Kirsten Dunst & Sofia Coppola In Louis Vuitton – Louis Vuitton 2012 Cruise Presentation

Early today at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City, Kirsten Dunst & Sofia Coppola were guests at the Louis Vuitton 2012 Cruise Presentation.

Kirsten opted for a very light summery Louis Vuitton dress with gold strappy sandals.

She looks so fresh and youthful in this dress.

I’m not sure if it’s the lighting, but her hair looks very glossy.

Sofia’s Louis Vuitton look had more of a Pre-Fall feel about it.

Her navy printed dress was paired with her favourite black wedges and a clear bangle.

Both opted for a dark coral lip-shade.

Kirsten Dunst In Patrik Ervell – 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

Most Unpredictable Award
The 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards took place in New York City last night and one of the attendees was Kirsten Dunst.

The actress totally surprised me by not wearing Chanel and opting for suit by menswear designer Patrik Ervell, which she pulled off rather well.

Her black suit with blue ombre velvet lapels was teamed Prada black pumps.

A high tight bun, pink lips and Bvlgari jewels completed her look.

Kirsten Dunst In Chanel Couture – Istancool

Kirsten Dunst and Ryan McGinley attended Courtney Love’s performance during day three of Istancool in Turkey this weekend.

Whilst some of you will be rolling your eyes that Dunst is wearing Chanel again, others will be joyful that she didn’t ruin the look with the wrong footwear choice.

The Chanel connection is beyond predictable, but I really love this ethereal Chanel Spring 2011 Couture look on the blonde actress.

This soft feminine look is perfectly complemented with silver Mary-Janes.

You have to admit that the dress appears to be made for her.

Kirsten Dunst In Chanel – Chanel Paris-Byzance In Istanbul

Chanel presented their Pre-Fall 2011 collection on the lit terrace of Istanbul’s Ciragan Palace Kempinski Hotel on Wednesday.

Models sashayed down the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, against the backdrop of a virtual palace.

The authentic decor added a new dimension to the opulence and vibrant colours of Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel Pre-Fall 2011 collection.

Kirsten Dunst joined local guests within this magical atmosphere.

The actress wore a look a few seasons ahead of the Pre-Fall presentation, as she selected a Resort 2012 ivory dress.

Staying true to her wonderfully whimiscal aesthetic she opted for beautiful side swept curls, red lips, snake-skin peep-toes and silver bracelet completed her look.

Celebrity Shoe Swap: Kirsten Dunst

Kirsten Dunst was spotted at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony wearing vintage Valentino black pumps.

Your response from Kirsten’s last post overwhelming agreed that she picked the wrong heels.

Kirsten’s dress already had enough going; her heels should have been minimal and/or metallic.

Shoes Kirsten Should Have Worn:

Jimmy Choo’s Lotus slingback sandals are perfection and they are my favorite choice. The Swarovski crystal appliqué compliments her dress and her jewels.

The metallic silver Jimmy Choo India sandals are the safest choice for Kirsten. They’re classic and simple. Blake Lively understands when a simple shoe is need; she paired a very similar Louboutin heel with her glamourous Chanel dress at the MET Gala.

Manolo Blahnik’s Hangisi satin pumps are so decadent. These dark grey heels feature a crystal buckle and contrast beautifully with her outfit.

If Kirsten wanted to stay with a pump, these Brian Atwood Debra slingbacks are a much better option. Emma Roberts paired Atwood metallic pumps with her Chanel dress which kept her look young and fresh.

Kirsten Dunst In Chanel Couture – 2011 Cannes Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Kirsten Dunst also attended the 2011 Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony at the Palais des Festivals this evening.

Robert De Niro presented Kirsten with the Prix de l’Interpretation Feminine (Best Female) Award for “Melancholia.”

I was really excited about her Chanel Spring 2010 Couture look, but that was short-lived when I panned down to her feet.

I’m not sure why these black pointy heels were added to her nude embellished dress with a heavenly fluffy skirt, but they have killed the look stone dead for me.

It hurts just to look at her shoes.
