Kaley Cuoco In Amen – 2013 Grammy Awards

The Grammy Awards are all about the music, and Kaley Cuoco epitomized that when she hit the red carpet sporting her best musician-inspired style.

The ‘Big Bang Theory’ actress donned an intricately embroidered black and gold Amen jacket that she paired with a white tee and sexy leather pants.

A presenter for the night’s awards, the actress accessorized with delicate layered gold necklaces and a gold and black Stark ‘Brilliance’ clutch.

While this look might be dressed down for an award ceremony, I love that Kaley embraced the rock ‘n roll style of the event. Bonus points to her for taking a style leap, as the actress typically favors sugary sweet frocks with bows and ruffled details.

Natasha Bedingfield In Emerson – 2013 Grammy Awards

Natasha Bedingfield wowed on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards at the Los Angeles Staples Center on Sunday night.

The singer stunned in a lace red gown from Emerson Spring 2013.

The modern cut fit the singer beautifully, giving off an elegant yet cool vibe with sexy cutouts on the side.

The singer went almost head-to-toe in red, pairing the dress with scarlet satin heels and kept the look punchy with Marina B jewels and a gold belt and clutch.

I think Natasha nailed the look, combining red carpet elegance with a rock ‘n roll style that speaks to the Grammy Awards nature. Do you agree?

Miranda Lambert In Roberto Cavalli – 2013 Grammy Awards

Miranda Lambert graced the red carpet Sunday night at the Grammy Awards in a sexy black gown.

The country star joined Carrie Underwood by choosing to wear a Roberto Cavalli design. The plunging neckline was a sexy departure for the singer who typically chooses more frilly, covered up styles.

Miranda didn’t leave her love of girly styles at home, however. She styled the sexy cut with oversized floral-like drop earrings, a chunky-style cuff bracelet, and silver box clutch.

In terms of beauty choices the best country album nominee opted for a wavy half-up, half-down style to go with a smokey eye, light pink lip colour, and a gold and blue triangle moon manicure.

Carrie Underwood In Roberto Cavalli – 2013 Grammy Awards

Carrie Underwood was one of the first celebrities to hit the red carpet Sunday evening at the Los Angeles Staples Center.

Nominated for two Grammy awards, the country music songstress wore a black, strapless Roberto Cavalli gown for her big night.

The lace and embroidered, curve-hugging mermaid silhouette looked so elegant on the singer. The look was unexpectedly elegant, in fact, given the rock ‘n roll vibe of the typical Grammy carpet.

Carrie’s dress had a very slight sweetheart neckline which was a perfect cut to show off her 381-carat diamond necklace from Johnathon Arndt. She may have brought ladylike style to the event, but she sure didn’t leave any want for bling.

To keep the classy vibe continuing into the beauty department she paired the look with loose waves, a smokey eye and nude lip.

Adele In Valentino Couture – 2013 Grammy Awards

I was very excited to see Adele take to the red carpet this evening in California at the 2013 Grammy Awards for two reasons.

Firstly, Adele is wearing a colour other than black for a refreshing, long overdue, change; and the shorter version of her Valentino Spring 2013 Couture dress works better for me at knee-length.

The original length could’ve been quite unflattering, overly fussy and not really event appropriate.

Save the longer length for Keira Knightley I say.

Her red-and-black embroidered frock with a full voluminous skirt was styled with matching pumps.

A sweeping updo and glossy lips completed her look.

Alexa Chung In Valentino Red – 2013 Grammy Awards

In a sea of sultry sparkle and sass, Alexa Chung made a ladylike statement on the red carpet the 2013 Grammy Awards, hosted at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night.

The British DJ and TV presenter, who is sometimes known to prefer edgy, androgynous looks, was altogether girly in a Valentino Red tea-length dress.

The flirty, daisy-printed frock was paired with a grey pump, but without the flash of any jewels.

The look was undeniably pretty, but it actually seemed better suited for a spring luncheon.

Alexa kept the casual, effortless vibe going with her loosely swept-back locks. Her bold lip, painted the same colour as the red carpet, was the biggest attention-grabber here.
