Katherine Heigl looks to have returned from a very hot summer vacation, as she is very tanned, or she has had a heavy application of St Tropez. I will assume the latter.

Some people like to wear white when showing off a glowing tan, but Katherine opted for this nude/charcoal Diane von Furstenberg Pre-Fall 2008 dress.

The dress had a silk nude bodice, and a charcoal wool pencil skirt, in what is a sophisticated mix of fabrics and tones.

She accessorized with graduated pair of drop earrings, nude pumps, and a black diamond embellished Mary Norton clutch.

America Ferrera shows off more conservative side, in this emerald green taffeta cocktail dress with a full skirt. This dress very much has a vintage, 50s feel to it.

She completed her look with the very popular Christian Louboutin Very Noeud slingbacks.

Ana Ortiz’ Rachel Roy Fall 2008 dress is an interesting mix of colours and textures.

Her two-in-one dress has a black/nude abstract print top, a red/black woven skirt and a ruched black waistband.

I adore this dress. The colours suit Ana’s skin tone perfectly, and I have already added this dress to my Wish List.

She completes her look with a pair of black satin heels, and a black jeweled clutch.

Emily Deschanel was fashionably dressed in a purple wrap dress with short puffy sleeves, a a matching belt, which she accessorized her dress with black peep-toe pumps.

Her hair was loose and wavy, whilst she kept her make-up light.

Amerie does not read fashion blogs, because she is now the third person in 2 weeks to wear this Elizabeth & James Plume Feather Vest.

The singer spices up her Olsen creation with black pants, a pale pink v-neck top, black leather over-the-knee Gucci Fall 2008 boots and a Gucci ‘Hysteria’ tapestry bag.

Kung Fu Panda Premiere, LA

Lucy Liu is wearing a cute pink John Galliano Spring 2008 tiered cocktail dress.

The haltered dress is embellished with silver sequins, which Lucy accessorizes with a sliver clutch and silver gladiator sandals.

MTV Video Music Awards, Japan

Paris Hilton is wearing another Betsey Johnson dress.

This turquoise strapless sweetheart neck-lined ruffled and tiered dress is quintessentially Paris, fluffy and over the top.

She completes her look with a pink bag and pink Christian Dior Fall 2007 platformed heels.

Fergie is officially the first to wear Calvin Klein Resort 2009, by choosing a cast python standing collar chest flap coat.

Tho coat is nice, but those boots are amazing.

Rinko Kikuchi is wearing blue YSL Fall 2008 dress, with a velvet bodice.

She has worn a few pieces from YSL recently, and is clearly in love with this collection so much, that she has copied the styling from the runway.

Her bowl-cut hairstyle, is the same as the models the Fall 2008 runway for YSL.

Spike TV’s 2nd Annual “Guys Choice” Awards, LA

Cameron Diaz won “Decade of Hotness” at this award ceremony, which she gratefully accepted in her orange mini dress, with ruffles cascading down the front.

For her tresses, she sported her usual messy updo.

If I was to give her an award it would be for her legs. Only Fergie rivals her in that department.

Eva Mendes won “Hottest Eva” wearing a strapless white lace Christian Dior Spring 2008 dress.

Megan Fox collected her award for the “Next Big Thing” wearing this canary yellow gathered Bradley Bayou dress.

She is wearing the same Christian Louboutin Catenita Cork Sandals as she wore to the MTV Movie Awards.

7th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, LA

Eva Mendes is also wearing a ruffled dress.

Her black dress is tied with a white ribbon, which she matches with her heels.

This is a very elegant ‘ladies who lunch’ look for Katherine Heigl.

The lilac Hugo Boss dress has a gathered detail to accentuate Katherine’s waist, without the aid of a belt.

What really completes this look, are her vintage pearls.

Kate Walsh sure is hot in her strapless red Escada belted dress.

I am loving Rebecca Gayheart’s mustard maxi Kaufman Franco Spring 2008 dress, with tanned leather detail on the neckline. This is a very different look for the actress.

I do prefer her hair darker.

I am feeling very underwhelmed looking at Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher here. They are not giving off that sexy vibe they normal exuded.

Maybe it’s Ashton’s overgrown, unkempt beard that is not working for me.

Emily Deschanel wears her gold metallic coat as a dress. I would have preferred strappy sandals to the pumps she is wearing.

Stephen Webster Silver Collection Launch Event, PURE at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas

Christina Aguilera is practically popping out of her Hervé Léger Bandage dress.

Eeek at the veins.

Best Dressed/Best Haute Couture Award
This ivory mermaid-like Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2008 Couture gown on Marion Cotillard was simply stunning.

I loved the a fishtail hem and the scale-esqe embroidery on the whole gown.

Marion won the Best Actress Award for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose.

Her speech was so wonderfully heart-warming, that it brought a small tear to my eye.

Best Red Award
Heidi Klum was better than amazing in this Dior by John Galliano custom-made couture gown.

The neckline and the back detail were all very chic.

She finished her look with Stuart Weitzman shoes and jewelry she designed from her own line.

Heidi’s red couture gown will be auctioned as part of The Heart Truth campaign to raise awareness about women and heart disease.

Best Detailed Dress/Best Earrings Award
There is so much detail on Penelope Cruz’ mermaid dress with the feathers and the gathering at the front, yet it does not make the dress too busy.

I adore her ruby and diamond Chopard earrings.

Best Invisible Make-up Award
I bet it only took Cameron Diaz no more than 20 minutes to get ready, and look how amazing she is.

She arrived at the Oscars in a pink Christian Dior by John Galliano bustier gown, Bulgari jewels, Roger Vivier clutch.

Best Strapless Award
I loved Kristin Chenoweth Armani Privé black silk tulle gown over a rose organza underlay.

It was the only dress that challenged Marion for Best Dressed. I loved the sweetheart neckline and the knotted and pleated tulle details.

Best Sequins Award
Regular readers will know I love a bit of bling, as it all adds to the glamour on the red carpet.

Renee Zellweger was the only one to provided head to toe bling in the form of this stunning strapless Carolina Herrera gown, which I at first thought had to be Elie Saab.

Most Improved From The 2007 Oscars Award
Anne Hathaway need this. She needed a stunning gown to erase the memory of that Valentino bow.

The saviours? Marchesa of course.

She completed her look with Harry Winston diamonds.

I love the with rosette detailing from the bust-line to her shoulder.

Best Strapless Award
Keri Russell’s champagne coloured Nina Ricci strapless dress came to life with an H.Stern vintage floral necklace.

Best Matching Dress/Lipstick Combo Award
Katherine Heigl was stunning in this Escada gown.

I loved the circular detail on her shoulder and nipped in waist.

Her look was very elegant, as she channeled old Hollywood.

Her jewels were from Ryan Ryan and her shoes and clutch were from Jimmy Choo.

Best Pregnant Award
Jessica Alba won the battle of the baby mama’s in this purple Marchesa Fall 2008 gown.

I love the feather detailing on the bust and the aubergine really suits her.

Jessica added some Cartier jewels to finish her look.

Best One-Shouldered Dress/Best Hair Award
There were many one-shoulder gown, but Hilary Swank in Versace Spring 2008 Couture was by far the best in terms of detail.

Her hair was amazing. Perfectly styled and I loved the tints.

Best Vintage Award
Calista Flockhart looked stunning in her 1970s vintage Valentino Haute Couture dress from Rare Vintage. The pale blue and grey colours were very pretty on her.

Best British Award
Were Tilda let us down Helen Mirren did us Brits proud in this custom-made Georges Chakra ruby gown.

Simple Yet Fabulous Award
Amy Ryan was simple and fabulous in this one-shoulder Calvin Klein gown.

Sexiest Couple Award
Johnny Depp in Giorgio Armani and Vanessa Paradis in Chanel Haute Couture with Chanel jewelry are so hot without event trying. Only Brad and Angelina could have upstage this hot couple.

Best Dressed Couple Award
I loved the way Diane Lane in David Meister and Josh Brolin were subtly dressed. They complimented each other well, without resorting to him wearing a tie to match her dress.

Best Necklace Award
Laura Linney was wearing a very simple midnight blue silk strapless bustle-back gown by Michael Kors.

Her stunning Cathy Waterman necklace brings the dress to life.

Laura’s bag and shoes were by Salvatore Feragamo.

Best Plus 1 Award
Keisha Whitaker always shines next to her husband.

The detail on this embellished strapless tulle gown is magnificent.

Producers Guild Awards, LA

COLOUR AT LAST.

Ellen Page did not chose a great colour in this emerald green satin Roberto Cavalli dress, but it is a step on the right direction.

Ali Larter is as sexy as ever wearing a silk backless Calvin Klein navy dress.

Diane Lane is one of the actresses in Hollywood I really respect, but that headband is just hideous.

Victoria’s Secret, What is Sexy? Party, Arizona

Katherine Heigl looks red hot in this red figure hugging sheath, but I am not crazy about the curly hair.

Kate Walsh has not had a boob job, she is wearing a corseted Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2007 dress which is doing wonders for her figure.

Maria Menounos is wearing a Karta jeweled v neck mini dress, which shows off her perfect pins.

I love the hat, but hate the shape of the dress on Stacy Keibler.

Adriana Lima, Selita Ebanks and Karolina Kurkova all look incredibly sexy.

All are wearing sexy little black dresses – Adriana in Zac Posen and Selita in Herve Leger.

They are also all wearing black Christian Louboutin’s, except Selita, who is wearing my favourite bling blings in silver.

Katherine Heigl is wearing a lavender Herve Leger 2008 Resort zip front dress on the cover the February 2008 edition of Cosmopolitan US.

Here are some extracts from her interview:

On her husband/musician Josh Kelley: “He came into my life and I realized, Oh my God, you’re someone I can really trust and go to when things are hard. To have that in a partner is huge.”

On her diva moments: “That’s not to say there aren’t moments when I’m a diva. Everybody has bad moments … There are people in my life who keep me grounded, so I couldn’t behave that badly, even if I wanted to.”

Yesterday actress Katherine Heigl arrived to her taping of The Late Show with David Letterman with a snow white coat over her fire engine red Zac Posen 2008 Resort dress.

I wish she had worn betters shoes, those jeweled black peep-toes don’t work for me.

Newlywed Katherine Heigl missed the Critics Choice Awards to attend her premiere of 27 Dresses last night.

She was actually shining on the red carpet, wearing this pavement grey Bill Blass Spring 2008 dress with silver embellishments. She complimented her dress with a pair of patent grey Jimmy Choo peep-toes.

This is a fabulous dress, but I am not crazy about the hair.

The Golden Globe nominated actress, must be disappointed that there will be no red carpet for this Sunday, as we all are.
