Claire Foy was wearing Erdem at the 2017 AMD British Academy Britannia Awards on Friday (October 27) in Beverly Hills, California, but a trio of other starlets were paying homage to the British house of Burberry with their looks—although the three ensembles couldn’t have been more different if they tried.
Kate Mara: Kate took a seductive turn in this Burberry black sequin-embroidered Chantilly lace gown. Some may take issue with the nude lining, but I like how the actress delved into a slightly sultrier sense of glamour.
Olivia Cooke: What I most wish about this look consisting of a Burberry plaid riding shirt and tartan trousers was that it was more precisely tailored, as it would have translated in a far more polished manner, if so.
Sylvia Hoeks: For the most part, Sylvia let the statement piece that was her Burberry black-and-white, beaded spots-and-stripes sequin jacket be front and centre. I do like the matching pumps, but I question the larger clutch—at least it was black.
