Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Katherine Jenkins kick-started the Jubilee celebrations on Saturday by singing the National Anthem to the Queen at the Epsom Racecourse.

The singer wore a Suzanne Neville strapless mermaid ivory gown which feels more like a wedding gown, but one can’t fault her for making an effort for the big occasion.

She styled her hair into a chic wavy updo and dazzled with silver jewels.

Here we see Katherine Jenkins NOT wearing a Victoria Beckham dress at the Royal Ascot in Berkshire, England today.

I’m almost stunned into silence because I was under the impression that Ms Jenkins only wore Victoria Beckham exclusively.

The Welsh singer looked gorgeous wearing an Azzedine Alaia knit dress which has also been recently worn by another British star Kelly Brook.

Unlike Danielle Lineker, Katherine picked the perfect hat for her red hot dress.

I wish I could see the shoes, but I have a strong feeling they are black to complement the black detail on both her dress and hat.

On the other hand, Katherine is a matchy matchy kinda girl, so red is probably more on point.

Katherine Jenkins opted out of wearing a gown when she attended the Gorby 80 Gala At The Royal Albert Hall in London tonight.

The Welsh singer wore a Victoria Beckham panel stretch jersey dress from the Spring 2011 collection.

Her blush halter neck fitted dress with signature zip in rose gold hugs her curves beautifully. It fits her like a glove.

Katherine is a huge fan of Victoria Beckham’s dress collection owning several pieces. She even has the same dress in 2 colours.

She follows in her favourite designers footsteps by pairing her dress with YSL Trib Two slingbacks.

The 2010 Cartier International Polo event took place at the Guards Polo Club in Egham, England last week and a host of stars attended.

I shouldn’t be, but I was surprised to see Camilla Belle at the event. At this point I don’t think there is an event she hasn’t attended this year.

Camilla did look good wearing a Carolina Herrera Resort 2011 ensemble which included a crisp white sleeveless ruffled top, and a ruffle-hem print skirt which was accented with a fuschia pink belt.

A white quilted bag, taupe slingbacks and pink lips to match her belt completed the look.

I’m not sure what she was doing there (or at any event) but if her only purpose was to look pretty she succeeded.

Katherine Jenkins wore a white Lanvin asymmetric ruffle dress which she’s worn once before.

This dress has also been worn by Michelle Williams at the “Shutter Island” New York Premiere and Kim Cattrall at the Laurence Olivier Awards in London.

Champagne wedges complete her look.

Like everyone else at this event, Leslie Mann opted for a summery dress wearing a floral print Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2010 dress.

Even though she has black trims on her dress, I would’ve preferred a lighter coloured shoe.

Singer Paloma Faith is known for her alternative approach to fashion, so I wouldn’t expect a summery dress from her.

She wore a floral print Dolce & Gabbana dress which she paired with a stunning Philip Treacy hat and yellow platform heels.

Cat Deeley looked pretty wearing a vintage maxi dress with her Balenciaga bag.

Geri Halliwell actually looked really good wearing this blue mini Herve Leger dress which we recently saw on Stephanie Pratt.

The former Spice Girl wore her dress with gold Louboutin’s whilst carrying a silver Louis Vuitton bag.

Despite her dress being a re-run, Katherine Jenkins is my favourite here.

Singer Katherine Jenkins is at Wimbledon today watching the Murray v Nadal match – which is currently 6 games all.

David Beckham is also at the watching the match with young son Brooklyn.

Victoria Beckham is also there, but not physically.

Katherine Jenkins is wearing a dress from Victoria Beckham’s Spring 2010 collection.

The red dress is standing out amongst all the little old ladies cheering on Murray in their cute pastels.

This dress is gorgeous on her.

I bet David will instantly recognise it.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Ripa and Sarah Jessica Parker have already been spotted wearing this same dress.

Victoria Beckham first wore this violet Giral strapless dress from her Fall 2009 collection during filming for “American Idol” back in August of last year.

I like the way that this dress creates some curves on the otherwise emaciated star.

However I would have like her to have worn a less severe hairstyle.

She obviously loves this design as she also wore it in black over the same weekend.

Katherine Jenkins was next to wear this dress to the “GQ Men Of The Year Awards” in London.

I like the black metallic shoes she’s teamed it with as they compliment the colour of the dress really well.

I also think that her hair is the best here, swept back off her face but still delicate.

Drew Barrymore then wore this dress in November to a screening of “Everybody’s Fine” in LA.

I’m not really getting the accessories – why the dress pin?

The satin Casadei heels work for me though.

I can’t decide if I like the red lips either. Maybe she should have let the purple do the talking.

To be honest, nobody has me drooling but I think Katherine wins as it seems to suit her the most.

What do you think?
