Armani Privé Fall 2015 Front Row

Armani Privé Fall 2015 Couture Front Row

The Armani Prive Fall 2015 show took place on Tuesday (July 7) in Paris, France.

Naomi Watts: This white Giorgio Armani piece is a sheer delight with its delicate display of embroidered lace and straightforward design. I like how Naomi kept the styling simple with nude pumps. While I love this summery offering, what I’m most impressed about here is the amount of volume in Naomi’s hair.

Chrissy Tiegen: The handsome couple continue to do the rounds during fashion week. Chrissy is known for her love for Zuhair Murad gowns and John is known for his commitment to Gucci, so could this chic showing at Couture week see them switching to Armani? Unless Giorgio makes gowns for Chrissy that are plunging to the navel and slit to the thigh, I can’t see it, but I’m happy to be proved wrong.

Who Wore Peter Pilotto Better…Gillian Jacobs or Naomi Watts?

Who Wore Peter Pilotto Better Gillian Jacobs or Naomi Watts

Gillian Jacobs wore a wispy layered and whimsical embroidered Peter Pilotto Spring 2015 dress to a dinner party hosted by Irene Neuwirth for Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos back in April.

Although we didn’t favour the necklace, we did love the rest of her styling which especially the magenta lip which provided the perfect flirty finish.

Naomi Watts wore the same dress while attending ‘The Sea of Trees’ photocall during Cannes Film Festival last month.

Despite her raspberry Jimmy Choo sandals and Anita Ko jewels keeping this look on the right path, Gillian wins for me as I prefer the belt, shoes plus the overall youthful injection she gave to this look.

After attending the photocall, Naomi Watts was back on the red carpet for the premiere of ‘The Sea of Trees’ at the 68th annual Cannes Film Festival on Saturday (May 16) in Cannes, France.

While she earlier injected a hit of colour to her look, the actress returned to a more muted palette in a gray and black Armani Privé Spring 2015 backless gown enhanced by tiered layers and the bamboo motif that was seen throughout the collection.

Flanked by two handsome topics in Matthew McConaughey and Chris Sparling, she looked nothing if not sophisticated.

Effortless elegant styling elevated the dress, too, with diamond earrings, simple black sandals, and a modern knotted updo completing the look.

Naomi Watts attended the photocall for ‘The Sea of Trees’ during the 68th annual Cannes Film Festival on Saturday (May 16) in Cannes, France.

The actress wore a colourfully embroidered Peter Pilotto silk-chiffon dress accessorized nicely by raspberry Jimmy Choo sandals and Anita Ko jewels.

At first, I thought this frock just seemed familiar due to designers Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos signature energetic patterns. However, there’s another reason for my déjà vu.

You may remember that Gillian Jacobs wore the same ensemble not too long ago.

While Naomi styled the look far more favorably, right down to her breezy pinned-back waves, this is Cannes and even at a photocall, a non-repeat dress would be preferred.

Naomi Watts attended the ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ premiere during 2015 Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 14) in Cannes, France.

Both the floral lace and elegant silhouette define this simply timeless strapless gown from Ralph Lauren.

This time her Bulgari necklace enhanced rather than hindered her look, with a pop of colour coming from her vampy red nail polish.

Old Hollywood glamour at its finest.
