Maria Sharapova In Bottega Veneta – Porsche Presents New Testimonial

Tennis star Maria Sharapova stepped off the court for the Porsche Presents New Testimonial event at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany on Monday.

The statuesque Russian sports pro was just revealed as the new Porsche brand ambassador. She jump-started her new post with a putty-coloured Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2013 cap-sleeve dress that featured a figure-flattering, ruffled peplum waist.

The classic design still let Maria’s lacquered-blue companion (a Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet) have plenty of attention. But she brought her own shine with a sparkling pair of Christian Louboutin heels.

However, if there’s one thing I would have changed, it would be Maria’s hair. Her tousled, bed-head-style blonde locks don’t quite match the sleekness of her sartorial statement—and her surroundings.

Maria Sharapova In J. Mendel – 2013 Sony Open Player Party

Maria Sharapova showed off her toned legs on the red carpet for the 2013 Sony Open Player Party held at JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, Florida yesterday evening.

On this occasion, the tennis player known for her love of London-based designers wore a dress from her go-to designer, J. Mendel.

The Spring 2013 look featured a silk-chiffon Wisteria-print sleeveless peplum top, which she opted to tuck into her metallic-blackberry jacquard box-pleated skirt.

I love the mix of textures and colours, styled with amethyst-stone gold drop earrings which, despite their elaborate nature, do not upstage her look.

Midnight-blue strappy sandals and a messy bun provided the finishing touches to her ace look.

Maria Sharapova In Amanda Wakeley Atelier – 2013 Vanity Fair Party

When you have a toned, athletic body like Maria Sharapova, you look good in just about anything.

The tennis star looked radiant while taking to the red carpet at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Hollywood, California for the 2013 Vanity Fair party on Sunday evening.

Continuing her love affair with British designers, she wore an Amanda Wakeley Atelier navy gown with a Cleopatra-esque beaded bib which draped over her open back.

Her sleek, modern look was styled with Katherine Sultan cuffs, an Alexander McQueen clutch, Isharya earrings and Manolo Blahnik shoes.

A simple centre-parted ‘do with flawless makeup completed her stunning look.

Maria Sharapova In David Koma – ‘Sugarpova’ Melbourne Launch

Maria Sharapova was soaking up the sun in Melbourne, Australia, where she was launching her candy collection, ‘Sugarpova’, at the Crown Entertainment Complex.

The David Koma Spring 2013 collection was full of tennis-inspired attire. I recently said that I wouldn’t be surprised to see Maria wearing one of the designer’s pieces; I’m glad to see my psychic powers (when it comes to fashion) are still in check.

Maria selected a sporty orange-and-nude jersey dress with a silk organza pleated skirt and leather trims, which showcased her toned pins.

With her hair swept up into a simple bun, she added nude Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals and geometric-shaped earrings in gold and orange.

Maria Sharapova attended the launch of her Sugarpova Candy Collection in LA last Thursday.

In keeping with the sweet theme of the shindig, the superstar athlete wore a floral Zimmerman blouse and pink Tanya Taylor Spring 2013 skirt, which she paired with black Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and Iwona Ludyga earrings.

How can you not love this look?

The black sleeves and black waistline make the floral details of the blouse and peachy pink colour of the skirt pop.

Plus, the overall shape is uber-feminine and perfect for a party celebrating candy.

Her hair is a bit on the messy side, but it kind of gives a youthful touch to her fun ensemble.
