W Magazine Celebrate The Golden Globes Red Carpet Round Up

W Magazine Golden Globe Party

Here are the rest of the looks from W Magazine’s celebration of the Golden Globes, held at the Chateau Marmont in California last night. It appears the dress code for the evening was wear something blue or gold.

Jennifer Lawrence: Feeling like our prayers have finally been answered, the ‘Silver Lining Playbook’ actress wore her second non-black look in a row. Looking more like the fresh-faced bubbly young actress we fell in love with this time last year, she wore an ocean-blue Victoria Beckham fitted dress with slash details on the shoulders. Opting for conservative accessories she carried a gold clutch wore black peep-toes heels and added Sylva & Cie jewels.

Frieda Pinto: The Indian beauty also opted for a striking oceanic colour wearing a blue sleeveless Missoni dress with a flared skirt and brocade panels. Her Roger Vivier black satin peep-toes with an turquoise feather accents managed to upstage her gorgeous dress.

Kerry Washington: Fresh off her successful ‘Django Unchained’ promo tour, Kerry didn’t slouch in the style stakes upon her return to LA. Dressed in a printed Stella McCartney jumpsuit the look was styled with bright-blue pieces including a Reed Krakoff blazer and an electric-blue Roger Vivier clutch.

Jena Malone: With a big-budget movie to promote this year, Jena kick started her year wearing a fanciful printed frock from the Bibhu Mohapatra Spring 2013 collection. Jerome C. Rousseau ‘Orner’ black suede strappy sandals and a gold clutch accessorized her look, with a hot-pink lip colour and cat-eyes providing the finishing touches.

Which Was Your Favourite Kerry Washington Look From The ‘Django Unchained’ Promo Tour?

Kerry Washington Promo Tour Django Unchained

Kerry Washington’s promo tour has felt short and sweet, but it actually started back in April last year where she wore a Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2012 dress to the Cancun photocall.

A variety of outstanding looks ranging in colours, styles following with the actress favouring two J. Mendel looks.

The latter part of the promo tour was so strong I’m having a hard time picking between her Rochas, Louis Vuitton, J. Mendel and Giles looks.

If forced, I could only get my favourites down to Rochas and Giles.

Kerry Washington attended the London premiere of ‘Django Unchained’ held at the Empire Leicester Square this evening.

Her Giles Spring 2013 gown gave me chills as she glided down the white carpet looking like a fantasy winter wonderland princess.

Kerry’s unique gown featured a fitted bodice and puffy horse print skirt with a rise-and-fall hemline.

Once again she donned white pumps by Christian Louboutin which worked perfectly with the theme of her look, plus she carried a silver box clutch.

I love the deep berry lip and the wavy updo. I can’t find a single fault with this look.

She has been perfection personified during this tour; I’m so sad this is the last stop.

Kerry Washington In J. Mendel – ‘Django Unchained’ Berlin Premiere

Kerry Washington made her second red carpet appearance today, this time for the ‘Django Unchained’ Berlin premiere at CineStar Potsdamer Platz in Germany.

Keeping the summery vibes going, the beautiful actress wore a J. Mendel Spring 2013 gown on this occasion.

Her sleeveless chiffon floral-printed gown features a cropped faux-tank overlay with a bateau neck, tiered flat ruffles at the hem and an open back.

Onyx accessories, including a black Jill Milan ‘Holland Park’ clutch and ring, styled her look along with gold earrings.

Keeping the same hairstyle from the photocall, sans white bow, the actress perfected her tangy look with a hot-pink lip colour.

It’s confirmed. I’m head over heels in love.

I wish all promo tours were this flawless.
