Red Carpet Fashion Awards

If your going to wear the same Chanel dress Diane Kruger wore two weeks ago, you better look fantastic in it and Shantel VanSanten does.

A lot of you weren’t liking Diane in the dress as you felt it was too tight on the bust, but Shantal doesn’t appear have that same issue.

With her hair swept to the side in a low bun the actress oozed sexy sophistication pairing her dress with Nicholas Kirkwood pearl embellished sandals.

Sporting a classic updo to show off her gold drop earrings, Haley Webb shone brightly wearing a one-shouldered canary yellow satin Lela Rose Spring 2009 dress with black peep-toes.

I love how she stands out on the black carpet, but I feel slightly uninspired by her all black accessories.

From the white dress to the grey suede Christian Louboutin ankle boots, I’m not liking anything about Krista Allen’s look at all.

She tried a funky look but came off looking slightly ridiculous.

A dress similar in style to Haley’s would’ve made her look more sophisticated.

Haylie Duff doesn’t appear in this movie, but that didn’t prevent her from making the biggest effort at this premiere.

Her ivory one shoulder Nikolaki Spring 2009 gown is glorious.  I love the colour against her sun-kissed skin.

The gown is accented with a black waist band and from the close-up you can see the shoulder detail cascade down her back.

Loose tussled waves and nude lips complete this gorgeous look.

Of all the celebrities we’ve see wearing the Christian Louboutin Very Prive studded peep-toe pumps Nicky Hilton loves hers the most, as we’ve seen them on her many times.

She paired her heels with a simple strapless Elise Øverland tiered black dress, and diamond earrings.

Svedka Adult Playground Presents Brent Bolthouse Photography Exhibit, LA

I said to myself last week that Kim Kardashian’s lighter locks would grow on me, but it hasn’t yet. I still really dislike the look.

At this event she wore an Alexander Wang denim corset top with a black mini skirt, oversized blazer and black pumps.

Like the look, hate the hair.

Nicky Hilton is getting a lot of wear out of her Christian Louboutin Very Prive studded peep-toe pumps which she pairs with a cute floral Topshop dress.

Rumor Willis Celebrates Her 21st Birthday at TAO, Las Vegas

For once I don’t hate Rumer Willis look – although I’m not crazy about her shoe choice – but I love her silver mini sparkling Toni Maticevski dress.

I was confident if she dyed her hair back to its original dark colour this would improve her overall look, and it shows here.

Audrina Patridge helped celebrate Rumer’s 21st birthday.

She arrived wearing a micro LBD from Alice + Olivia like only she can, with predictable black peep-toes.

Catalyst at Terranea Resort, LA

AnnaLynne McCord paired a pink layered tank with black pants and sexy black t-bar heels with gold trims.

Camille Guaty looked really cute wearing a ultra girlie Jill Stuart strapless floral dress which she accessorized with a chunky gold necklace and gold strappy Jimmy Choo sandals.

It looks like Victoria Beckham isn’t the only ex-Spice Girl to become stale.

Melanie Brown is wearing a Herve Leger dress which Sophia Bush and Leona Lewis wore a year ago with snake-skin Christian Louboutin Differa sandals.

The TAG Heuer Cocktail Reception, Toronto

With a blue and grey sleeved Thuy Fall 2009 dress, Maria Sharapova wore her favourite Coe Haan heels whilst carrying a gold clutch.

Boa Restuarant, LA

Even off the red carpet Amanda Bynes still opts for LBDs to go dinner with friends.

The fact that both her heels and clutch are not black, is a step in the right direction.

Playhouse nightclub, Las Vegas

Aubrey O’Day wore a multi-coloured striped Herve Leger Fall 2008 dress with ivory Christian Louboutin Differa sandals.

I do like her dress mostly because of the colour, but also because she’s not spilling out of it.

My first reaction to Ciara wearing this strapless Marchesa Fall 2009 scarlet jumpsuit was negative, but I must admit it grew on me very quickly and I’m totally in love with this look.

The jumpsuit with a bow bodice detail really made her stand out from anyone else walking the red carpet.

It can take some people a while to adapt their style to a new haircut, but Ciara is managing the transition perfectly. I can’t even remember what she looked like before with longer hair, as she’s really owning this new look.

Rachel Bilson opted for an ultra short printed mini Jean Paul Gaultier dress, with a navy Express blazer.

Her look was paired with a sexy pair of taupe Christian Louboutin Bianca heels and a vintage bag.

Casual chic at it’s very finest.

Paris and Nicky Hilton attended both wearing black.

Whilst Paris’ sparkled in her cute mini dress and YSL Trib Two pumps, Nicky opted for a edgier look pairing an Express studded tank dress with a leather biker jacket and Christian Louboutin Very Prive studded peep-toe pumps.

I knew those heels were going to be hot.

Paris Hilton has been in Dubai shooting “My New Best Friend Forever”, so we haven’t seen her on the red carpet in a while.

You’ll be happy to see that at the screening of her documentary “Paris, Not France”, she wasn’t sporting any headbands.  That’s because she was channeling a old Hollywood look and a headband would have messed up her marcel waves.

Paris sparkled from head-to-toe wearing a fringed flapper-style Roberto Cavalli Resort 2009 dress, with her favourite Le Silla shoes.

The sparkle with Paris wearing some stunning jewels including a diamond bracelet and diamond earrings.

She left her favourite Christian Louboutin Maykimay clutch at home and carried an equally dazzling silver box clutch.

I know it will take hell freezing over for many of you to say that Paris looks good, but I think she looks sophisticated, tasteful and classy.

What say you?

Nicky Hilton was there so support her sister.

She opted for a black Alexander Wang one-shoulder dress so she wouldn’t outshine her sister – if that’s even possible.

Her look was complete with the most stunning pair of emerald drop earrings I have ever seen. They are very similar to the Lorraine Schwartz earrings Angelina Jolie’s wore to the Oscars this year.

She completes the look with Christian Louboutin lace pumps.

It’s quite a simple look, but I really love it.

Ginnifer Goodwin was the first celebrity to wear Matthew Williamson for H&M, but Nicky Hilton really loves the collection, as she owns many pieces.

She started off with the peacock dress, which was first worn by Katy Perry, then she was spotted walking in a park, wearing the fuchsia pink cardigan with a beaded peacock feather on the shoulder.

H&M must be loving the exposure she’s giving the brand, because she attended the Alberta Ferretti LA luncheon, wearing a bohemian Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti Aztec paisley dress, with an olive green Matthew Williamson for H&M cropped leather jacket.

Maybe she has the whole collection, because she was most recently spotted wearing the leather studded waistcoat, as worn by Mischa Barton at launch of the first collection.

The second collection goes on sale today, and I can guess which celebrity will be first in the queue.

Matthew Williamson’s first ever menswear collection, also goes on sale today.

Jessica Stroup wore a cute white paillette covered Ferretti dress, adding an edge with a black ribbon tied around her neck, and black booties.

Very interesting accents.

Nicky Hilton also added a slight edge to her bohemian Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti Aztec paisley dress, with an olive green Matthew Williamson for H&M cropped leather jacket, and snakeskin platform heels.

For a red carpet newbie, Lynn Collins is making a very impressive impact.

I won’t pretend I’m crazy about her shoe choice. A nude heel would have been my preference to compliment the nude layers on her Philosophy Di Alberta Ferretti silk chiffon tiered dress.

Marisa Tomei looks like she was having fun at this event, wearing a gorgeous turquoise embroidered Alberta Ferretti pocketed mini dress, with equally gorgeous ivory heels.

Quite frankly, I’m lusting after the whole look.

Angie Harmon wore a flapper style Alberta Ferretti Spring 2009 dress.

Her dress had an orange underlay, with a fringed web-like black overlay.

She’s had better appearances on the red carpet. I would’ve liked to seen her in something that had more of a Spring-like feel to it, like the other attendees.
