Olivia Palermo In Marchesa & Valentino - 9th Annual Delete Blood Cancer Gala & 2015 American Museum Of Natural History Museum Dance

Olivia Palermo was lovely at back-to-back events on Thursday (April 16) and Friday (April 17) evenings in New York City.

9th Annual Delete Blood Cancer Gala: First up, the socialite wore a delightful Marchesa Spring 2015 confection for the gala at Cipriani, Wall Street. I love this look for its directional, cocoon-like silhouette and fanciful, allover floral and vine embroidery that was appropriately gypsy-glam for Olivia. Her styling added another layer of finesse with an amazing pair of blue statement earrings, strappy Aquazzura x Olivia Palermo sandals, and an embellished clutch.

: Donning another beautifully embroidered design at the museum dance, her Valentino Spring 2015 gown was whimsically covered in starfish. Another quintessential boho-chic ‘Olivia’ look, the dress has already been worn twice by both Shailene Woodley and Fan Bingbing. That said, Olivia contributed her own unique touch with a metallic handbag, and soft waves for an effortless finish.

Rita Ora & Olivia Palermo In Tommy Hilfiger – Tommy Hilfiger Boulevard Capucines Boutique Opening

Rita Ora & Olivia Palermo In Tommy Hilfiger - Tommy Hilfiger Boulevard Capucines Boutique Opening

Tommy Hilfiger held a party to celebrate the opening of his Boulevard Capucines boutique in Paris on Tuesday (March 31), inviting a few celebs to join in the celebrations.

Rita Ora: The British singer wore an American football inspired look from the designer’s Fall 2015 collection, only switching her look slightly from runway by trading in black sheer tights. I know many of you are not fans of her style, but I think she’s in her element when rocking urban street style looks like this.

Olivia Palermo: The socialite is always on hand to celebrate all things fashion both home and aboard. Many of you have said that it’s disrespectful for her not to wear the designer’s pieces their events, but when I look at this, I wish Olivia had marched to the beat of her own drum as the cheerleader dress doesn’t suit her at all. Its feels way too juvenile for her. With her ever present Aquazzura x Olivia Palermo booties, the look was styled with a signature Paula Cademartori clutch and nautical inspired jacket.

Olivia Palermo’s Paris Fashion Week Style

Olivia Palermo's Paris Fashion Week Style

Having skipped London and Milan Fashion Weeks, Olivia Palermo has been making appearances in the front row in Paris.

Vionnet: Working a downtown New Yorker cool hipster vibe, it’s not often we see Olivia take such a laidback approach during fashion week. The look was styled with her ever-present Olivia Palermo x Aquazzura booties and a deconstructed coat I would kill for.

Roland Mouret: Her second look was more like the Olivia we know and love, donning a ladylike Dior navy wool jersey-knit embroidered patch dress. I can’t say I’m too enamoured with her Aquazzura booties with this look. Another pair of pointy pumps from this collection would’ve been preferable. Westward\\Leaning ‘Voyager 12 Circle’ shades and a fur stole completed her look.

Carolina Herrera Fall 2015 Front Row

Carolina Herrera Fall 2015 Front Row

Carolina Herrera presented her Fall 2015 collection during New York Fashion Week on Monday (February 16) in New York City.

While I eagerly await the moment when Emmy Rossum or Camilla Belle take to the red carpet in that gorgeous sky-blue strapless tiered gown, let’s see who got to see the collection first hand in the front row.

Olivia Palermo: Those who thought Olivia rude for not wearing Fendi to the Fendi event last week will be delighted to know she wore CH Carolina Herrera on this occasion; however, for me this black and white floral cloque dress doesn’t really appear to be suited to her style. Dare I say it feels too prissy.

Dianna Agron: The ‘Glee’ actress has long been a fan of the Venezuelan-American designer, and vice versa. Dianna’s best Carolina Herrera moment for me was the 2012 Met Gala. On this occasion she carried a CH Carolina Herrera ‘Maysa’ bag wearing a Carolina Herrera airy black and blue floral-print dress that complemented the backdrop. Had this not been in New York, where temperatures are well below freezing, I would’ve been put off by the tights.

Jordana Brewster: Opting not to go the uber-girlie route, the actress opted for Carolina Herrera chic separates with a distinct edgier flair, which incorporated leather pants. The black and white combo was interrupted by a python CH Carolina Herrera ‘Astrud’ bag.

Fendi New York Flagship Boutique Inauguration Party

Fendi New York Flagship Boutique Inauguration Party

On Friday (February 13) Fendi celebrated the opening of their New York flagship store during New York Fashion Week.

Rihanna: The singer, who designed a 3Baguette and micro baguette in aid of her Clara Lionel Foundation, wore a bronze leather Fendi archive dress styled with a pink chinchilla coat and Manolo Blahnik sandals. The look would’ve worked better sans coat.

Sarah Jessica Parker: The actress opted to go sans fur wearing a Fendi Spring 2015 look that was a feast for the eyes with its many colours, fabrications and layers. The smoky eye was perhaps too heavy for my liking, but I’m too distracted by her custom 3Baguette bag and stunning sandals.

Hailee Steinfeld: My first thought was that it was refreshing to see the young star in colour, then I realised she does often embrace colour but not always as boldly as this Pre-Fall 2015 look. A part of me feels there is too much going on, but the right side of my brain loves it from head to toe.
