Front Row @ Burberry Fall 2018

None were eager to miss the Burberry Fall 2018 show on Saturday (February 17) as part of London Fashion Week, judging by a front row that was overflowing with fans of the iconic British label.

Sienna Miller:
If you thought you knew Burberry plaid, you might be challenged to think again given the actress’s fearless combo of the checquered patterns that maintained her free-spirited, boho style.

Keira Knightley: I will have to admit to not recognizing Keira at first. This play on proportions, between the boxy jacket and the frilly skirt, left a lot to be desired when it came to its figure-flattering qualities.

Zendaya Coleman:
Even when covered up in an oversized check coat, somehow Z still commands this look—and leaves me wanting to see the brashly bold, graphic ensemble beneath it all the more.

Gigi Hadid and Kate Moss star in Stuart Weitzman’s Spring 2018 advertising campaign

I was surprised to learn that this Stuart Weitzman Spring 2018 advertising campaign was the first time Gigi Hadid and Kate Moss have been photographed together.

Shot by renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino, the images capture two iconic supermodels embodying the brand’s multi-generational appeal while showcasing the essential silhouettes of the season.

With a nod to Stuart Weitzman’s legendary past campaigns and a look into the brand’s exciting future, the international supermodel pairing captures the essence of strong, powerful women.

The campaign takes a step in a bold, new creative direction with the addition of male supermodel Jordan Barrett, featured sans shoes.

Each image is a dynamic vignette in which the models play off of one another revealing the brand’s new collection of women’s shoes — from the tough motorcycle EXPERT boot to the ornate IRISES and FRINGENUDIST, available for sale and pre-order on www.stuartweitzman.com.

Vogue Paris Foundation Dinner Red Carpet Roundup

A collection of models likewise turned out for the Vogue Paris Foundation dinner on Tuesday (July 4).

Lily Aldridge: At the height of classic elegance—with a notion of plunging sultriness—this Ralph Lauren white blazer and black trousers showed the sexy side of menswear-inspired tailoring.

Kendall Jenner: Donning a Mugler mini, this look had all the hallmarks of the designer with its strong, pointed shoulder, body-skimming silhouette, and leggy M.O. But, on Kendall, it maintained a fresh edge with her gorgeous gemstone earrings and sleek high bun.

Karolina Kurkova: The complexity of this wolf-printed Balmain cold-shoulder dress and its collection of fringe, embellishment and exaggerated sleeves, was no match for Karolina’s style prowess as she wore it with ease. But, there will be no denying that it would have been so much more well-suited for a fall engagement—especially with the suede legging boots.

Launch Of The First Miu Miu Fragrance And Croisiere 2016 Collection

Launch Of the First Miu Miu Fragrance And Croisiere 2016 Collection

The launch of the first Miu Miu fragrance in addition to the Croisiere 2016 collection was hosted at Palais d’Iena on Saturday (July 4) in Paris, France, where designer Miuccia Prada welcomed a host of pretties, all decked in Miu Miu (or Prada)—naturally.

Amber Heard: Taking a break from her ‘Magic Mike XXL’ promo duties, the actress wore a sequin-embellished black Prada dress that maintained a breezily glam sensibility with its looser silhouette. Sideswept waves with a braid added to the boho-like spirit, however, the shoes would have been better swapped out for a simple pair of black sandals.

Elizabeth Olsen
: Striking just the right balance between adorable and chic, the ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ starlet donned a romper that she youthfully styled with silver metallic platform heels and a silver and mint green clutch that reflected the bejeweled brooch. I loved this look for its fresh, playful charm.

Kiernan Shipka
: The sheer top of this beaded dress, in combination with her partless, swept-back locks and smoky eye, had the starlet showing off an all-grown-up vibe. So I’m glad she had some fun with her bright yellow shoulder bag and chunky platform shoes.

2015 amfAR Inspiration Gala Sao Paulo

2015 amfAR Inspiration Gala Sao Paulo

The 5th Annual amfAR Inspiration Gala took place at the home of Dinho Diniz on Friday (April 10) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Naomi Campbell: As she did last year, Naomi wore a Givenchy Couture show-stopping piece. Decked out in feathers and red paillettes, this look is classic Naomi; bold and sexy while maintaining high-fashion allure. The look was accessorized with Harry Winston jewels.

Kate Moss: The supermodel, who co-chaired this event with Naomi, also wore a Givenchy gown. Hers was a beige chiffon and lace Pre-Fall 2015 number with tonal pailettes, styled with a rose-gold Givenchy clutch and Harry Winston jewels. Many words came to mind upon seeing the Great Kate in this dress, but the first one was no. This is quite unflattering. I’m not a fan of the bodice and I’m tempted to say the colour ain’t working, but that could just be because I’m so used to seeing her in all black.

Kylie Minogue: Following her performing at the event, Kylie was spotted wearing a Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2015 Couture hybrid dress. While I love the artistic nature of this piece, I don’t think it translates too well on Kylie. Someone with the sartorial style of Dita von Teese, or the statuesque presence of Karolina Kurkova would’ve sold this to me.
