Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Here are the rest of the looks from the 2011 People’s Choice Awards.

AnnaLynne McCord stood out in a bright blue backless YSL dress which she paired with gold Louboutin’s.

Niki Taylor was a tad too formal at this event in a black Donna Karan gown.

Malin Akerman wore a playful J.Mendel white dress which she livened up with ruby red heels and a matching clutch.

Lucy Hale was my least favourite at this event wearing a mustard satin Ronald Abdala cap sleeve dress, which she paired with Rene Cavollia heels and Amrapali jewels.

Kendall Jenner wore a cute one-sleeve Bebe dress with hideous black brogues.

Maggie Q opted for a fashion-forward Herve Leger Fall 2010 dress with heavy black pumps.

Kourtney Kardashian wore a strapless Gert-Johan Coetzee dress. She accessorized with a Swarovski clutch and tan Louboutin’s.

Khloe Kardashian opted for a well worn Alexander McQueen strapless silk-chiffon gown which is back this season in grey.

We’ve seen this dress in green on Jessica Alba and Mary J Blige.

Amrapali earrings and a Judith Leiber clutch completed her look along with a fresh new red colour hair for 2011.

Paz Vega attended the “Triage” Premiere during Rome Film Festival back in October.

She had our chins dropping to the floor as she walked the red carpet wearing a Gucci Resort 2010 gown.

The backless black long sleeve gown had a dangerous high split which showed off her patent Gucci pumps.

Maggie Q arrived at “The Art of Compassion PCRM 25th Anniversary Gala” in West Hollywood wearing the same dress last week.

The actress failed to recreate the magic I felt from Paz.

Gao Yuanyuan wore the same dress to the 2010 Hong Kong Film Awards this week.

She tried to spice up this look by wearing a black floral hair accessory and adding a silver brooch on the hip.

Despite all this Paz is still totally unbeatable in this look.

Maggie Q looked beautiful as she arrived at “The Art of Compassion PCRM 25th Anniversary Gala” in West Hollywood this week.

The actress smoldered as she walked the red carpet wearing a Gucci Resort 2010 gown.

Her black backless gown also has a sexy thigh-high split which allows us to see her black pumps with a steel heel.

As much as I like this look, a pop of colour would have been really appreciated.

You may remember that Paz Vega wore this same dress to during Rome Film Festival last year.

Thakoon

Ciara was easily one of my favourites at Fashion Week.

She looked so beautiful wearing a Thakoon wool crepe shift dress which had a contrast black chiffon lining and trim, paired with Louboutin pumps.

Donna Karan

Milla Jovovich’s striped Donna Karan Resort 2009 dress is so chic paired with silver pumps.

Altuzarra

I guess Altuzarra weren’t loaning out clothes for their star guests because Leighton Meester wore an eggplant Emilio de la Morena Fall 2009 dress with Proenza Schouler lace-up ankle boots…

…whilst Rachel McAdams wore a navy and white striped Boy by Band of Outsiders Spring 2010 skirt with a black top.

Charlotte Ronson

Jessica Stroup wore a flirty floral Charlotte Ronson Spring 2010 strapless dress which is so exclusive it wasn’t even seen in the Spring 2010 presentation.

She paired her dress with snake-skin strappy sandals.

Marc Jacobs

Lady GaGa wears the same Marc Jacobs Fall 2009 black cap sleeved dress embellished with jeweled stones, which Miss Piggy wore recently.

I wonder who the winner of that WWIB poll will be?

Tommy Hilfiger

I just love this red dress which Taylor Swift pairs with Stuart Weitzman black bow heels.

So vibrant.

Preen

Becki Newton wore a Preen Mixed Mono dress under a black blazer.

I would’ve loved to have seen this dress without the blazer to see more of its multi-print panel design.

Proenza Schouler

Leighton Meester doesn’t look to happy in her Proenza Schouler Resort 2010 ensemble and I don’t blame her.

Max Azria

Lucy Liu was elegant and classy as always wearing a cream fitted Max Azria dress.

Maggie Q’s Max Azria vibrant yellow dress really pops on her.

I love how she brings this strapless draped dress to life.

After 24 hours without internet access I breathe a sigh of relief as the withdrawal symptoms were seriously beginning to kicking in.

We saw the red carpet for the New York premiere, now the ladies on the west coast put on their best dresses for “The September Issue” LA premiere.

Ginnifer Goodwin was by far my favourite wearing a cute red embellished Marc Jacobs Resort 2010 dress with a tiered skirt and a ribbon tied to the waist.

My only problem are the pointy pumps, the runway heels are divine although I can imagine impossible to walk in.

May I just say WOW.

Shenae Grimes blows me away wearing a stunning sparkling black dress from the Fendi Spring 2009, and I really disliked that collection so this look is even more impressive.

Her hair was swept to the side, her make-up was flawless and she paired her dress with stunning Jimmy Choo Karina studded shoe-boots.

She works this grown up look well without looking too old.

I get a boho hippy vibe from Jennifer Morrison in this Stella McCartney maxi dress, when I would’ve assumed the wearer of this dress would have given off more of a gothic vibe.

I surprisingly don’t hate the look.  The lace and velvet details add to the charm of this look.

Rose Byrne wore an Alberta Ferretti Fall 2009 teal silk chiffon and sequin cocktail dress.

The dress is unexpectedly paired with nude heels and silvery clutch.

Trust Maggie Q to be the sex kitten of this red carpet.

The stunning actress looked outstanding wearing a Azzaro strapless dress.

The dusty pink strapless dress has a bow detailing at hem and studded details on the hip.

The actress paired her dress with nude Brian Atwood Manic pumps.
