Lea Michele In Milly – ‘Glee’ 100th Episode Celebration

Lea Michele In Milly Fall 2014 – ‘Glee’ 100th Episode Celebration

Lea Michele managed to wear a dress even more revealing that co-star Naya Rivera while attended Fox’s ‘Glee’ 100th Episode Celebration held at Chateau Marmont on Tuesday (March 18) in Los Angeles, California.

She wore a Milly Fall 2014 frock featuring the brands signature peep-a-boo lace, which we’ve seen on Tika Sumpter, that doesn’t leave much to the imagination.

Her black sport-luxe dress is unlike any other LBD with the bustier-style top and grosgrain waistband shaping the hourglass silhouette.

I would’ve loved a pop of colour in the shoe department but she went one step further donning gorgeous pair of Brian Atwood ‘Abell’ studded ankle-cuff leather sandals (which we’ve seen on Emmy Rossum).

Sexy or way too revealing?

Lea Michele In Suno – ‘Louder’ Album Signing At Barnes & Noble

Lea Michele In Suno - 'Louder' Album Signing At Barnes & Noble

Lea Michele signed copies of her new album ‘Louder’ at Barnes & Noble at The Grove in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (March 8).

The ‘Glee’ actress wore a cute black-and-white Suno Spring 2014 romper with short sleeves and a V-neckline styled with silver Rupert Sanderson sandals.

Last week I commented that I didn’t think Lea’s Roberto Cavalli look was great and that I didn’t see it appealing to her young fans. This was the total opposite and, as a result, my favourite look from her so far on this promo tour.

Lea Michele In Milly – Good Morning America

Lea Michele in Milly - Good Morning America

Lea Michele continued to promote her new album ‘Louder’, which was released yesterday, on Good Morning America on Wednesday (March 5).

The ‘Glee’ actress said that the album would never have been possible without the enduring support of her friends and family.

“I’m really very, very, very thankful for all the amazing people I have in my life”, Michele, 27, explained to George Stephanopoulos. “I know that sounds like something everyone says, but honestly, my friends and my family, they got me through this and really, really have been there for me and I couldn’t have done it without them.”

Wearing all black, the singer/actress donned a black tank top with a black leather Milly pencil skirt with a gold exposed zipper, which she styled with gold Jennifer Fisher jewels and with gold-studded Jerome C. Rousseau ‘Charme’ booties rounding out the black-and-gold theme.

This look is much preferred over the Cavalli she wore earlier this week.

Lea Michele In Roberto Cavalli – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Lea Michele In Roberto Cavalli - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Lea Michele made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, which was taped at the Rockefeller Center on Tuesday (March 4) in New York City.

The ‘Glee’ actress was on the show to promote her new album ‘Louder’ and performed her single ‘Cannonball’.

Having watched the show, I can say that I wasn’t a fan of the song or the dress. Especially the dress.

The black-and-white patterned Roberto Cavalli mini dress felt very dated to me. Like something JLo would’ve worn while promoting ‘On The 6? in 1999.

I would’ve loved to have seen her in something funkier to appeal to her young fan base.

Silver sandals and a dark manicure rounded out her look.

Lea Michele for Teen Vogue March 2014

lea-michele-01

Lea Michele graces the March 2014 issue of Teen Vogue looking soft and pretty, wearing a white eyelet frock with her long locks piled up into a loose bun.

The ‘Glee’ starlet talks to the magazine about her debut album ‘Louder’, and how boyfriend Cory Monteith inspired her to pursue a music career before his untimely death.

On her upcoming album: “During Glee, I felt like I was scratching that itch of being an artist. I was at a great place in my life and I was so unbelievably happy—my relationship with Cory [Monteith] made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more. So I was like, ‘I’m going to challenge myself and do this record now.’ It’s obviously pop, but I think it shows me off as a singer.”

On Cory’s favourite song from her upcoming album ‘Louder’: “He was such a fan, you don’t understand. He would be like, ‘You’re going to be a pop star! What are we going to do? Are we going to, like, go on the road?’ He would say, ‘This is going to be big!’ And I’d be like, ‘I don’t know.’ He heard every song and gave me his notes on everything. He loved ‘Battlefield’. I’m getting chills thinking about it. I would say ‘Burn with You’ was his favourite. He came into the studio that day.”

On where she got strength after Cory’s death: “I somehow feel the insane love Cory and I had for each other morphed into this strength that I have right now. There’s just something about knowing he’s watching everything I’m doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him. I also have a safety net below me—if I fall or if it’s too much, my friends and family will be there to catch me.”
