Front Row @ Fall 2015 Couture Week

Fashionable femmes have been in attendance at a range of shows during Paris Fall 2015 Couture Fashion Week in Paris, France.

Olivia Palermo: Included in her fashion show rounds, Olivia was at the Schiaparelli presentation on Monday (July 6), where she opted to wear a Christian Dior gingham frock. Styled with flats and a silk printed scarf, the ensemble did possess a certain charm. But the deep and wide plunge neckline did no favours to the otherwise sweet silhouette.

Paz Vega: While the sheer overload continues, I still absolutely loved Paz’s Ralph & Russo Couture outing at the Ralph & Russo Couture show on Tuesday (July 7). The combination of enchanting, laser-cut white lace and the glamorous, old-Hollywood peplum silhouette had me at hello—and the daring punch of the scorpion-encrusted clutch only furthered my affection for the look.

Lupita Nyong’o
: The actress was definitively elegant in a Maison Margiela sheer-paneled dress at the Maison Margiela Couture show on Wednesday (July 8). While the impeccable tailoring contributed to the success of the ensemble, it was refreshing to likewise see Lupita veer slightly outside the box with funky platform heels—although this would have been a nice occasion to bring in a vibrant lip, too.

Front Row @ Armani Privé Spring 2015

Armani prive front row

As you would expect, the front row was packed with celebrities at the Armani Privé Spring 2015 show held during Paris Fashion Week in France yesterday evening (January 27).

Sonam Kapoor: The Indian goddess looked resplendent wearing an Armani Spring 2015 jumpsuit featuring an embellished body and sheer cropped trousers. I love this look for several reasons: the colour, the detailing and the subtle cultural references. She couldn’t have selected a more fitting piece. Having seen this in person last night, this picture is just not doing her justice. She was majestically exquisite.

Paz Vega: The Spanish beauty was back to her best, looking effortlessly statuesque and elegant in satin Armani separates. At first I wasn’t too sure about the coat, but it helped create a strong silhouette with the bold shoulders and long length.

Paz Vega In Elie Saab – 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globe Awards Post-Party

Paz Vega In Elie Saab - 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros

Having attended The Art Of Elysium ‘HEAVEN’ gala on Saturday night, Paz Vega was back on the red carpet for the 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros. 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards Post-Party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, California.

The Spanish beauty wore an Elie Saab Fall 2014 green gown with a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit styled with gold Jimmy Choo ‘Kalpa’ sandals.

I have looked at this several times now and I can’t find one thing I like about it.

On this occasion the hair is not working for me. This is my biggest dislike with this look. Also I would’ve preferred all or nothing when it came to the embellishments.

Paz Vega In Carolina Herrera - 2015 Art Of Elysium HEAVEN Gala

Showcasing a new short-back-and-sides hairdo, Paz Vega attended The Art of Elysium 8th Annual HEAVEN Gala held at Hangar 8 on Saturday (January 10) in Santa Monica, California.

While this is quite a tricky hairstyle to pull off, she certainly has the face and bone structure to pull it off.

Her short-sleeve gown, while simple in design with its A-line silhouette and a cascading ruffle in the back, features an eye-catching kaleidoscope, tulip print, and spectrum on the skirt.

Intrinsically charming in every way, she completed the look with just a glossy lip.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association And InStyle Celebrate The 2015 Golden Globe Award Season Red Carpet Roundup

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association And InStyle Celebrate The 2015 Golden Globe Award Season Red Carpet Roundup2

Here is a quick roundup of some of the other attendees for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle’s celebration of the 2015 Golden Globe awards season held at Fig & Olive Melrose Place on Thursday (November 20) in West Hollywood, California.

Abigail Spencer: The actress wore an oversized Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2014 suit styled with all-black accessories including the brand’s signature bow.

Isabel Lucas: The Australian beauty wore a navy jacquard Prabal Gurung Resort 2015 look with a dainty asymmetrical ruffled hemline. I can’t say I like the socks and open-toe booties pairing, but Isabel has always celebrated a slightly offbeat style.

Michelle Monaghan: Opting for a less is more approach, the gorgeous actress wore a colour-block Roksanda Spring 2015 frock styled with all-black accessories. At first I was longing for a bit more from Michelle, but looking at the red carpet, this simple stylish look was event appropriate.
