"17 Again" LA Premiere

Michelle Tractenberg appears to have attended the School of Overdressing, as taught by Kate Beckinsale, who’s former student included Emmy Rossum.

She looks great, don’t get me wrong. But this gorgeous eggplant strapless Marchesa dress with a bejeweled bow detail, is a classic case of right dress, wrong occasion.

One thing you can always predict, is that Amanda Bynes will be predictable on the red carpet.

LBD – Check.
YSL Trib Two’s – Check.
Never changing hairstyle – Check.

Allison Miller goes for a sweet, yet chic Brian Reyes Resort 2009 dress.

Her look was teamed with a Kara Ross clutch, Sergio Rossi metallic t-bar heels, and Ikat jewelry.

I was loving Monique Coleman’s look until I saw the wardrobe malfunction on the zipper of her pants.

Brittany Snow’s look has a spring-time feeling to it, with the pale yellow mini Erin Fetherston chiffon dress, and tie-dye cropped jacket, but the black strappy Jimmy Choo heels ruin this look for me.

Leslie Mann opted for an above-the-knee cream chiffon Zac Posen dress, with a cute ruffled neckline.

US Weekly’s 2008 Hot Hollywood Red Carpet

Becki Newton is having an amazing week.

First was her stunning cityscape printed Versace dress, now this cobalt blue YSL Spring 2008 dress. The black band further clinch in her waist on this electrifying dress.

She has been a slow burner on the red carpet, but now she is finding her a style that works best for her.

Ashley Tisdale wore a stunning asymmetrical navy and bronze coloured printed and embellished dress, which she wore with thin strapped black heels.

The darker hair, really makes her look more sophisticated.

She completed her look with Sergio Rossi shoes and a Stuart Weitzman clutch.

Monique Coleman opted for an Alexander McQueen LBD, which looked sexy, but elegant on the star.

Eve wore her own Fetish leggings with a Chanel embellished trimmed coat.

Breakout of the Year honoree Whitney Port, wore a Jean Paul Gautier vintage skirt, patterned tights and Steve Madden two-tone shoes with her ruffled top.

This is very much a look that I would expect from Whitney, and she works it so well.

Vanessa Hudgens wore a nude and silver embellished Kaufman Franco mini dress.

We get it Blake Lively, you are too hot to make the effort.

Country Queen of the Year honoree Miranda Lambert, opted for an uber sexy Blumarine Fall 2008 dress and Steve Madden shoes.

60th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards Red Carpet

ChloÃ« Sevigny is looking fabulously chic in blue sequined Preen Fall 2008 dress.

The eye catching dress has a detailed double layered bodice, and a gathered hem.

The actress completed her look with a gold clutch, and a pair of navy pumps.

Perfect as always.

Disney actress Ashley Tisdale looked very cute in her beaded Collette Dinnigan flapper-esqe dress, which she wore with matching strappy Stuart Weitzman heels, and a Mary Norton clutch.

I love the softly smoldering eye make-up.

Fellow Disney star Monique Coleman opted for this ruched strapless BCBG Max Azria dress, which has a contrasting crisscross bodice with sweetheart neck line.

I would not have picked this dress for Monique, but she makes it work.

I love her blue and diamante strappy Giuseppe Zanotti jewel drop sandals.

With her elegant updo, Sarah Chalke arrived on the red carpet looking stunning in her navy and white Monique Lhuillier Resort 2009 halter gown.

The actress accessorized with drop earrings and a silver clutch.

I love her make up. Flawless.

Lisa Edelstein also opted for an updo to show off her gorgeous chocolate sequined Pamella Roland Fall 2008 halter gown, with floral embroidery.

From the long shot, it looks like the embroidered part has a sheer panel.

Dancer Julianne Hough wore this white tiered BCBG Max Azria gown, which has a contrasting black rose appliquÃ© on the empire waist.

She compliments the black rose, with a black satin clutch and a black pair of strappy sandals.

Sarah Silverman is very inconsistent on the red carpet. Sometimes it jeans and a blouse, sometimes it is a sexy D&G dress, but on this occasion she wanted to have fun, so she wore an ivory frilly dress.

Whether this was Sarah showing off her funny side or her feminine side, only she knows.

She completed her look with a cropped cardigan, backward heeled shoes and a Mary Norton clutch.

I am torn on Kaycee Stroh’s dress. I like that it is not a plain black dress, but I also feel that the embellishments are a little too much on the bodice.
