Michelle Monaghan In Valentino – “Machine Gun Preacher” LA Premiere

Michelle Monaghan showcased her newly dyed red locks stateside, after it made its debut during the Toronto Film Festival recently.

The actress opted to wear a Valentino beaded dress from the Fall 2011 collection.

Her forest green dress had a sheer yoke with beautiful embellishments on the bodice.

Green patent Brian Atwood pumps matched her dress and she carried a Judith Leiber clutch.

Whilst I love the dress on Michelle, plus the colour is divine on her, my first thought was ice-skater.

I always have that feeling when looking at a sheer or illusion yoke. I guess it’s from watching too many Winter Olympics.

Michelle Monaghan In Jason Wu – “Machine Gun Preacher” After Party

Michelle Monaghan attended the after party for her movie “Machine Gun Preacher” held at The Royalton Hotel in New York last night.

The new red head chose a chic dress from Jason Wu’s Resort 2012 collection.

Her tweed dress features black leather panels along the centre and shoulders and is cinched at the waist with a thin black leather belt.

Michelle accessorized with black Barbara Bui natural lizard platform sandals and an orange snakeskin clutch.

This is another sophisticated black and white look on Michelle, which I’m a huge fan of especially with her chic top bun and smoky eyes.

Her new hairstyle and colour seems to have had a very positive effect on Michelle’s style.

Michelle Monaghan In Prada – Creative Coalition’s 2011 Spotlight Initiative Awards

Michelle Monaghan attended the Creative Coalition’s 2011 Spotlight Initiative Awards held at The Roosevelt Room during the 2011 Toronto Film Festival this past weekend.

The actress picked a lovely Prada dress for the Awards show.

Her black and white lace print sleeveless dress was accessorized with a black clutch and pink metallic ankle-strap heels.

I’m in love with this dress, especially the print.

It’s such a chic look. I like that she chose fun shoes to keep it modern.

Michelle completed her look with wavy hair and light pink lipstick.

Michelle Monaghan In Calvin Klein – “Machine Gun Preacher” Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Emma Stone…I mean Michelle Monaghan attended the “Machine Gun Preacher” Toronto Film Festival Premiere of her new movie on Sunday.

The new red head picked a dress from Calvin Klein’s Fall 2011 collection.

Her short white dress features a metallic silver panel with grey side panels.

Michelle accessorized her minimalist dress with a silver framed box clutch, a cocktail ring and burgundy Brian Atwood “Power Stud” heels, which Blake Lively recently wore on the set of ‘Gossip Girl.

I love this super sleek dress on Michelle which she completed with pretty wavy hair and kohl-rimmed eyes.

Not so sure about shoe choice though.

Do you like her new hair colour?

Brooklyn Decker & Michelle Monaghan Pretty In Pink – 2011 Met Gala

Brooklyn Decker and Michelle Monaghan wore very similar punchy pink dresses on the redc carpet at the 2011 Met Gala last night.

Brooklyn wore a Michael Kors neon pink long sleeve gown which she teamed with Michael Kors accessories including nude platform sandal and a silver python barrel clutch.

Michelle wore a rose pink Derek Lam long sleeve dress with H.Stern jewels.

Both look stunning, but I can’t take my eyes of Brooklyn’s neon pink gown with a thigh-high split.

I love the vibrancy of her gown plus I love her contrasting clutch.

Look à la Mode: Bang On Trend

Remember back in the 80s when fringe was full and fluffy?

Thank goodness bangs have gotten much sexier over the years.

Instead of being barrel-curled, stacked way too high, and drenched in AquaNet, face-framing fringe today is sleek, chic, and the easiest way to shake up your strands and transform your tresses.

Whether blunt and piece-y like Michelle Monaghan’s, or choppy and wispy like Lake Bell’s, bangs are girlish yet grown, sophisticated yet sultry, modish yet mysterious, and rakish yet rock n’ roll.
