Gucci Spring 2015 Front Row

Gucci Spring 2015 Front Row

The front row at the Gucci Spring 2015 show, hosted today (September 7) during Milan Fashion Week in Milan, Italy, included a pretty trio of Gucci-wearing girls.

Kate Moss: Fresh from her appearance at the Burberry Prorsum Spring 2015 presentation on Monday, the supermodel punctuated her look with statement snake print. She paired the Gucci Resort 2015 green python leather coat with a black jersey dress, black suede platform high heel sandals and a pale-blue leather Jackie soft clutch. With minimal accessories and little fluff, it’s a very ‘Kate’ look, especially topped off with barely-there makeup and natural wavy strands.

Araya A. Hargate: Also jetting from the London Burberry Prorsum show to Milan, Araya was dressed in a Gucci Fall 2014 rose techno-fabric, short-sleeve frock with a pair of blue-python, high-heel boots with horsebit detail. With her round, oversized shades, I did love the spirited, retro stance she channeled.

Charlotte Casiraghi: The Monaco royal and the face of Gucci Cosmetics, which made its runway debut today, was the picture of effortless elegance, looking incredibly chic in a Gucci Fall 2014 black leather-trimmed sleeveless cocktail dress, sophisticatedly styled with impeccable makeup, naturally, and that great red lip.

Burberry Prorsum Spring 2015 Front Row

Burberry Womenswear SS15 - Arrivals

A crush of beauties, and a handsome boy, were out in force for the Burberry Prorsum Spring 2015 fashion presentation on Monday (September 15) during London Fashion Week in London, England. This front row set was, of course, outfitted in all measures of the powerhouse British label for the big show.

Cara Delevingne: The model was front and centre—on the FROW instead of the runway—where she strutted out a sexy two-piece navy suit with multicoloured Burberry Prorsum sneakers and a contrasting plum Burberry Prorsum ‘Bee’ monogrammed bag, both fresh from the Spring 2015 collection. The unexpected mix of the skin-baring, bra-less plunge, worn with strands of necklaces, and the sporty appeal of the trainers delivers on Cara’s rebel edge. I can’t say that a part of me didn’t want to see the suit with a pair of heels, though. The matching red lip and red pocket square were amazing.

Kate Moss: Arm in arm with Cara, Kate belted on a sleek black trench over cropped black skinny pants, punctuating the look with teal-green heels, the Burberry Prorsum ‘Bloomsbury’ bag and cat-eye shades. This dynamic duo appear together in the current My Burberry fragrance campaign—talk about a perfect model match.

The Royal Marsden Dinner Red Carpet Roundup

The Royal Marsden Dinner Red Carpet Roundup

There were plenty more lovely ladies, plus Benedict Cumberbatch, who attended The Royal Marsden Dinner, hosted by the Duke of Cambridge at Windsor Castle in England on Tuesday (May 13).

Zhang Ziyi, Emma Watson and Margot Robbie all wore grey, but here we have a lot of black Ralph Lauren looks.

Kate Moss: The British model was the only one not to follow the Ralph Lauren dress code, opting for a black one-sleeve dress with a side slit styled with sexy black strappy Christian Louboutin ‘Audrey’ sandals and a silver clutch.

Benedict Cumberbatch: Following on from his Met Gala best-dressed-actor triumph, the ‘Sherlock’ star proved it was no fluke, looking very dashing in a Ralph Lauren Black Label peak-lapel tuxedo.

Lily James: Looking very much the lady of the manor, the ‘Downton Abbey’ actress wore a Ralph Lauren one-of-a-kind black and gold gown embroidered with feathers and beads. This was one of my favourites: dramatic and glamorous.

Kate Moss For Topshop Launch

Kate Moss For Topshop Launch

A strong crowd of fans – as well as those trying to get home as a result of the London tube strike – stood outside the Topshop Oxford Circus store in London on Tuesday (April 29) for the global launch of Kate Moss for Topshop.

I must say I was surprised that, after all this time, this collection still has such mass appeal, especially considering that the collection hasn’t moved on much from where it was 4 year ago, but it appears that people can’t get enough of the Kate Moss for Topshop collection.

Dressed in a shimmering striped shawl-collar tuxedo jacket and matching trousers with a scallop-trimmed black top, the model/designer styled her Kate Moss for Topshop look with Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps, naturally.

Later the same evening, for the private party held in honour of the launch at The Connaught Hotel, Kate selected two more pieces from her collection.

Opting for yet more shimmer, she donned a silver fringed beaded jacket with a slinky silver lamé bias-cut gown, which is very much a typical Kate Moss look.

As always this collection is a perfect representation of her style. Will you be buying into it?

The Kate Moss for Topshop Collection is available at Topshop US, Topshop UK and, for the first time, Net-A-Porter.com.

Kate Moss For Topshop Spring Summer 2014 Collection

53063716cc35f1392916246

Kate Moss’s highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2014 collection for Topshop hits stores this month following a four-year hiatus.

The collection includes a wide range of styles, including pyjama-inspired pieces, cocktail dresses, beautifully tailored blazers and trousers, which, as always, are inspired by pieces from Kate’s closet. One piece is actually an exact replica of the Saint Laurent fringe jacket we’ve seen her wearing. The collection also has a section called Balearic Dressing, which features kaftans and smock dresses paying homage to the Balearic Islands, her favourite summertime destination.

Prices in the Kate Moss line range from approx £30 to £600 for the heavily hand-beaded pieces; the collection will be available in-store and online at Topshop, Nordstrom and, for the first time, Net-a-Porter.com on April 30.

Below is the lookbook as modelled by Kate herself, and click through to see the full 46-piece collection.
