Laura Vandervoort In House of Ronald - The Trevor Project’s ‘TrevorLIVE LA’ Event Honouring Jane Lynch

After showcasing a short, sassy style last week, Laura Vandervoort extended her blonde mane for the Trevor Project’s ‘TrevorLIVE LA’ event honouring Jane Lynch, which was held at the Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California.

Wearing her hair back in a simple ponytail, the beautiful actress worked a summery look, wearing a House of Ronald Spring 2014 dress with a floral illusion wrap top and long cream skirt.

From the long shot it looks like a crop top and skirt, but take a look at the close up below to see how the look is constructed. Did this ruin the illusion?

Neil Lane jewels and another Rauwolf clutch styled her look, with a berry lip colour and luscious lashes providing the finishing touches.

Laura Vandervoort In Raoul - 2nd Annual Saving Innocence Gala

Laura Vandervoort attended the 2nd Annual Saving Innocence Gala held at The Crossing in Los Angeles, California on Thursday evening.

Despite her newbie status, she continues to make all the right choices, selecting this vivid coral Raoul Spring 2014 gown with a streamlined silhouette, which may come across as quite plain until she dials up the heat a few notches when she turns around to reveal the open back.

Laura styled her look with a multi-coloured geometric mirrored Rauwolf clutch featuring faceted edges plus a selection of jewels including Meira T earrings, with smoky eyes and a glossy nude lip completing her look.

The beautiful blonde actress is the only real contender to challenge Lupita Nyong’o for the Best Newcomer of 2013.

Laura Vandervoort In BCBG Max Azia - Tommy Hilfiger And PS ARTS celebrate the Cameron Silver Vintage Capsule Collection

Laura Vandervoort celebrated the launch of Cameron Silver’s vintage capsule collection for Tommy Hilfiger at the latter’s flagship store in West Hollywood, California on Thursday.

The actress looked slick in a white BCBG Max Azria suit, consisting of a boxy lapel-adorned blazer and ankle-cut skinny trousers.

All it took to keep this chic outfit on point was a series of understated accessories — in this case, a pair of green Danielle Queller earrings, a textured Edie Parker clutch, and peachy pointy-toe pumps.

Dark eye makeup and a sleek, straight chop finished things off nicely.

This menswear-inspired look is a win for me, much in part to the trifecta of sex appeal, femininity, and a powerful edge.

What do you think?

Best Dressed Of The Week - Laura Vandervoort in Alex Perry, Zachary Quinto in Dior Homme & David Gandy in Dolce & Gabbana

Best dressed was a tight race between Nicole Kidman in Prada and Laura Vandervoort in Alex Perry, with Laura the eventual winner.

Some of you were shocked to see Laura take the lead as you felt there wasn’t anything particularly special about her LWD but, as pointed out, it’s the styling which took this look into another league.

When it came to the fellas you had a harder time picking a winner; Zachary Quinto in Dior Homme and David Gandy in Dolce & Gabbana tied with 36% of your votes.

I can see the dilemma. Zachary’s look was sleek and this was quite a different look for him, whereas David’s dapper three-piece suit had us swooning.

I eventually went for David.

Laura Vandervoort In Mikael D - MIPCOM Party

Laura Vandervoort (my new girl crush after just one look) joined Abbie Cornish and Clemence Poesy on the red carpet for the MIPCOM party during MIPCOM 2013 in Cannes, France on Monday evening.

The pretty blonde actress looked both sexy and elegant wearing a Mikael D nude strapless sweetheart-neckline cocktail dress with a high-low hem and black baroque embroidery from the Resort 2014 collection.

With so much detail on the frock, she opted for simple black Stuart Weitzman pumps and a gold LK Bennett clutch to complement her gold jewels.

Smoky eyes, a pink lip colour and a sweeping updo completed her look.

The only thing I would change is the shoe choice, opting for sandals or peep-toes instead of the pumps. Other than that – perfection. Lightning really does strike twice.
