Red Carpet Fashion Awards

We got a hint of Marion Cotillard’s edgier style which she was known for pre-Lady Dior on the red carpet at the Chopard 150th Anniversary Party during Cannes Film Festival last month.

She wore a sublime Lefranc Ferrant Fall 2010 metallic sequined embroidered jumpsuit with Jimmy Choo accessories including black Jimmy Choo ‘Marble’ booties, and a black Jimmy Choo Candy acrylic clutch.

Former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland wore the same jumpsuit when she was spotted leaving her hotel in London last night.

She paired her look with black open-toe booties, a cuff and a grey leather clutch.

Both ladies look good, but I feel like this look was made for Marion as she just oozes edgy chic so she wins for me.

Here are just a few of the looks from the 2010 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards which was held at Berkeley Square in London last night.

Lily Allen used to be the belle of these balls. Now she just fades into the background.

Her black Chanel Pre-Fall 2010 dress with sheer sleeves is nice, but forgettable.

Amanda Holden looks nice in her white strapless dress, but I really dislike her mis-match accessories.

Naomie Harris looked stunning in her black and gold embellished dress which has an Egyptian feel to it.

I’m not sure what Diana Vickers is wearing, because I can’t get past those god-awful vintage Ossie Clarke shoes.

“Sheer Infusion Newcomer” Alexandra Burke also opted for an ethnic-inspired black and gold look.

Her beaded black velvet cape was perfectly accessorized with gold jewels and a stunning armlet.

New mum Denise van Outen wore a very summery Alexander McQueen dress, which she paired with silver pumps and a black Chanel bag.

“Radio Personality of the Year” Fearne Cotton opted for a bold colour in this tomato red Roland Klein sheer dress with black studded pumps.

“UK TV Actress of the Year” Billie Piper wore a long black lace trimmed dress which she paired with gold accessories and a stunning Lara Bohnic clutch.

Pixie Lott was my least favourite at this event.  Normally she’s more inspiring.

The same goes for Kelly Rowland.  Her Roberto Cavalli LBD and black pumps combo is just tres boring for me.

More exciting looks to follow…

Last night Cheryl Cole both wore Hervé Léger by Max Azria bandage dresses.

Cheryl was in Paris last night walking the red carpet for the “AZ Party” at the VIP Room.

She may have recently filed from divorce from her cheating footballer husband, but she’s still a WAG at heart as she sticks to her favourite label Hervé Léger.

The cute dimpled singer wore her sparkling silver dress with a matching clutch and white Nicholas Kirkwood sandals.

WAG-a-licious.

Kelly Rowland performed on stage with M.A.C Viva Glam spokesperson Cyndi Lauper at the “amFAR New York Inspiration Gala” last night.

She wore a white Hervé Léger by Max Azria dress, but hers was from the recent Fall 2010 collection.

I saw this dress at the Hervé Léger Fall 2010 press day recently and the lace bandage dress is surprisingly really heavy.

The singer completed her look with black pumps.

These stars prove Hervé Léger is still as popular as ever.

R&B stars Kelly Rowland and Brandy put on their best glad rags to attend the Motown Grammy after-party held at the W hotel in Los Angeles hotel this week.

Kelly’s attendance may confirm that she’s signed her new record deal with Motown.

Kelly sported a very very bad wig, but I do like her Basil Soda Spring 2009 Couture dress.

The plunging jewel encrusted dress had a satin tiered skirt.  The singer complemented the dress with nude heels and a matching clutch.

Brandy opted for something with a bit of sass and sex appeal.

She wore a Paule Ka bustier dress from the Spring 2010 black carpet collection.

The dress with a white draped skirt and a charcoal sash tied to the waist, was paired with an interesting pair of black strappy sandals.

If this was a who looked better? contest, Brandy would win.

Kelly Rowland was at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, as the former Destiny Child’s member was nominated in the “Song of the Year” category for “When Love Takes Over” – a collabo with David Guetta.

She walked the red carpet wearing a colourful Rachel Roy dress from the Resort 2010 collection.

I love the mish-mash of colours on the dress.

The watercolour print on the top and the swirling print on the skirt are really interesting, but I hate the bows on Kelly’s chartreuse Matthew Williamson Spring 2010 heels.

The colour is fine, but the bows are awkward.
