Melissa George In Calvin Klein – ‘De Rouille et D’Os’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Melissa George attended the ‘De Rouille et D’Os’ premiere during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival this evening.

The actress opted to wear a Calvin Klein Spring 2012 dress.

It is safe to say this is my least favourite look so far.

Not because of the sheer panel, but because it’s just plain boring.

Save this for a New York screening or another low-key event.

With Marion Cotillard, Fan Bingbing and Eva Longoria on this red carpet, Melissa really needed to up her game.

Melissa George In Calvin Klein – 6th Annual DKMS Linked Against Blood Cancer Gala

Melissa George joined Solange Knowles, Dakota Fanning, Heidi Klum and Coco Rocha on the red carpet for the 6th Annual DKMS Linked Against Blood Cancer Gala in New York City last night.

The actress wore a Calvin Klein Spring 2012 dress.

This is how to wear a nude dress without looking totally washed out.

Her effortless take on glamour was complete with ‘just-got-out-of-bed’ tresses, hot red lips, a beige clutch and matching platforms from the same collection.

It’s strange how a brand known for minimalism made such clunky shoes for their delicate pieces.

Melissa George In Victoria Beckham – 2012 BAFTA Awards

Melissa George looked sensational on the red carpet at the 2012 BAFTA Awards in London this evening.

She appeared to have been poured into her liquid leather-esque Victoria Beckham gown.

I fully expected an open back when the actress turned around, but the slinky gown stayed conservative – from a skin-baring perspective.

I also expected a standard red lip with the sexy black gown, but Melissa pleasantly surprised me with a bright pink pout.

A Monkia Chiang chain minaudiere clutch and retro marcel waves completed an unexpected yet very sexy and refreshing look from the actress.

It’s good to see her enjoying herself on the red carpet and fully committing to the sexy temptress role she adopted for this event.

2nd Annual Bent On Learning Benefit – Melissa George In Bibhu Mohapatra

Melissa George’s look was a surprise, as she walked the red carpet at the 2nd Annual Bent On Learning Benefit in New York City last night.

At first I thought the dress was from the Armani Prive Spring 2010 collection, but it’s actually from the Bibhu Mohapatra Fall 2010 collection.

I was distracted momentarily by the moon shaped crescent of this dress.

To borrow a phrase from Lainey, “Call me Cruise” but I like this look.

The Australian actress is really working it.

She knows it won’t be to everyone taste, especially as she wore the 20s black Cloche from look 1 from the same collection, but she gave it a go and it think she pulls it off.

Who Wore J. Mendel Better? Kristen Stewart or Melissa George

Kristen Stewart looked really good wearing a cream J.Mendel Spring 2010 strapless chiffon dress when she attended the Paris photocall for “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” at Hotel Crillon back in November.

The actress paired her dress with matching heels from her favourite shoe brand – Sergio Rossi.

Actress Melissa George wore the same dress when she attended the J. Mendel Fall 2010 presentation during New York Fashion Week.

She opted to wear her dress with the same white blazer this dress was presented with, plus gold ankle strap Christian Louboutin pumps.

Kristen wins for me because I love this look without the blazer and I much prefer her Sergio Rossi heels.

“Calvin Klein’s LA Arts Month And ALAC” Event – Melissa George In Calvin Klein

What is this Fashion Felony Friday?

This is no way close to being as bad as Kelis, but I really don’t like Melissa George’s look.

The actress attended the “Calvin Klein’s LA Arts Month And ALAC” Event in LA last night wearing a nude ribbed long-sleeve Calvin Klein dress, with nude heels and box clutch.

The colour of this shapeless dress, which she wears without a bra does nothing for her.

She may have thought the berry lip was a nice way to add a pop of colour to her look, but she’s too washed out for the colour to have a positive impact.
