Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Miranda Lambert ACM MakeupMiranda Lambert was truly the one to watch at the 49th Annual Academy Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Her Randi Rahm gown did sparkle, but it was her beautiful skin that really lit up the red carpet. You too can get the Miranda glow by following just a few steps.

The key to glowing skin is to start with healthy skin. Celebrity makeup artist, Karolina Kangas, took care of Miranda’s already gorgeous skin using Dermalogica’s Age Smart line.

The products are a favourite for red carpet skin as they fight off visible signs of aging before they even begin.

The Multivitamin Power Serum was smoothed over Miranda’s skin for a capsulated dose of Vitamins A, C, and E, which together help to firm and smooth the tissues.

Next, Dermalogica Skin Perfect Primer was liberally applied to boost luminosity and radiance.

Following the skin care, Kangas, applied Chanel Cosmetics to further illuminate the skin.

The Lift Lumière Foundation combined with the Concealer Correcteur Perfection create an even canvas and the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Colour’s versatility brightens and bronzes skin perfecting Miranda’s red carpet glow.

The country singer took home awards for Female Vocalist of the Year, Single Record of the Year, and Song of the Year on the night.

Sparkling on the red carpet, she wore a Randi Rahm gold signature mermaid gown with a chiffon train adorned with beaded Swarovski crystals.

The gown looks like it was made for her, hugging her in all the right places.

She styled the look with a selection of gold jewels and a Rauwolf bronze clutch.

Miranda Lambert In Pamella Roland – 2014 Grammy Awards

Miranda Lambert stunned on the red carpet at the 2014 Grammy Awards held at Staples Center on Sunday (January 26) in Los Angeles, California.

The country singer looked absolutely gorgeous in a Pamella Roland red dress.

The design’s deep cleavage, sheer shoulders and satin waist accentuated the star’s curves and the dramatic silver and green earrings bring out her turquoise eyes.

Husband, Blake Shelton was there by her side and I guess he’d agree when we say old Hollywood glamour suits Miranda all too well since the soft waves and red lips only added to her perfect look.

Miranda Lambert In Roberto Cavalli - 2013 CMA Awards

Miranda Lambert attended the 47th annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee yesterday evening.

The country singer wore a blue Roberto Cavalli embellished gown with a navy embellished trim lining the plunging neckline and waist, which she styled with dazzling sapphire earrings and blown-out tresses.

You may remember that Sharon Stone wore this same gown during Cannes Film Festival. I loved it so much it was my look of the day. Miranda makes me fall in love with the look all over again.

This is a great colour for her.

Miranda Lambert In Roberto Cavalli - 2013 Grammy Awards

Miranda Lambert graced the red carpet Sunday night at the Grammy Awards in a sexy black gown.

The country star joined Carrie Underwood by choosing to wear a Roberto Cavalli design. The plunging neckline was a sexy departure for the singer who typically chooses more frilly, covered up styles.

Miranda didn’t leave her love of girly styles at home, however. She styled the sexy cut with oversized floral-like drop earrings, a chunky-style cuff bracelet, and silver box clutch.

In terms of beauty choices the best country album nominee opted for a wavy half-up, half-down style to go with a smokey eye, light pink lip colour, and a gold and blue triangle moon manicure.

The 2012 American Country Awards took place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada yesterday evening.

Usually there are a few stand outs from these country music events, but last night they were all equally meh.

Where is Taylor Swift when you need her?

Carrie Underwood: I do like Carrie’s peach lace Georges Chakra Couture bubble dress with lines of pearls, but the B Brian Atwood ‘Cassiane’ fringe sandals and same old, same old hairstyle kill this look for me.

LeAnn Rimes: The singer kept it simple, wearing a black Dolce & Gabbana ruched stretch-crepe dress with a scooped neckline. Her snakeskin Tom Ford pumps keep things interesting, but her white Tom Ford clutch is quite the head scratcher.

Kristin Chenoweth: The actress/singer was my favourite at this event – I’m sure I don’t need to explain why – wearing a Rafael Cennamo electric-blue gown. The vibrant bustier gown with corset detailing was styled with blue-toned Martin Katz jewels.

Miranda Lambert: Usually one for wearing gowns at country music events, Miranda opted for a high-neck Reem Acra Fall 2012 black-and-gold mini dress. Unfortunately, the risk did not pay off for her. The look is not particularly flattering and the high bun is too cutesy for her.

With the exception of Kristin who looks flawless, they all can and have done much better.

It was Miranda Lambert’s night at the 46th Annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, yesterday evening, as she took home the gongs for ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ and ‘Song of the Year’ with husband Blake Shelton for their hit, ‘Over You’.

The award-winning singer wore a Maria Lucia Hohan blush gown for the occasion.

I love the colour, but I feel like the gown isn’t very supportive for someone so well endowed. Which I think explains why her posture is so bad in many of the pictures.

A voluminous updo and emerald-and-gold Sutra earrings completed her look.
