Who Wore Donna Karan Atelier Better…Naomie Harris or Norma Ruiz?

Who Wore Donna Karan Atelier Better Naomie Harris or Norma Ruiz

It can often be hard to stand out on the red carpet at the Met Gala, but Naomie Harris had no such worries in her breathtaking Donna Karan Atelier purple ombre gown styled with an Edie Parker clutch.

This is a gown that pretty much should’ve been retired as there was no outdoing Naomie, but Norma Ruiz dropped jaws again wearing the same gown to the Goya Awards 2014.
How do you separate the two?

My decision came down to first wearer, hair and makeup, so Naomie wins for me.

Which Was Your Favourite Naomie Harris ‘Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom’ Promo Tour Look?

Which Was Your Favourite Naomie Harris ‘Mandela Long Walk to Freedom’ Promo Tour Look

Naomie Harris’ promotional tour for ‘Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom’ saw her excel to new heights.

We all found the ‘Skyfall’ tour very frustrating, knowing she could do so much better and she proved it this time around.

The tour started in Toronto, where she wore Burberry Prorsum for the press conference, then, of course, Marchesa for the premiere while promoting this Weinstein production.

She dazzled in Johannesburg wearing a breathtaking Donna Karan Atelier gown. She kept it light and summery for the AFI Fest premiere in Oscar de la Renta, amping up the look with aqua accessories.

Naomie was ethereal for the LA premiere in Vionnet.

I love the fiery Valentino she wore to the New York premiere. She was the first to wear Pre-Fall 2014, wearing a mint-green Burberry Prorsum frock to a New York special screening.

She wore her second Vionnet look on this tour to the Paris premiere, and she capped off an amazing run with the stunning Alexander McQueen gown on the night when Mr Mandela passed away.

The McQueen still gives me goosebumps. This was easily my favourite of the tour. The Oscar de la Renta, followed by the Donna Karan Atelier, blue Vionnet and Valentino round out my top 5.

Naomie Harris In Burberry Tailoring – Bond In Motion Exhibition

Naomie Harris In Burberry Tailoring - Bond In Motion Exhibition

Naomie Harris poses in front of the Rolls Royce Phantom III from ‘Goldfinger’ as she attends a drinks reception ahead of the opening of the Bond In Motion exhibition at the London Film Museum on Tuesday (March 18) in London, England.

Unable to look more chic if she tried, the British actress wore an impeccable Burberry Tailoring white single-button skirt suit sans blouse, with epaulettes at the padded shoulders adding a military-inspired twist.

A black leather Smythson ‘Grosvenor’ clutch with a gold-finish clasp and Noor Fares geometric ‘Octahedron Semi Dress’ earrings and geometric ‘Rhombus’ white-diamond ring accessorized her look.

Flawless makeup, as always, was complemented with a clean, neat centre-parted hairdo.

The exhibition is the largest official collection of original Bond vehicles and opens on the 21st March to the general public.

Naomie Harris concluded her awards season run on a high while attending the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar party in West Hollywood, California on Sunday (March 2).

The British actress wore a Naeem Khan Fall 2014 black-and-ruby threadwork-embroidered strapless trumpet gown that guaranteed an enviable silhouette.

A different hairstyle would’ve been much welcome, but this look is pretty much perfect.

She completed her look with a black Edie Parker clutch and silver jewels.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Naomie Harris In Valentino, Adrien Brody In Dolce & Gabbana and Michael B. Jordan In Dior Homme

Best Dressed Of The Week - Naomie Harris In Valentino, Adrien Brody In Dolce & Gabbana and Michael B

This week we loved Naomie Harris who wore a gold Valentino gown to the NAACP Image Awards 2014.

She had a stellar week, but this best of a very chic bunch.

When it came to the fellas, you were drawn to Adrien Brody’s red shiny Dolce & Gabbana suit, while I opted for the more classic Dior Homme look served up by Michael B. Jordan.
