Lady Gaga Celebrates New York Pride With Lots Of Colour

A post shared by Lady Gaga (@ladygaga) on

Lady Gaga attended this year’s New York City Pride Parade and the pop icon was received by her fans with full vigour.

The singer, who is an LGBTQ rights champion, was dressed in a white Wolford tank top, rainbow suspenders and Marina Hoermanseder torn blue denims which were embellished with buckles of rainbow colours.

I love the neon yellow and striking orange eye shadow plus her Alexis Bittar bangles representing the VIBGYOR (Violet Indigo Blue Green Yellow Orange Red) and a Wandler Hortensia bag.

Gaga also took to social media to show her support to the community.

“I love the LGBTQ community more than I can say. So I’ll sing it instead. Forever. And that’s a NY promise. One love! #equality,” she captioned a video in which can be seen holding a placard that read the title of her hit song “Born This Way”.

The song was also played at the parade.

Lady Gaga In Alexander McQueen – 2018 MTV Movie And TV Awards

Lady Gaga surprised her little monsters with an appearance at the 2018 MTV Movie and TV Awards on Sunday (June 17).

It feels like a long while since the singer has worn Alexander McQueen.

The last time I remember her wearing McQueen was back in 2010 at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she donned those sky-high Armadillo heels. Remember those?

On this occasion she wore a bondage-like, deconstructed leather corset with the sheer skirt, plus the black leather Hybrid boots, silver plated choker, spider pendant earrings and pendant that were all present on the runway.

It not often we see Lady Gaga stick to a runway look, usually there is some element that’s uniquely Gaga like platform heels for example.

Keeping things simple – by Gaga standards – worked beautifully on this occasion.

Lady Gaga In Calvin Luo & Christian Siriano – Electric Lady Studios & Rose Bar

Every time Lady Gaga steps away from the limelight, I’m always excited to see which persona she will return with.

It seems that since 2013 the avant-garde Gaga, continues to give way to a more classic Gaga, and that’s who came out to play in New York City yesterday (May 24) afternoon, as she was spotted leaving the Electric Lady Studios.

There’s something about this plaid Calvin Luo Fall 2018 power suit that says, ’50s secretary, but seeing as she was reportedly at studios filming a project with longtime collaborator Tony Bennett, one can understand the more conservative style.

The look was styled with Roberi & Fraud ‘Agnes’ shades, Neil J Rodgers shoes and a Comme des Garçons clutch.

Lady Gaga In Armani Privé – 2018 Grammy Awards Performance

After her striking entrance on the red carpet, Lady Gaga made a quick change for her performance early on at the 2018 Grammy Awards on Sunday (January 28) in New York City.

Those who may not have gravitated towards the dark, punk-Victorian panache of her first Armani Privé look may appreciate the lighter and softer romantic femininity of this second Armani Privé design.

I was entranced by the hypnotizing sea of plisse that offered such a mesmerizing rush of drama to the embellished, ballet-pink gown, with LeVian jewels offering more sparkle.

She and her wing-adorned piano nearly became one during her performance.

Lady Gaga In Armani Privé – 2018 Grammy Awards

With Lady Gaga owning so many memorable Grammys looks, I’m sure I’m not the only one who was interested to see what she’d bring to the red carpet tonight (January 28) at the 2018 Grammy Awards in New York City.

She’s performing later, but in the meantime, she captured our attention in a custom Armani Privé hybrid design.

It wasn’t exactly as galactic as the Armani Privé orbit gown from the 2010 Grammys, but the high level of drama and theatrics was fully present and accounted for.

You can just imagine her swooshing across the carpet in this billowy, never-ending black ball skirt that encircled the sheer lace bodysuit underneath. Some may take issue with the nude secondary bodysuit underneath, but it was obviously an intentional piece of the look with the bold shoulder shaping.

The romantic-meets-edgy sensibility was further perfected by glittery, smoky eye makeup and her platinum Game of Thrones plait, in which black ribbon had been braided throughout.

The Pleaser mega platforms were all to be expected on Mother Monster here, with stunning Lorraine Schwartz black jewels to echo the dark romance of this entrance.
