Who Wore Herve Leger Better Michelle Williams or Michelle Rodriguez

Last month, Michelle Williams attended the 28th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in California, where she wore a black-and-white Herve Leger bandage gown.

The singer added black Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and a black clutch to her look.

Michelle Rodriguez wore the same gown in white-and-black while attending the ‘Fast & Furious 6’ Seoul premiere in South Korea on Monday.

The actress opted for a simpler approach, adding just a silver cuff to her look, with a beauty regime consisting of barely there makeup and naturally wavy tresses.

Both women look gorgeous; however, I’m going to give this win to Michelle Williams because I appreciate her efforts to go glam in this look.

Michelle Williams Saint Laurent - 2013 Met Gala

Michelle Williams attempted to vamp up her style for the punk themed 2013 Met Gala on Monday evening in New York City.

I say attempt because even with the vampy makeup and punk rock hairdo, I still see sweet innocent Michelle underneath.

Keeping to her trademark classic style, she donned a black strapless Saint Laurent gown with a high-low hemline, with black T-strap Saint Laurent pumps giving the look a ladylike finish.

Fred Leighton jewels, which included a diamond tiara, and an Olympia Le-Tan book clutch for a quirky finish completed her look.

Should Michelle have pushed the punk element further? A pair of studded cuffs or studded Giuseppe Zanotti pumps perhaps?

Michelle Williams In Katie Ermilio - Tiffany & Co Blue Book Ball

Michelle Williams also opted for a barely there, natural makeup look on the red carpet for the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Ball, held at the Rockefeller Center in New York City yesterday evening.

She selected a look by up-and-coming designer Katie Ermilio.

Michelle’s navy-blue Spring 2012 floor-length sleeveless frock, with a skirt featuring exaggerated pointy hips, was perfect in length.

My first reaction was “why not the fuchsia dress?” but on reflection I feel this navy colour suits the mood of the event perfectly.

Like everyone else at this event, Michelle dazzled in Tiffany jewels.

Would you have preferred the fuchsia dress?

Michelle Williams In Kate Young for Target - Kate Young For Target Launch Event

Michelle Williams walked the red carpet of the Kate Young for Traget Launch Event last night in New York City.

The stylish actress looked young and fresh in the Black Polka Dot Print bodysuit, $29.99, Cream Satin Blazer, $49.99 and Navy Satin Shorts,  $29.99 from the affordable retailer’s designer collaboration with Michelle’s own stylist, Kate Young.

The look is fun and easy, and Michelle’s funky hairstyle helps add even more edge to the playful but chic look.

Michelle is the perfect ‘saleswoman’ for this line at Target, as she looks amazing in everything she wears, and is one of the reason’s Kate is famous in the world of fashion.

Michelle Williams In Burberry Prorsum - 'Oz The Great And Powerful' London Premiere

Michelle Williams added a burst of colour to the red carpet on Thursday evening at the London premiere of ‘Oz: The Great and Powerful’ held at The Empire Cinema.

The actress wore a gown from the Burberry Prorsum Spring 2013 collection.

Michelle was quite the contrast from her co-stars – Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz – who wore nude and black–in this bright blue-and-green peacock feather embroidered bustier dress. The colour also popped against the event’s bright yellow carpet.

While this dress came down the runway with a striking purple capelet, by forgoing that accent and adding a belt, Michelle shows off the dress’s peek-a-boo, sweetheart neckline and adds some curve to her petite figure.

Her chunky heeled, peep-toe Jimmy Choo ‘Kapla’ sandals are the perfect shoe for this look (even better than what came down the runway) , and Michelle continues to impress me with how gracefully her pixie cut is growing out. By giving her hair a deep side part, she is perfectly on trend, and gives some new appeal to her locks as they grow out.

Ultimately, I think Michelle is flawless and wins the fictitious red carpet stand-off between her co-stars.

Do you agree?
