Krysten Ritter In Thakoon - CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Event

While Emmy Rossum was giving us ladies-who-lunch, Krysten Ritter opted for an edgier look while attending the 2013 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund event presented by theCorner.com at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California yesterday afternoon.

The actress donned a Thakoon Spring 2014 racy red dress featuring a silk bodice with a low U-back and a knee-length patent-leather skirt with laser-cut detailing, amped up with a pair of sexy black Jimmy Choo ‘Cooler’ sandals.

Giving us a sultry glare befitting her seductive look, the outfit was completed with a dress-matching red lip colour and a gold cocktail ring.

Krysten Ritter In Christian Dior – 'The Way, Way Back' Los Angeles Film Festival Premiere

Krysten Ritter stepped out for the second night in a row for the 2013 Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of ‘The Way, Way Back’ held in Los Angeles, California.

Doing a complete 180 from her colourful printed Thakoon dress, this time she selected a grey Christian Dior Spring 2013 double-breasted tuxedo dress with a nipped-in waist and exaggerated hips and featuring silver embellishments down the sides.

While she scraped back her hair and opted for barely there makeup, she did add a pop of colour to her look via yet another Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch, this time in metallic-blue, and white Jimmy Choo ‘Lilt’ pumps.

I love this look, mostly because it is so different from what I would expect from Kysten so it comes as a welcome surprise.

Even though I’m not a fan of grey or white pumps, I have to say I much prefer this over her previous look.

Krysten Ritter In Thakoon - 'The Lone Ranger' LA Premiere

Krysten Ritter attended the LA premiere for ‘The Lone Ranger’ at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, California on Saturday evening.

The actress wore a colourful Thakoon Spring 2013 bird-and-flower print dress featuring a contrasting yellow peplum to which she added an orange Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch and a Coomi ‘Rain’ sterling silver Spike ring with citrine pave and rose cut diamonds.

While the black pumps wouldn’t have been my first choice, I think asking for yet another pop of colour may have been overkill, so I will say she played it well here.

Who Wore Alice + Olivia Better Rumer Willis, Krysten Ritter or Zendaya Coleman

Rumer Willis was the first to wear this Alice + Olivia ‘Bergen’ beaded dress to the amfAR Inspiration Gala in LA back in October.

The party-ready, retro fit-and-flare frock with animal-print beading and a full tulle skirt was styled with black glitter YSL ‘Tribute’ sandals and a silver clutch.

Krysten Ritter is a fellow fan of Stacey Bendet’s fun and fanciful girlie frocks so I wasn’t surprised to see her also don this look.

The ‘Don’t Trust The B**** in Apartment 23’ star wore the same dress while filming scenes for her hit show on the streets of Manhattan a few weeks later.

Pops of red via her glasses, nails and pumps gave this look an extra kick.

Zendaya Coleman gave this sassy dress a third run out at the 2012 American Music Awards mid-November.

Pink was injected into her look via her lips and nails, with spiked Louboutins and a black clutch completing her look.

Rumer doesn’t quite have that girlie vibe to pull off this look for me, so it’s down to Krysten and Zendaya.

Zendaya eventually won for me as I love the addition of the belt – which was lacking from the other two looks – her faux bob, and the sugary pink is preferred over the fierce red with this look.

Krysten Ritter In Christian Dior - Andrea's Grand Opening At Wynn Las Vegas

Opting for head-to-toe black, Krysten Ritter joined in the celebrations for the grand opening of Andrea’s at the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday evening.

The actress wore a Christian Dior Fall 2012 top with a black pencil skirt.

I love how Krysten can go from girlie dresses from Alice + Olivia to this sophisticated Dior look, featuring a peplum satin top enriched with sparkling tonal sequins round the shoulders.

I much prefer Krysten’s shorter skirt to the calf-length version which took to the runway. Had she opted for the runway skirt, the look may have been a tad matronly.

A bright-pink lip colour, Brian Atwood ‘Evie’ sandals, a black Jimmy Choo clutch, and Gems Around earrings provided the finishing touches.
