Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Kristen Stewart shared the cover of Vanity Fair’s July 2012 issue with an adorable Pomeranian puppy dressed in an Armani Privé gown.

Shot by Mario Testino in Paris, her Couture editorial sees her wearing Giambattista Valli, Givenchy, Christian Dior, Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier and Valentino.

I’m surprised at how much the ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ actress exuded confidence and glamour in this editorial.

In the mag she talks about trying to be true to herself with all that is going on around her, being criticized for her past fashion struggles, and her leading man and real-life boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

On being criticized: “I have been criticized a lot for not looking perfect in every photograph,. I get some serious **** about it. I’m not embarrassed about it. I’m proud of it. If I took perfect pictures all the time, the people standing in the room with me, or on the carpet, would think, What an actress! What a faker! That thought embarrasses me so much that I look like **** in half my photos, and I don’t give a ****. What matters to me is that the people in the room leave and say, ‘She was cool. She had a good time. She was honest.’ I don’t care about the voracious, starving **** eaters who want to turn truth into ****. Not that you can say that in Vanity Fair!” Read more…

For the fourth consecutive year, Kristen Stewart took home the ‘Best Kiss’ award at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, held in Universal City, California, on Sunday evening.

The ‘Twilight’ star stayed true to her favourite red-carpet silhouette, wearing a fitted GUiSHEM mini-dress.

While it may be a very familiar look for Kristen, the metallic dress with geometric chartreuse, purple and black accents feels 100% appropriate for the night’s less-formal and hip dress code.

True to form, Kristen walked the red carpet in black Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps before quickly changing into a pair of sneakers for the remainder of the night.

A Repossi ring, a Melinda Maria Sliced ring, side-swept messy hair and smoky eyes complete signature look.

Is it me or do all these GUiSHEM dresses look exactly the same?

Kristen Stewart was up early this morning for her guest appearance on the Today Show to promote her new movie, ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’.

The actress, who loves a short skirt, opted for a demure Narciso Rodriguez Fall 2012 knee-length grey-and-olive dress on this occasion.

Knowing that the show goes out to a very large wide ranging audience I really like that she opted for this chic sheath which shows off her figure perfectly.

We’ve seen her do edgy and sexy plenty of times, so it’s refreshing to see the look toned.

I do however hope she reverts back to edge and sexy for the next premiere.

Kristen Stewart attended a screening for ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ in Hollywood last night, sans co-star Charlize Theron.

Now this is more like it.

Finally a look that it feels like Kristen had some input into putting together.

She opted for a head-to-toe Stella McCartney look which featured classic Stella tailoring with a feminine twist.

The actress donned a Stella McCartney Fall 2012 black with a white high-collar buttoned-up shirt and a flouncy black mini skirt with matte embellishments which we’ve seen on Cameron Diaz.

She looks cool, youthful, fresh and most importantly comfortable.

Whilst I’m not a fan of those Stella McCartney black faux-croc leather pumps with a white platform, they totally work with what’s going on here.

A modern braided updo and a Melinda Maria ring completed her look.

I love this an awful lot.

It was raining red gowns on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet tonight as Kristen Stewart also wore the bright hue to the ‘Cosmopolis’ premiere.

The ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ actress wore a Reem Acra pre-Fall 2012 gown.

I love that she appears to be more comfortable and have a lot more attitude wearing this red crepe gown with lace panels. Maybe it’s because she’s there as Rob Pattinson’s plus one, so the pressure is off somewhat.

Like Natasha Poly, she also matched the plunging gown with a hot red lip colour and her straggly hair, as many of you have put it, was tied back into a messy bun.

A gold Cartier ‘Juste Un Clou’ bracelet, which she’s worn through-out Cannes completed her look.

Which of Kristen’s Cannes red carpet looks do you prefer?

Balenciaga or Reem Acra?
