Paula Patton For Harper’s Bazaar Arabia December 2011

‘Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol’ star Paula Patton looks breath-taking on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia which was shot by John Russo and styled by Sally Matthews wearing a Mauzan abaya dress over a gold sequined Cavalli mini dress.

Where was Sally when Paula needed her for the MI4 promo tour?

The actress dons Yves Saint Laurent and Jason Wu for the rest of her editorial.

Here are some extract from her interview:

On her favourite designers: My favorite designers right now are probably Dolce & Gabbana first and foremost, I love the femininity of their clothes. They’ll go a bit retro but give you enough modern elements that make it new and free. I’m a big fan of Lanvin, and for evening gowns, Carolina Herrera and I love McQueen.

On how she keeps her famous physique intact: “Sometimes I do yoga, sometimes it’s kickboxing, sometimes it’s weight training, sometimes it’s pilates. Basically still trying to keep the muscles there, so that when the next role comes it won’t feel quite as difficult. I don’t want to have to go through that first month again. Read more…

Paula Patton In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’ Rio Premiere

The final stop on the promo tour for ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’ took place at the Cine Lagoon in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, last night.

I did hope Paula Patton would go out with a bang, but I knew that was wishful thinking.

The actress donned a summery Dolce & Gabbana dress.

Her yellow chiffon floral dress with rhinestone detailing is beautiful, but it doesn’t work for me.

The tropical nature of the dress feels too contrived considering her location.

Remember how Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wowed us when she wore a sleek black Michael Kors look in Rio for her ‘Transformers’ premiere? I wish Paula had wowed us like that.

I for one am glad this tour is over. Paula’s stylist has given her average looks that have not done her justice.

The only good thing about this tour is that it hasn’t lasted as long as ‘Puss In Boots’.

Paula Patton In Naeem Khan – ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’ London Premiere

This was more like it from Paula Patton at the London premiere of ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’ yesterday evening.

The gorgeous star wore a Naeem Khan Fall 2011 mini dress.

Her metallic filigree scallop-beaded dress with long sleeves was teamed with a sexy pair of Christian Louboutin ‘Lucifer bow’ nude studded pumps, which are still a celebrity favourite since being first worn by Ciara back in December last year.

Whilst I admire her effort on this occasion, I’m hopeful that she goes out with a bang for the final premiere today in Rio de Janeiro.

Paula Patton has failed to inspire us during this ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’ promo tour.

Before she hit London last night, she attended the Madrid premiere on Monday.

She wore a very typically sexy Dolce & Gabbana leopard-print dress.

Stunning Amrapali earrings which matched her purple dress and flawless makeup completed her look.

She looks pretty, the dress is gorgeous, so why am I not feeling any stomach flips?

Paula has a great personality, so why is she failing to excite us?

Earlier today, on a frosty morning in Moscow, Paula Patton was joined by Simon Pegg, Tom Cruise, and Brad Bird for the ‘Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol’ photocall.

She kept her look simple, warm and comfortable by wearing leather pants, a wool coat and a star print scarf.

As I told you yesterday this promo tour is all about her enviable shoe collection.

The actress donned a pair of Brian Atwood Cohen-Borchie ankle boots which make me go weak at the knees.

A pin gold heel and gold studs ensure that one thing stands out from her look.
