2017 Olivier Awards Red Carpet Roundup

There were plenty more stars who climbed the steps at the Royal Albert Hall in London yesterday (April 9) for the 2017 Olivier Awards.

Denise Gough: We haven’t seen much of Burberry on the red carpet this year, yet they dressed two actresses at this event. Like Cush’s Burberry gown, Diane’s was decked out this embellishments, but unlike Cush, I didn’t love this. I’m not sure if it’s the shade of yellow, the embellishments with the yellow or the rouge lip and nail combo with the yellow gown, but something is throwing me off.

Audra McDonald: Eight-time Tony Award winner and Queen of Broadway Audra McDonald wore an exquisitely tailored gown in the softest blue-hued shade. This elegant off-the-shoulder style was one of my favourite of the night.

Who Wore Preen Better…Louise Redknapp, Olivia Palermo or Yasmin Le Bon?

Who Wore Preen Better Louise Redknapp, Olivia Palermo or Yasmin Le Bon

In the space of a few weeks this Preen poppy flower print dress has become a favourite among celebrities taking to the red carpet.

Louise Redknapp starting things of styling her frock with seductive Malone Souliers ‘Savannah’ sandals while attending the Pride of Britain Awards.

This was followed by Olivia Palermo who enhanced the look further with bold red additions while promoting her Olivia Palermo x Ciate London makeup line in Dublin, Ireland.

Those two previous sightings didn’t put off Yasmin Le Bon who attended the Red Women of the Year Awards in London last night. I love the earthy vibe of this look thanks to those tan booties.

Honestly, they all nailed it.

This serves as great inspiration for me, but I have to give this to Olivia, mostly because by dropping the waist she changed the dynamics of the piece to give her a long, lean silhouette. That’s what really makes her stand out here.

2015 Pride Of Britain Awards Red Carpet Roundup

2015 Pride Of Britain Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here’s a roundup of the other celebs who took to the red carpet for the 2015 Pride of Britain Awards at The Grosvenor House Hotel on Monday (September 28) in London, England.

Myleene Klass: Putting a rock-chic twist on evening glamour, the presenter wore a biker-inspired leather dress accented with silver grommets from her own Littlewoods collection.

Carol Vorderman: Continuing to prove that age ain’t nothing but a number, the TV presenter looked smoking hot in her red Herve Leger gown.

Louise Redknapp: The TV presenter was one of the few who didn’t opt for a gown; selecting a floral embroidered Preen frock. Was she under-dressed, or perfectly in tune with her own style?

Louise Redknapp In Deetz - 'The Bad Education Movie' London Premiere

Louise Redknapp attended the world premiere of ‘The Bad Education Movie’ at the Vue West End on Thursday (August 20) in London, England.

The TV presenter stood out thanks to the colourful embroidery on her Deetz ‘Dancing Skeleton’ skirt.

Styled with a Wolford bodysuit, Celine bag and Malone Souliers ‘Savannah’ sandals, I would’ve loved this look had she slung a black blazer or biker jacket over her shoulders to give this look some chic appeal and carried a clutch instead of a shoulder bag.

2015 Glamour Woman of the Year Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Glamour Woman of The Year Awards

There were many more lovely ladies besides Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kate Hudson and Kerry Washington who attended the 2015 Glamour Woman of the Year Awards at Berkeley Square Gardens on Tuesday (June 2) in London, England.

Gemma Chan: The British actress served up visual splendour wearing an Mary Katrantzou’s intricately printed ‘Cassandra’ dress. I’m glad she kept the spirit of this look alive with a moss-green clutch.

Gillian Anderson: There was a distinct lack of drama at this event, so up stepped Gillian Anderson wearing a nude caped gown by Australian couturier Paolo Sebastian. Some might find this a touch dated, but I’m too busy diverting my eyes away from the upper mid section.

Louise Redknapp: The British presenter usually finds herself at near the top of the my best dressed list, but that wasn’t to be the case on this occasion. While I loved the gorgeous cobalt-blue hue and her breakaway from the expected, this Proenza Schouler basket weave fringe dress fails to flatter, plus her pumps were really dull. The only plus side was the complementary Bottega Veneta clutch.
