Nicky Hilton In Nina Ricci - 'Yves Saint Laurent' New York Premiere

Nicky Hilton attended the Weinstein Company’s ‘Yves Saint Laurent’ premiere held at the Museum of Modern Art on Monday (June 16) in New York City, alongside Olivia Palermo.

The socialite wore a Nina Ricci Spring 2014 fresh and feminine sleeveless dress featuring two delicate yet contrasting floral patterns, one throughout the body and the second merging softly at the hem.

She styled her charming frock with gold Jimmy Choo sandals and a turquoise Snob Essentials ‘Jewel’ box clutch designed by fashion bloggers Tina Craig and Kelly Cook.

Nicky Hilton In Valentino - 'Captain America The Winter Soldier' New York ScreeningNicky Hilton joined Cobie Smulders for the ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ screening at the Tribeca Grand Hotel in New York City on Monday (March 31).

The socialite cut a striking profile in a Valentino Spring 2014 mini-frock with dramatic mesh detailing and geometric leather-appliqued patches in vivid shades of red and turquoise, which was inspired by Roman opera.

Influenced by the runway styling, she likewise carried a Valentino red fringed clutch—imparting a touch of Western coolness—and accented her centre-parted updo with a Grecian gold-leaf Ellen Hunter headband.

The look featured a wave of different fashion flavours and was all about multi-ethnic flair. What do you think?

Nicky Hilton In Peter Pilotto for Target - ‘Only Lovers Left Alive’ New York Screening

Nicky Hilton joined Tilda Swinton on the red carpet for the ‘Only Lovers Left Alive’ screening hosted by The Cinema Society and Stefano Tonchi, Editor in Chief of W Magazine, held at Landmark’s Sunshine Cinema on Wednesday (March 12) in New York City.

The socialite worked a high-low mix, wearing a Peter Pilotto for Target colourful floral frock toughened up with a black leather biker jacket, with dainty colour-block accessories including a black-and-white Chanel ‘Lego’ clutch and Valentino’s iconic caged ‘Rockstud’ pumps in a captivating neon-yellow and mauve palette.

Glossy waves and a shimmering lip colour completed her look.

While I am not usually a fan of Nicky’s style, I love everything she’s got going on here, especially the accessories. This is a really cool and effortless way to mix high street and high end.

American Ballet Theatre 2013 Opening Night Fall Gala

Crystal Renn wasn’t the only one to make a glamorous entrance at the American Ballet Theatre 2013 Opening Night Fall Gala. The event, which was held at the David Koch Theatre at Lincoln Center in New York City yesterday evening, saw its red carpet adorned with many glamorous gowns. Here’s a look at the rest of the attendees.

Jessica Stam: The model walked the red carpet in a long-sleeved black Valentino Fall 2013 gown with a pointed white collar. While the neckline may seem a little buttoned-up, the all-over floral embroidery, which even found its way along the sheer bodice and sleeves, gave the dress a light, airy-fairy quality. Perhaps taking cues from said mood, Jessica wore muted makeup and her hair in a sweet schoolgirl-esque braided updo.

Sigourney Weaver: Going the overtly eye-catching route, the actress donned a green sequined Badgley Mischka gown that — long sleeves aside — showed off a little more skin, thanks to its plunging wrap-front style. Sigourney kept her hair casual, only a pair of delicate gold earrings to this already very sparkly look.

Nicky Hilton: The socialite may have a thing for Valentino gowns, and that’s not a bad thing. This time around, she chose a pointed-collar, blue-on-nude lace Valentino Fall 2013 creation, which she paired with a matching jeweled blue Valentino clutch. To complement the dress’s elegance, she wore her hair swept back and went with thick black eye-liner.

Charlotte Ronson & Nicky Hilton In Valentino - 11th Brazil Foundation NYC Gala

Charlotte Ronson and Nicky Hilton attended the 11th Brazil Foundation NYC Gala held at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City yesterday evening.

Both wore Valentino, but they opted for very different looks.

Charlotte Ronson: The designer wore a Fall 2013 long-sleeved white dress with china-blue embroidery. Maybe she’s also not a fan of the white pump trend because she opted for black, when silver sandals would’ve been much preferred here. Everything north of her ankles, including her DVF clutch, is pleasing to the eye. You may remember that Lea Seydoux wore this same dress during Cannes.

Nicky Hilton: The socialite dialled the glam factor up several notches wearing a red lace Valentino gown styled with a silver clutch and diamond studded earrings.

It’s great to see these two ladies, who are usually more at home wearing printed chiffon mini dresses, glam up for the evening.

Flowery frocks have been all the rage this summer and two stars rocked the trend in the same floral print Topshop dress in recent months.

Nicky Hilton sported the intricate flower origami mini first for the screening of ‘The Lucky One’ at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York City back in April.

The heiress paired her floral frock with Jimmy Choo ‘Glenys’ black, strappy sandals and a matching Proenza Schouler clutch.

Loose waves and a centre parting are the perfect touch to finish off this look.

Bella Thorne wore this pretty, patterned frock out in New York City last Thursday while promoting her Disney Channel show, ‘Shake It Up’.

The star choose a more casual approach with a pair of Tory Burch flats and a low, side-swept pony while out on the go.

Both stars look great; however, my vote goes to Nicky on this one. She keeps it cool, rocking the casual feminine look with edgy accessories.
