Malin Akerman In Tibi – The Today Show

Malin Akerman was spotted headed to the NBC studios this morning for a guest appearance on the Today Show in New York City.

The Swedish actress talked about getting up close and personal with Tom Cruise in their new movie, ‘Rock of Ages’.

Malin wore a Tibi look which featured a ‘Jewel Orchid’ tank top and a sexy high-waist leather skirt.

Black Christian Louboutin ‘Neuron’ cage sandals completed her chic morning show look.

Coach Hosts An Evening Of Cocktails And Shopping To Benefit The Children’s Defense Fund

Coach hosted an evening of cocktails and shopping to benefit The Children’s Defense Fund in LA on Wednesday evening with many celebrities in attendance carrying bags and clutches from Coach’s upcoming ‘Legacy Collection’.

Kristen Bell: The actress wore an A.L.C. ‘Madeline’ dress in a blue, black and grey print with a black leather cropped jacket. Peace Treaty earrings, a black onyx statement ring, and Ruthie Davis black strappy platform sandals accessorized her look. A braided ‘do and glossy lip colour completed her casual look.

Malin Akerman: The star of the upcoming movie ‘Rock of Ages’ wore a Mandy Coon leather dress with a sheer panel. Her long-sleeve leather dress seems mighty Fall-like for a summer party. Malin accessorized with a black Coach cross-body ‘Legacy Penny’ bag and Giuseppe Zanotti summery sandals.

Jessica Stroup: The ‘90210’ actress kept her look simple and chic with a tan printed Tucker shirt and white pants. I like how her Coach ‘Legacy Universal’ clutch complements her shirt.

Nikki Reed: The ‘Twilight’ star wore a grey Finders Keepers shirt dress with a contrasting cream collar. Her cute look was styled with a pair of Jerome C. Rousseau ‘Aizza’ bone patent leather pumps and a Coach ‘Legacy Mini Duffle’ shoulder bag.

Malin Akerman In Cushnie et Ochs – ‘Battleship’ LA Premiere

In my opinion, Malin Akerman upstaged Rihanna and Brooklyn Decker on the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live last night for the ‘Battleship’ LA premiere.

Whilst the main stars were looking blahtastic, Malin was wowing the crowds wearing a Cushnie et Ochs Pre-Fall 2012 dress.

It’s impossible to not look stunning in a Cushnie et Ochs dress, especially this stunning lace and black silk dress, but she also put an effort into her styling.

I love her tumbling waves and her flawless makeup.

She accessorized with a black clutch and tri-colour Chrissie Morris ankle-strap peep-toes.

Malin Akerman In J. Mendel – World Childhood Foundation USA Gala Dinner

Malin Akerman showed her support for the World Childhood Foundation USA by attending their Gala Dinner on Tuesday in New York City.

The actress, who is sporting longer locks these days, looked beautiful wearing a J. Mendel Spring 2012 dress.

Her iris halter gown with a thigh-high split has embellished details around the neck and waist.

Chrissie Morris blue suede shoes, a black Nancy Gonzalez clutch and a Diane von Furstenberg by H. Stern ring completed her look.

‘The Conversation’ Series Launch Celebration

Here are the rest of the looks from the Series Launch Celebration of ‘The Conversation’ held at the DVF Studio in New York City yesterday which was also attended by Diane Kruger and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Giovanna Battaglia: The contributing fashion editor to W magazine wore a black Diane von Furstenberg Fall 2012 black long-sleeve dress decorated with silver fringed embellishments. Her dress was teamed with Prada embellished patent-leather slingback wedge sandals with a pop of colour courtesy of her green Edie Parker clutch.

Malin Akerman: Usually the actress can do no wrong in my book, but I wish she’d been more adventurous with her shoe choice like Giovanna when selecting heels for her gold metallic mini dress.

Coco Rocha: The model works this high-neck long-sleeve dress with a fierce supermodel pose. She accessorized with black patent peep-toes and an aqua Diane von Furstenberg ‘Lytton’ python-effect leather box clutch.

Rashida Jones: The actress has me crying out for colour. She selected an all-black look which consisted of a chiffon sleeveless blouse, a textured shorts and black booties. Not wearing colour or prints to a DVF event; isn’t there some kinda law against that?

Malin Akerman In Victor Costa – ‘The Giant Mechanical Man’ Tribeca Film Festival Premiere

Malin Akerman was also at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival yesterday evening attending the premiere for ‘The Giant Mechanical Man’ in New York City.

She wore a vintage Victor Costa dress.

Her black velvet and champagne satin strapless wrap-style dress with a sweetheart neckline was styled with Fred Leighton jewels, an Anya Hindmarch black clutch and Walter Steiger ankle strap heels.

A wavy updo completed her look.

The satin panels ruin this dress for me. They’re not as smoothed out as I would like them to be.
