Lauren Conrad In Rebecca Minkoff – Rebecca Minkoff Shop In Shop Event

Lauren Conrad attended Rebecca Minkoff’s Summer Cocktail event at Confederacy in LA last night wearing a pretty Rebecca Minkoff two-tone dress from the designer’s Spring collection.

She’s seen here modeling a Rebecca Minkoff bag from the event, but she arrived carrying a mustard crocodile print shoulder bag.

I fell in love with her trademark beachy waves.

Lauren was incredibly sweet and spoke to me about fashion, hair and her favourite summer trend.

On what she loves about Rebecca Minkoff: “She’s lady-like but with a hip factor, her style is very her.”

On trends she is currently excited about: “Seventies summer romance… sheer fabrics, long dresses, very romantic.”

On her favourite hair and make-up trends: “I just stopped by my hair stylist before coming here because I’d had tie-dye hair for about a week but since I was coming to a nice event, I thought I should tone it down, so there are tiny blue streaks in it right now. I was wondering if anyone would notice! I painted my nails tonight in the ombré style (dark to light shades of blue) and I know the trend of painting the ring finger a different colour to the rest of your nails. I like to carry nail polish strips when I travel in case they get chipped and then they’re so easy to repair. I feel like with nails, anything goes!”

If you haven’t done so already, check out Lauren Conrad’s site, The Beauty Department for more of her hair and make-up tips.

Lauren Conrad In Paper Crown – Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Party

Lauren Conrad didn’t quite set the red carpet alight at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Party in LA last night.

Whilst I give her points for wearing a look from her own Paper Crown line – unlike former The Hills co-star Whitney Port – Lauren looked the same as she does everyday dodging the paparazzi and running errands.

She represented her collection wearing a beige silk blouse paired with a cute flared navy skirt.

Nude Christian Louboutin’s and a beige Chanel bag completed her look.

I do love the top knot and the red lippie.

The Paper Crown collection is the best so far from Lauren. I have to admit I love every piece from this wearable collection.

The collection includes faux-leather shorts, maxi skirts, chiffon dresses, blazers and sweater at prices from $69 to $400.

Who Wore Camilla & Marc Better? Lauren Conrad or Lindsay Lohan

Lauren Conrad joined Jessica Alba at the dinner party for the launch of the ‘Who What Wear’ book earlier this month.

The reality TV star wore a Camilla and Marc fleece print dress.

She styled her dress with opaque tights, a chic cropped black blazer, black heels and a Chanel bag.

Lindsay Lohan wore the long sleeve version of this dress a week later when she was spotted out in New York.

Her dress has a plunging neckline and is accented with a brown belt which appears to be unbuckled.

A black jacket, lace-up boots and khaki bag completed her look.

When it comes to the chic factor Lauren wins for me, despite her bra poking out over her dress and the super thick black tights.

Lauren’s version of this dress is available to purchase from Singer22 and Revolve Clothing.

CoverGirl Cosmetic’s 50th Anniversary Party

At the CoverGirl Cosmetic’s 50th Anniversary Party, Lauren Conrad opted for a sweet and simple look wearing Urban Outfitters Quail silk wrap dress.

The cream 3/4 length sleeved dress was teamed with Jimmy Choo ‘Ember’ sandals and a Dana Rebecca Designs bracelet.

I’m loving her darker hair colour.

Brittany Snow wore a printed ASOS Apocalypto dress with nude peep-toes.

It’s been forever since we saw Sophia Bush on the red carpet.

She looked radiant wearing a Pamella Roland shimmering mini dress.

Her look was complemented with a champagne coloured Judith Leiber ‘Lattice’ Slender Curve minaudière, Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals and Vhernier jewels.

Whitney Port opted for a simple yet beautiful What Goes Around Comes Around dress which she paired with Sergio Rossi embellished ankle booties and a BaubleBar bracelet.

For me it’s a 3 way tie between Lauren, Sophia and Whitney.

Lauren Conrad In Topshop – VH1 Save The Music Foundation Gala

This is a very unfamiliar look for Lauren Conrad, but I absolutely adore it.

It has been a while since she gave us something this glamorous.

The reality TV star was one of the hosts at the VH1 Save the Music Foundation Gala which was held in New York City last night.

She looked gorgeous wearing Topshop tiered seemed maxi dress.

Her silk dress has cascading ruffles on the sleeves and the hem plus a delicate seaming detail throughout.

I adore her hair which was twisted into a side bun giving her an old Hollywood glam look.

I love the deep red lip shade also. It totally works with the vibe she was going for.

Sparkling Jimmy Choo heels and silver jewels completed her look.

This dress kinda reminds me of the Carolina Herrera gown Blake Lively wore on the set of Gossip Girl recently.

Barnes & Noble Books Presentation – Lauren Conrad In BCBG Max Azria

Lauren Conrad is still promoting her new books – Sugar and Spice and Lauren Conrad Style Guide – at Barnes & Noble.

This time she was at The Grove in LA meeting and greeting fans.

The former “The Hills” star wore a beautiful blue draped BCBG Max Azria dress.

Her dress was worn with a thin black patent belt and matching heels.

I recently saw this dress in the BCBG Max Azria London store and it looks great off-the-rack.

It’s the perfect look for such an occasion.
