2012 Creative Arts Emmy Awards Red Carpet Round Up

Here are the rest of the looks which hit the red carpet on Saturday evening at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards.

Jennifer Morrison: The actress would have stood out more than most wearing a vibrant red Romona Keveza Spring 2012 silk/chiffon gown with a plunging neckline. A black Daniel Swarovski ‘Gala’ clutch with silver crystal border and a hot red lip colour to match her dress completed her look.

Brenda Strong: The ‘Dallas’ actress shimmered down the red carpet looking sensational wearing a Marc Bouwer gown with bold shoulders and silver sequin details throughout. Slightly surprised by the nude sandals and the contrasting gold clutch, but it’s a stunning look nonetheless.

Padma Lakshmi: The TV host looked stunning wearing a Zuhair Murad Spring 2012 sheer black gown with an embroidered floral detail and a corseted back. She wisely let the gown do all the talking.

Julia Ormond: The ‘Mad Men’ actress opted for a red David Meister signature gown with a cowl-neckline which she styled with a gold python Devi Kroell large Mercer clutch and matching strappy sandals. I love the statement earrings and the side-swept wavy locks.

Malin Akerman In Cushnie et Ochs – 11th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree

Malin Akerman managed to stand out on a very busy red carpet at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, California, at the 11th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree last night.

That’s because she selected this gorgeous Cushnie et Ochs Resort 2013 sexy frock.

Her red-hot silk maxi dress not only had a central split, but also had a keyhole detail. Was this one detail too many?

Blonde wavy locks tumbled down her back with a matching red clutch, nude-and-black Tibi sandals, a coral lip colour and gold jewels completed her sultry look.

Emma Stone’s Rue du Mail dress from ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ Tokyo press conference was your best dressed this week.

You loved the colour and the styling of this look which also included a pair of houndstooth Ferragamo pumps.

My favourite was Malin Akerman in Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti.

The actress had an amazing week, but this silver sensation really grabbed my attention.

She was perfect from head-to-toe.

Malin Akerman was flying solo on the red carpet for the ‘Rock of Ages’ premiere, held in her homeland, Stockholm, Sweden yesterday evening.

The actress dazzled from head-to-toe wearing a Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti Fall 2012 dress.

Her embellished sleeveless dress was perfected with some dynamite styling.

The ever popular Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals were teamed with a Judith Leiber crystal embellished minaudière and House of Lavande jewels.

Her unkempt fishtail braid prevents the look from feeling to ridged plus it adds a fun element to the look.

Silver sensation or a homage to the Tin Man?

Malin Akerman In Marchesa – ‘Rock Of Ages’ London Premiere

Malin Akerman looked stunning on the red carpet tonight for the ‘Rock Of Ages’ London premiere, held at the Odeon Leicester Square this evening.

The golden girl wore a Marchesa sheer nude dress with gold leaf embroidered details.

I love her choice of accessories which included a Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch, matching Jimmy Choo ‘Loila’ metallic sandals and Harry Winstone jewels.

A simple, clean center-parted low ponytail and red lips to complement her red nail polish completed her look.

Malin Akerman In Reem Acra – ‘Rock Of Ages’ LA Premiere

Malin Akerman joined Julianne Hough and Catherine Zeta-Jones on the red carpet yesterday evening for the ‘Rock Of Ages’ world premiere, held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Dressed in a Reem Acra gown inspired by the Fall 2012 collection, the Swedish actress showed off a lot of skin.

Her black gown with cut out details, silver metallic panels and a hip-high split is a very risqué look for Malin.

From the side dress appears to be held together by a single thread. God help her if someone had stepped on her train.

Black Giuseppe Zanotti mesh sandals, an Edie Parker black clutch and side-swept wavy locks completed her look.
