Octavia Spencer In Marchesa – 2017 Oscars

Octavia Spencer was at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

We know the actress for her love of Tadashi Shoji on the red carpet, but tonight she had a Marchesa moment.

Yes, there was a whimsicality of the feminine, feathery skirt but there was something about the bodice that broke the spell a bit. It almost seemed to have a flattening effect.

With a beautifully sleek bob to top off the look, she accessorized with Stuart Weitzman heels and Forevermark Diamonds.

Halle Berry In Atelier Versace – 2017 Oscars

Halle Berry was at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

Whereas some stars brought the volume with their full gowns, the actress let her gorgeous curls handle that element.

As for her ensemble, she instead opted for a sleeker silhouette in her Atelier Versace Spring 2017 fluid column gown.

The soft veils of layers, encrusted with crystals, brought a shimmering radiance to the look.

Jessical Biel In Kaufmanfranco – 2017 Oscars

Who needs an Oscar trophy when you have Jessica Biel?

At the 2017 Oscars, held on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California, she was every bit the golden goddess in a statuesque KaufmanFranco Pre-Fall 2017 gold-leaf, body-con gown.

Giving all new meaning to 24 karat gold, this sultry, shining look was priceless—and her styling of it only elevated it to another stratosphere.

I love how she added the statement collar necklace from Tiffany & Co. You wouldn’t think a dress as sparkling as this would benefit from it, but it really added a fascinating layer of allure.

The same could be said for her sculptural hairstyle.

Brie Larson In Oscar de la Renta – 2017 Oscars

Brie Larson attended the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

Putting forth a subtle va-va-voom quality, she debuted an Oscar de la Renta custom gown that mixed elegance with charm.

Although the gown was black, it still possessed an effervescence in the dynamic movement of the ruffles that rippled throughout the skirt and train.

A hot orange-red lip polished off the look with additional flair.

Ginnifer Goodwin In Zuhair Murad – 2017 Oscars

Ginnifer Goodwin made an appearance at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

There were a few stars who went red for the night, and Ginnifer was among them in her Zuhair Murad Pre-Fall 2017 all-over lace gown that was an eye-catching pairing with her jet-black pixie cut.

We’ve seen so much sheer leg lately that it was refreshing to see a lined number—and a lining that was executed in such a way that it didn’t take away too much from the dress.

The look was styled with Sophia Webster jewels.

Ava DuVernay In Ashi Studio Couture – 2017 Oscars

Ava DuVernay made quite the statement on the red carpet of the 2017 Oscars on Sunday night (February 26).

The director wore a graceful Ashi Studio Fall 2016 Couture gown with lace appliqué detailing.

First of all, can I just say a big ‘yes’ to gray on the red carpet? The shade is just dark enough to really distinguish it as gray versus silver, and I’m absolutely loving the unique color.

Ava’s gorgeous, long locs, smokey eye and diamond jewelry are the perfect complements to this dramatic look.
