 Venice Film Festival on Saturday (September 5) in Venice, Italy.

Photocall: Perhaps I am still swept away by her recent BDOTW moment, but the Swedish actress’s Louis Vuitton paisley patterned frock seemed rather shapeless and a bit lacklustre—and the side buckles a strange accouterment. Her long waves and rose-tinged makeup were lovely had they been applied to a different dress.

Premiere: Going from print to print, Alicia donned a custom-made Louis Vuitton embroidered peasant gown for the premiere. I’m sure the craftsmanship was beautiful, but the resulting effect stepped farther across the line into costume than I’d prefer.

As the new face of Louis Vuitton, she’s had some hits and misses with the label. Where do these two looks land?
