Who Wore Balenciaga Better? Jennifer Connelly, Kate Beckinsale or Dasha Zhukova

As Jennifer Connelly is the campaign girl for Balenicaga, it’s not uncommon for the gorgeous actress to be seen wearing a look by the label.

To the “Inkheart” New York premiere earlier this year, Jennifer wore a Balanciaga Pre-Fall 2009 print silk georgette dress with a leather jacket and her space age Balenciaga booties.

Kate Beckinsale wore the same dress with silver peep-toes when she attended the “P.S. Arts Benefit” at the Balenciaga Melrose boutique in LA last month.

Her hair was pulled back, her make-up was flawless as the British actress oozes sexy sophistication.

Pop Editor Dasha Zhukova wore the same dress recently to an art launch at the Tate Modern in London.

The baby mama-to-be wore her dress with a black jacket, round-toed sky-high grey heels and accessorised with a Chanel quilted bag and simple gold band bracelet.

Kate is rockin’ this look without much effort, yet she still looks amazing, so she wins for me.

Dasha was a very close second.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Alexis Bledel In Christian Siriano & Kate Beckinsale In Jil Sander

So much happened yesterday so I closed the poll early.

Even had I given this poll a few more hours to run, I’m sure Alexis Bleldel would have still won.

You guys fell in love with her Christian Siriano Spring 2010 ensemble which she paired with red hot Dior heels.

I fell in love with Kate Beckinsale in Jil Sander.

The simple sophistication of the strapless navy dress and Kate’s flawless beauty won me over.

Runway To “Whiteout” LA Premiere – Kate Beckinsale In Jil Sander

Maybe it’s because I’m sitting in an air conditioned Starbucks or maybe it’s because Kate Beckinsale looks so drop-dead gorgeous, but I have goosebumps right about now.

I LOVE the simplicity of Kate’s Jil Sander Fall 2009 strapless gown.

The structure of the bodice, and the draped detail on the hip are exquisite.

She’s so effortless, so chic, not a hint of the over-dresser she used to be.

Kate pairs her look with gold accessories and very loosely ties her hair back.

We waited months for Jil Sander to hint the red carpet, and now we’ve had 3 looks in a space of a week.

Guess who has just booked herself a place on the BDOTW list?

Stella McCartney’s Resort 2010 Collection

Looking at Stella McCartney’s Resort 2010 collection, we’ve seen it before.

Not in a bad sense, but we’ve actually seen some of these pieces previewed by Stella, over the past few weeks, because as ever Stella is way ahead when it comes to fashion.

She’s been wearing her Resort collection since the Met Gala last month, arriving with her ‘angels’ wearing a lace jumpsuit. At the ‘Time’s 100 Most Influential People In The World’ red carpet, were she wore the lace bowed skirt.

Most recently she wore a floral sculptural Spring 2010 dress to the ‘Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition Preview Party’ in London, and a white playsuit was worn to the ‘Opening Of The New Contemporary Art Centre’ in Venice.

She hasn’t been keeping her new designs to herself. Two of her Met Gala angels, Liv Tyler and Kate Hudson, have also wore pieces from this collection.

I really love this collection. It’s playful, and powerful, yet fun, flirty and feminine.
