Michelle Pfeiffer In Monse & Erdem – The Wizard Of Lies’ New York Premiere & The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Michelle Pfeiffer has been in New York City, attending the premiere of ‘The Wizard of Lies’ before stopping by ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Thursday (May 11).

‘The Wizard Of Lies’ Premiere:
I love the sophisticated ease with which she wore this Monse Pre-Fall 2017 double-breasted suit. With a light dusting of jewels, it was an example of casual elegance at its finest even if it was a bit safe for a premiere look.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Fall was fully in bloom with her Erdem Pre-Fall 2017 floral dress that had me wishing for a brighter look for the actress—or at the very least the absence of tights and booties in exchange for a more summery sandal.

Michelle Pfeiffer joined Dianna Agron for ‘The Family’ premiere in Roissy-en-France, France yesterday evening.

Wearing a similar silhouette to her co-star, Michelle wore a textured Dolce & Gabbana off-the-shoulder fit-and-flare dress styled with minimal jewels including a Carla Amorim ‘Canto Da Sereia’ ring plus black Sergio Rossi satin platform pumps.

Wavy tresses and a pink lip colour completed her look.

Michelle Pfeiffer joined Dianna Agron on the red carpet at the ‘Malavita – The Family’ Berlin premiere at Kino in der Kulturbrauerei in Germany on Tuesday.

The actress suited up in an Alexander McQueen Fall 2013 ensemble, indulging in the opulence of a gold-lattice-embroidered jacket and high-waisted black pants.

A crisp white, collared Victorian-style blouse contributed to the structured aesthetic, but was considerably less Elizabethan than the ruffled lookbook version.

The flash of a few Rona Pfeiffer jewels, as well as a half-up, half-down ‘do completed her look.

Too mannish or wonderfully modish?

Michelle Pfeiffer In Roberto Cavalli – ‘The Family’ World Premiere

Michelle Pfeiffer In Roberto Cavalli - 'The Family' World Premiere

Michelle Pfeiffer attended ‘The Family’ world premiere held at AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City yesterday evening.

While looking at the actress’s purple devore Roberto Cavalli Fall 2013 suit with a sheer printed blouse, I realized that I had never used the words ‘Michelle Pfeiffer’ and ‘cool’ in the same sentence.

This look is both cool and sexy with oodles of charm. Michelle has more misses that hits but this falls firmly in the hit category, with effortless styling including a black Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch, flawless makeup and Rona Pfeiffer jewels completing the look.

I hope there is room for this in the BDOTW list as it deserves a place in my opinion.

Do you agree?

Who Wore Lanvin Better…Michelle Pfeiffer, Naomie Harris and Cameron Diaz?

Back in May, Michelle Pfeiffer wore a Bordeaux silk-satin Lanvin dress to the ‘Dark Shadows’ London premiere, with Cathy Waterman and Samira 13 jewels plus her favourite Sergio Rossi ‘Cachet’ black pumps.

While I’m not crazy about the dress, this was one of the rare times Michelle didn’t wear another black dress, so she got points for that, but she loses them again for the tight fit and creases.

The dress looks vastly better on Naomie, who wore the dress to the ‘Skyfall’ Madrid photocall; however, her Pierre Hardy ankle boots shorten her long lean legs.

Cameron Diaz wore the same dress last month to TAG Heuer’s ‘A Night Under The Stars’ event, with a Lanvin statement necklace, Slane bangles, Carla Amorim ring, De Beers earrings and, of course, her Tag Heuer ‘Link Lady Trilogy’ limited edition watch.

Third time was not a charm.

As I prefer the dress in the rich Bordeaux colour, Naomie wins for me.

Mostly because of her flawless makeup, but also because her dress has a better fit.
