CHAOS x LOVE Magazine Party

Sienna Miller was joined by a host of models at the CHAOS x LOVE magazine party on Thursday (June 7) in New York City.

Cindy Bruna: Looking ever so statuesque, the model wore a Carmen March Spring 2018 two piece look rendered in a summery lilac hue with sharp pleats and buckle-fastening tabs. I love the uniqueness of the look so much that I can forgive the unforgiving linen fabric.

Shanina Shaik: You can’t go wrong with a LWD this season. Shanina’s Magda Butrym ‘Durango’ dress gathered and draped texture through the skirt breathes nonchalance into the elegant finish.

Josephine Skriver: Leather trousers on a balmy evening in New York doesn’t appear to be a great idea, but Josephine keeps her look cool with an off-the-shoulder top.

Kendall Jenner: Always likely to stand out, the model wore a bright orange Nicolas Jebran Spring 2018 dress which featured a similar draped detail like Shanina’s dress with a contemporary asymmetric hem. Gianvito Rossi ‘Stark’ sandals rounded out her look.

Cindy Bruna really stands out for me.

Models @ 2018 CFDA Fashion Awards

In our final sweep of the 2018 CFDA Fashion Awards red carpet, we focus on some of the models in attendance.

Martha Hunt: As far as unique looks goes, Martha’s Thom Browne Fall 2018 caged bustier dress was on par with Lupita Nyongo’s. In terms of creativity and styling, this was one of my favourites of the night. Atelier Swarovski earrings completed her look.

Gigi Hadid: Looking like a work of art in Versace Fall 2018, the model stunned in a colourful graphic brushstroke print top and leggings giving off a catsuit-like effect. I know many of you aren’t fans of Gigi’s style, but I”m sure you’ll love that she opted for something a lot less predictable on this occasion.

Kendall Jenner: Speaking of predictable, there was something about this feathered Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2017 Couture look that felt very déjà vu; like she’s worn something similar before.

Chopard Secret Night Red Carpet Roundup

There were many more gorgeous gals who attended Chopard’s Secret Night during Cannes Film Festival on Friday (May 12), where they joined by Lupita Nyong’o, Marion Cotillard and Julianne Moore.

Joan Smalls: We expect models to attend these events in predictable sheer, slit to the hipbone dresses, but Joan was not sticking to those loose rules on this occasion. The model looked breath-taking wearing a Miu Miu Collection bow accented top and fluid skirt. I found this look very elegant and chic. Miu Miu executed this beautifully. I would say it’s one of my favourites so far. The look was styled with Roger Vivier sandals and Chopard jewels.

Irina Shayk: The one thing you can always expect from Irina at Cannes is high-glamour. She had me purring with delight at her Alberta Ferretti emerald green velvet gown styled with matching Chopard jewels. This is definitely her best at Cannes this year. Even if this dress did remind me of Rita Ora’s Grammy gown.

The Business Of Fashion Celebrates ‘The Age Of Influence’

The Business Of Fashion celebrated ‘The Age Of Influence’ special print edition with an intimate dinner on Tuesday (May 8) in New York City with a handful of Kardashians-Jenners in attendance.

Kim Kardashian: This Versace Spring 1995 dress certainly has the va-va-voom sex appeal that’s in her wheelhouse, but the vivacious yellow colour is a shade we don’t often see her in. The electric shade presented a different mood than the usual dark allure, but there was still plenty of sensuality with the up-to-there slit and sculpted corset.

Kendall Jenner: Showcasing her lithe figure, she opted for a sleek white pantsuit. The tie belt and red accents add drama, but it was really all about the open front. It’s daringly low so I can just imagine how much body tape was used.

Kylie Jenner: The new mom donned a Celine Spring 2018 dress that was previously worn by Sasha Lane. Removing the fringed skirt and superfluous embellishments created a form-fitting look that was more in keeping with her style. The lightweight fabric and clingy silhouette showcased her curves.

Models @ 2018 Met Gala

Naturally, the models were out in force for the 2018 Met Gala on Monday (May 7) in New York City. Here’s what these ‘heavenly bodies’ had on.

Ashley Graham: Channeling a bronzed goddess moment, the model donned an Atelier Prabal Gurung sequin-encrusted gown that introduced a dramatic, Met-ready sensibility with the long, satin-edged cape. The leg jut was put to work, with Taski jewels and Giuseppe Zanotti sandals completing the look.

Bella Hadid: I’m sure many will be raising their hands in praise that Bella opted for something a bit more covered than her naked bodysuit from last year’s Met Gala. This custom Chrome Hearts x Gareth Pugh design riffed on sinner and saint with the dark glamour of the latex corset and sculptural, villainous cape and fingerless gloves. This would have been all bad-girl were it not for the cross necklace and cross-embroidered veil that trailed behind her.

Longchamp And Kendall Jenner Celebrate The Opening Of Longchamp Fifth Avenue Flagship

Longchamp and Kendall Jenner celebrated the opening of the Longchamp Fifth Avenue flagship on Thursday (May 3) along with other stylish attendees.

Kendall Jenner: The lady of the evening embraced a sophisticated bohemian mood in a Longchamp printed silk dress with black suede lace-up boots. It has become very trendy to wear short-strapped bags across the shoulders but this Longchamp Amazone python-style bag competes with the bowed neckline.

Cara Delevingne: The model-actress has been experimenting with her style as much as her hair. Here, she mixed hard and soft elements with her Longchamp white velvet dress. She carried Longchamp’s Amazone handbag in pilot blue which added a surprising injection of colour.
