‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere & Closing Ceremony Red Carpet Roundup

Lovely ladies joined Khadja Nin, Cate BlanchettKristen Stewart and Olga Kurylenko at ‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ premiere and Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony on Saturday (May 19).

Léa Seydoux: Going for a bold, glittering finish, the French actress was outfitted in a Louis Vuitton dress and shoes. There have been some critics of the designer of late, but I’m hoping this shimmering, sensual silver style will go down favorably.

Ava DuVernay: The director oozed sophistication in a custom Stella McCartney gown. This rich maroon is divine with her complexion and the sweeping shoulder detail has such refined elegance.

Laura Harrier In The Row – amfAR Gala Cannes 2018

After wearing Louis Vuitton exclusively during Cannes Film Festival on the red carpet, Laura Harrier switch things up on Thursday (May 17), for amfAR Cannes Gala held at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France.

The actress wore a dress from The Row styled with Bulgari jewels.

I’m sure you’ll agree that a gorgeous as this dress is, it looks better from the back.

I think some adjustments had been made to prevent side boob and as a result the bodice doesn’t flow so well.

Laura Harrier In Louis Vuitton – ‘Blackkklansman’ Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Following the premiere, Laura Harrier was back on the red carpet for the Cannes Film Festival photocall for ‘Blackkklansman’ this afternoon (May 15).

The young actress was wearing Louis Vuitton once again, selecting a look from the Fall 2018 collection.

At first glance this dress may seem minimal, but the strap which defines the drop waist plus collar embellishments, fills the fine detail quota.

The shoes perfectly tie in with this story.

Laura Harrier In Louis Vuitton – ‘Blackkklansman’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

I know some of you are anti-Louis Vuitton, but Laura Harrier is here to change your views – even if it’s for one night only.

The young star of Spike Lee’s ‘Blackkklansman’ took to the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival tonight (May 14) for the film’s premiere alongside Cate Blanchett, Kristen Stewart and Jane Fonda.

I’ll admit when I think of Louis Vuitton, simplicity doesn’t immediately spring to mind, but they created this peach wrap-front dress with subtle detailing to perfectly suit her refined style sensibilities.

The colour is divine against her skin, the jewels are intriguing; I’d say this is a win for Laura and LV.

Do you agree?

Louis Vuitton @ 2018 Met Gala

There were numerous ladies decked out in Louis Vuitton at the Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination Costume Institute Gala on Monday (May 7) in New York City, joining Emma Stone.

Alicia Vikander: Sharp, sleek and modern spring to mind when gazing at the Swedish actress’s ensemble. The two-tone colour palette speaks to the theme, but it has been reimagined in a way that’s very representative of the designer.

Laura Harrier: Showing off her gorgeous gams, she was one of the few who opted for a short silhouette this evening. It’s a flirty look, but doesn’t express the theme or grandeur of the event.

Sienna Miller: The British beauty captured the angelic allure that was popular at the gala, but presented it with more structure than many. The chunky chains add a weighty edge against the sequined fabric and whimsical headpiece.

Laura Harrier In Paco Rabanne – ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ LA Premiere

Laura Harrier joined her Marvel family for the LA premiere of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ LA on Monday (April 23).

The actress is known for her classic, elegant style, so I was surprised to see her opt for this sexy little black assemblage dress from Paco Rabanne’s Fall 2018 collection.

When the spotlight isn’t on you, I guess this is a good time to be a bit more experimental. Laura certainly has the figure to pull off this sassy dress.

I adore the sexy sandals, but I wish she had gone a little bit Alessandra Ambrosio on us and either opted for poker straight hair or a high ponytail.
