Kate Bosworth In Giambattista Valli Couture – 2017 Summer TCA Tour

After a series of mumsy red carpet looks, Kate Bosworth brought her look right up to date for the National Geographic Channels portion of the 2017 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour for ‘The Long Road Home’, on Tuesday (July 25) in Beverly Hills, California.

I know some of you don’t rate Kate’s style, so you’ll be unmoved by her Giambattista Valli Fall 2017 Couture floral appliqué frock, but I’m celebrating an end of an perplexing era.

However, my feelings are that this look is making her look a tad boxy, but I’m reserving that judgement due to the fact that she is seated.

The deep pink lip is preferred over the runways cherry red, along with the sparkling ballet flats over the platforms.

A return to good form I would say. What say you?

Kate Bosworth In Ulla Johnson – 2017 Summer TCA Tour : National Geographic Party

I am sure that I’m the only one who has noticed a distinct style change when it comes to Kate Bosworth, and her new look was on display again for the 2017 Summer TCA Tour National Geographic Party on Monday (July 24) in Beverly Hills, California.

It would appear the fashion-forward ensembles which put her on the fashion map have taken a back seat to simpler looks from the likes of her current go-to brand Brock Collection and now Ulla Johnson.

The warm hues her tonal-beige and salmon pink Ulla Johnson dress bring to mind a sun-scorched California desert, but her accessories weren’t so hot.

A black Roger Vivier clutch and Burberry shoes didn’t complement her dress at all, but they were in tune with the pared-back elegance she’s serving up these days.

Are you intrigued by this new style direction, or are you longing for a return of her edgier looks?

BALMAIN Celebrates LA Boutique Opening and Beats by Dre Collaboration

BALMAIN’s bevy of beauties all came out to play on Thursday (July 20) in Beverly Hills to celebrate the opening of the French house’s first-ever West Coast boutique as well as the launch of the BALMAIN Special Edition Beats Studio Wireless and Powerbeats3 Wireless, which became available on July 19.

The BALMAIN Resort 2018 women’s and men’s collections made the rounds throughout the evening, set against music sets by DJ Kiss and DJ M.O.S. as well as a special live performance by MIGOS.

Here, all the dazzling BALMAIN looks that creative director Olivier Rousteing and his celebrity friends served up.

Hailee Steinfeld
: Never shy of toying with the more avant-garde, Hailee was a statement-making starlet in the BALMAIN army on this night with her striking head-to-toe suit of fashion armor that she commanded with ease.

Kim Kardashian: Mixing low-key with high-octane, she undoubtedly garnered attention with her more casual crop bralette paired with an embellished, windowpane skirt. Keeping the look beautifully simple in its styling, she wore Lucite heels that were nearly invisible along with nude makeup and long Cleopatra locks to complete the very Kim K look.

Kate Bosworth
: The true epitome of a party dress defined, this flirtatious frock was sophisticatedly edgy in its gilded, backless design. But it was the playful fun of the tutu that really delivered the soiree-ready whimsy. Giuseppe Zanotti pumps completed the look.

Kate Bosworth In Brock Collection – 2017 Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films Awards Ceremony

The 2017 Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films hosted an Awards Ceremony on Sunday (June 25) in California, with Kate Bosworth in attendance.

The actress wore her second Brock Collection dress in a row, opting for an etheral look from their Resort 2018 collection.

Unashamedly feminine, this ensemble embraced the vintage aesthetic with ruffles and draping aplenty.

I love the lemon and white colour palette which feels endlessly summery, especially when paired with her blonde hair.

Not everyone will be a fan of the lack of accessories, but I commend the rawness and minimalism which seems to create a sense of purity.

Kate Bosworth In Brock Collection – 2017 Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films

Kate Bosworth sat for a special conversation event held during the 2017 Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films on Friday (June 23) in Palm Springs, California, where she’s also serving on the jury of the film fest.

If there were to be a movie made about this Brock Collection Resort 2018 dress, it would be one abounding in storybook charm.

There was a casual fairy sweetness to this dress’s vintage-inspired floral print presented with a raw, unfinished edge for which the label is known—you can see it in the slightly unraveled sleeves and hem.

I would have never thought to pair these black Tabitha Simmons slides with the dress, but they do counterbalance its more precious aura.

With Kate’s luminous glow, nothing more was needed to complete the look.
