Who Wore Michael Kors Better? Maria Bello or Elizabeth Hurley

Back in May, Maria Bello attended the 2011 NBC Upfront event at the Hilton Hotel in New York City.

Despite the red carpet and bright orange background, the actress stood out wearing a fuchsia pink Michael Kors Dahlia stretch dress.

Her sexy dress was teamed with white pumps.

She wore minimal makeup and wore her hair back into a tight bun.

Elizabeth Hurley, who is single-handedly making ‘Gossip Girl’ painful to watch, wore the same dress whilst making a personal appearance in Selfridges in conjunction with Estee Lauder to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

As cheesy as I find Liz, I think she wore the dress better.

This look is very much her style, and I prefer her nude peep-toes.

Maria Bello In Kaufmanfranco – 2011 Emmy Awards

Maria Bello also attended the 2011 Emmy Awards in LA last night.

The actress chose a nude one-shouldered Kaufmanfranco gown, embellished with silver sequins in a decorative design.

She accessorized her look with a pretty matching silver clutch and a diamond ring.

Beautiful wavy hair, light makeup and Ferragamo heels completed her look.

I love Maria’s hair and makeup but the gown isn’t working for me.

It’s a very sparkly ensemble, so I am glad she opted for minimal accessories but it’s I really doing or saying anything to get excited about.

Maria Bello In Donna Karan – BAFTA Brits To Watch Event

Best Matchy Matchy Award
Maria Bello glided down the red carpet at the BAFTA Brits To Watch Event which was held at the Belasco Theatre in LA yesterday evening.

The blonde actress opted for a Donna Karan Fall 2011 gown.

Her Solstice lame one-shoulder braided gown was perfectly complemented with matching accessories.

I’m amazed she found pieces which worked so well with this unique colour which don’t see very often on the red carpet.

A messy updo, smoky eyes, nude lips and Rene Caovilla gunmetal satin heels completed her look.

This elegant gown was one of my favourites from this event.

2008 National Movie Awards

Nicole Kidman looked back to her glamorous best as she lead Hollywood’s A-list at the National Movie Awards last night.

The actress shunned her usual floor-length gowns for a fitted black Prada Resort 2009 mini, with a gem-encrusted neckline. The actress cosied up to her singer husband, Keith Urban as they posed for pictures at the event, looking very much like a couple in love.

Emma Watson continued her reputation as a budding fashion icon wearing a white flowing Grecian-style Alexander McQueen Fall 2008 gown to the ceremony, which was beautifully embellished with beads.

Her shoes, also by the designer, were especially made for the occasion.
